6 Chapter 6: New Beginning
Well, that is how I ended up here in this empty void. After "waking up," I was here in this place with nothing to do but communicate with my brothers and floating around in this void.
"I wonder why we ended up just floating around this boring place there's not even any sound, type of smell, and there isn't anything to play around with," Tom said, going crazy from the nothingness surrounding us.
"Who knows, but maybe we will see a beautiful goddess pop out of nowhere and give us wishes, like all of the other novels we have read," Lucas said while laughing at Tom's suffering.
"Oh yeah? Well, if there is a goddess, hopefully, she can come soon. I'm almost done reading all the books in my memories, and once I'm done with them, I may go crazy like Tom." Zach said in a deep tone.
"Well, it doesn't seem like you'll have to wait all too long since there is a bright light approaching us quickly," Xander said as he pointed toward what appeared to be a star approaching them quickly.
"YES! Get me out of this stupid place. I can't stand it anymore." Tom said, shouting at the top of his lungs.

After waiting a few minutes, the star came so close to them. That it almost crashed into them. The star started to collapse in on itself. It began to reveal a beautiful girl who was constantly changing into four different forms.
"Well then, I'm sorry for being a little late. I got distracted on my way here." She said and a soft and melodic voice
"Oh no, you're fine. Though, if you don't mind, may I ask you a question?" Xander responds to her with a monotone response.
"You're going to ask why I'm constantly changing forms, right?" she said while tilting her head in a cute gesture. Watching me nod my head. She responded, "It's because you're unique. My form changes depending on what the person looking at me thinks god looks like, and well, you have multiple personalities."
"Well, that makes sense. Then, if you don't mind waiting for a bit, will you give me a second?" I said while trying to keep myself calm.
"Yeah, I don't mind, just don't take too long," she responded, while nodding slowly.
After floating quite a distance from her, I shouted, "Who on earth of you three see her as Krul Tepes from Seraph of the End and Tatsumaki from One Punch Man."
After a moment of silence in my head, I heard a voice from Zach. "Well... you see, Xander, it's not my fault I couldn't help myself. I like Krul Tepes a lot. I like her personality quite a bit, and you can't blame me."
"Well, then, who sees her as Tatsumaki? Wait, hold on, never mind. It doesn't matter who it is anymore." I said with a straight face.
"What, who is it? Tell me I'm curious." Lucas asked with a curious tone.
"Ahem, that isn't all that important now, is it? Anyway, we better get back to the goddess. We don't wanna keep her waiting for too long now." I said, trying to swim in the air to the goddess.
"No, no, you can't escape this. After ratting me out, tell me, Xander, why Tatsumaki?" Zach said with a serious tone
"You already know this, you traitor. After all, it's the same reason you said. She has such an interesting personality, and I find it quite fun. Also, who doesn't like a good tsundere." I said with a bland voice.

After floating back to the goddess, she continued with what she was saying and said, "Ba, da da daaaa. You've had the lucky chance to transmigrate into another world." She said while holding her head high. Then she stuck out her hand in front of her with all five of her fingers out.
For whatever reason, I also stuck my hand out and then gave her a high five, she gave me a confused look and asked, "What was that for?"
"You didn't want a high five?" I said while tilting my head and seeing her shake her head. Then I heard Lucas dying of laughter in my head, saying, "For someone who is normally so smart, you are being extraordinarily foolish right now."
Coughing myself out of my embarrassment, I ask, "Anyway, what world are we going to? Also, why were you holding your hand out?" with a confused and questioning expression.
"I don't know yet what world I should send you to. I was thinking that you should spin a wheel to see what world you will be going to. My hand was saying that since you're special and I've taken an interest in you I'll let you have six wishes." She said with a bright smile on her face.
After her revelation, I looked at her hand and realized she had six fingers on both her hands. After realizing that her hands contained six fingers I ignored it and started to think.
Taking a second I listened to the other three in my head and they started up a very rapid conversation discussing what they wanted to have with the wishes we have. "Hold on a second. Before we decide what wishes we want we have to see what world we have or we may end up using the wishes wastefully."
"Before we use our wishes goddess may we spin the wheel so that we can know what to use our wishes on," I said with a smile on my face.
"Oh yes, I almost forgot about that, let me summon the wheel." After she said that a wheel appeared out of nowhere with smoke coming from behind it.
"You're a pretty forgetful goddess, aren't you? Maybe you should have something that yells at you when you start to forget about something." I said, while walking over to the wheel and heard her whispering to herself saying "That's a good idea, why didn't I think of that sooner."
Looking at the wheel it had a total of 125 options of worlds to go to, they were mainly anime, but I saw a few from movies like Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, and Percy Jackson. There were also a few games, but not many. "Okay, well then wish me luck," I said as I gave the wheel a nice hard spin.
After the wheel spun for 3 minutes It slowed down and what was around it was Tensura, Marvel, Harry Potter, and Overlord. It slowly moved over Tensura and landed on Overlord.
"Oh. That should be an interesting world. Before I make my wishes, do I have to wish for when I transmigrate?" I asked with a curious expression on my face
"No. I will place you into the world one year before Yggdrasil comes out as a game. Also, I will use your original body specs to make you a new one in that world unless you use your wish on your body. Now that you know your world, do you know your wishes now or have any more questions?" She said with a soft smile.
"I have a few questions. Can I use my wish to affect my precious life at all?" I asked while tilting my head.
"It will depend on what your wish is, but guessing off of what I see in your mind, it is possible." She said responding to my question giving me a look like she predicted this question.
"Okay, well, my first wish is that my mother can live a happy and fulfilling life without us," I said, giving off a sad but soft smile.
"After that, my second wish is to be super rich for all my time there also that none of the money is illegal and not have to worry about my comfort in that world since it has a ton of pollution and I'll be living there for 13 to 14 years. My third wish is to have extremely fast adaptability." I said as I was taking a moment to collect myself.
After catching my breath and thinking for a moment, I continued to say, " I also wish for an incredible learning ability." Since adaptability and learning aren't the same, I thought it would be a good idea.
"My second to last wish is that I want law's devil fruit from one piece without the seawater weakness when I get transported into the new world." I was excited about that ability since it was my favorite fruit in that anime. Taking one more deep breath, I made my last wish, "My last wish is that I don't want to get sick again or have any type of sickness."
After my last wish, the goddess looked surprised at what I wished for, and then she asked, "Are you sure you want that last wish? You should know what you're doing with that wish, right?"
"Yes, I know what this means, but I think that this will be better for us," I responded to her concerned look with a calm smile.
"Okay then, if it is your wish, it shall be done. Before I send you off, do you want to have a new name or keep your original name?" she asks while lifting her hands.
"No, I will be fine with my original name. It may be a little weird in Japan, but I don't plan on talking to people all that much. It is kind of hard to trust people after what happened. Also, I'll only be there for about 13 to 14 years, then have a different name more than likely. Now that I think about it, I should be thankful that I already learned Japanese to watch anime." I said to the goddess that ceased changing from the four forms constantly.
"Okay, then, goodbye Xander. Have a fun time," she said, lifting her hand towards me.
"Well, thank you for your time, and have a lovely afternoon, Miss Goddess." I said as I was slowly disappearing into particles."
