Riches, beauty, charm, power, and authority—what didn't she possess? She was the embodiment of the goddess of Beauty, the goddess of Love, the goddess of Protection, the goddess of Marriage, the goddess of Purity, and the goddess of Loyalty, all in one. She was renowned for her purity, so untainted that even death itself quivered in fear at the thought of harming her.
What led this pure goddess to become a Sin? How was the fallen goddess born? This story unravels the tale of a demon, born of curiosity, and Lust, who could never accept her own origin.
In a world where a goddess resided, untainted by any sin or evil, she lived in peace. She had everything at her disposal, yet there was one thing she lacked: love.
She had witnessed mortals falling in love with each other, dedicating their lives to one another, forming bonds so ethereal and unbreakable that not even death could sever them.
The goddess pondered.
What was it like to experience love?
What did it mean to devote oneself to another?
As someone whom countless people had devoted their lives to, she yearned to understand true devotion.
And that's when the maddening spiral began to consume her.
She asked herself every day, over and over again: Did she love someone? Could she devote herself to someone?
Her question gnawed at her, and she couldn't find the answer.
Until one day, a mirror in her room began to glow, and from it, a message appeared. It was written so clearly, and it felt incredibly desirable, intoxicating her.
"Do you want to fall in love?" The mirror asked.
"Yes," she replied.
And then the transformation took place. The once-goddess fell from her divine grace. The former ruler of a world now stood in a room, eagerly awaiting her beloved.
The prophecy had foretold:
"Oh Goddess, the fallen goddess, the demon of lust, the deadly sin of lust. The first being to walk before you is the one you shall capture and make yours."

The last notification Lucian saw before being thrown into a place where the only company he had was the story of the Lord of the Deadly Sin of Lust.
Lucian's mouth twitched as he went through a complete sequence of the story about the Deadly Sin. The story revealed many things, such as the goddess Curiosity's fall into the depths of obsession and love through a curse from the World Devourer.
"This is truly fascinating," Lucian mumbled as he read yet another notification, the 30th in a row.

It had been 30 minutes since he first saw the Character Integration progress bar appear, and it was loading at a slow speed.
Lucian had never anticipated the opportunity to integrate with the World Enemy when he decided to use the world item [The Thing on the Doorstep]. While he had factored in the potential risks of using his four world items, he hadn't expected this outcome.
What Lucian had initially thought might happen was that he would lose access to his account and perhaps gain control over the body of a World Enemy along with its powers. He had prepared for any mishaps that might occur.
One of his first concerns was his inventory, which he had emptied and entrusted to Mei Mei before his arrival. Secondly, he pondered what would happen if he lost control of his character. In that case, he would have another powerful character at his disposal. Even if he lost access to his primary avatar, he could still utilize the World Enemy avatar. What he truly hoped for was to remove the level limit; becoming a World Enemy would grant him limitless potential, as these enemies had no level cap. After all, there were even World Enemies with levels exceeding 200. He aimed to utilize the world item to disrupt the game and exploit it to his advantage. However, he had never imagined he would override the game, overload the system data, and merge with the World Enemy itself.

The progress bar reached 100, and Lucian's entire field of vision briefly turned black. His console, menu, and screen all vanished.
"What the hell!" Lucian exclaimed, filled with fear as he wondered if something had gone terribly wrong. Just as he was about to forcefully log out, he was met with a radiant light, as if a doorway of light was opening.
Suddenly, a grey light flashed across his vision, and just like that, he found himself lying on the same bed where the Sin of Lust had been sleeping before their boss fight.

A moment passed. Two moments passed. Lucian stared at his screen as not tens but hundreds of notifications flooded his vision.
Lucian found himself surrounded by numerous notifications, each providing him with a broader range of abilities and explanations for them.
"Just what the hell happened?" Lucian wondered aloud as he examined his new console.
His vision was different now. It had transformed from the previous golden and white interface to a black and neon green one.
He glanced at his menus and was shocked to find that certain options were no longer available.
"The [Friends], [Party], [Customization], [Community], [Cash Shop], and [Chat] functions are all gone?"
"What?! I can't even buy Cash Shop items now?!" Lucian shouted in frustration, realizing he couldn't access his beloved Cash Shop, which had been his go-to for in-game purchases.
"Guess I'll have to ask Mei Mei to buy stuff for me now," Lucian said with a sigh. He then noticed something extraordinary about his avatar.
"Wow!" he exclaimed as he examined his left hand. It appeared pitch black with neon green light nerves visibly swirling in and out, forming intricate patterns on his palms and hands, as if they were made of data. It was only when he pulled up his profile that he realized the full extent of his new avatar's transformation.
Lucian's avatar appeared before him, and his eyes widened in awe. He now possessed striking silver-gray hair that flowed wildly down his back. His face was more beautiful than the previous Sin Luxuria, almost as if it was wasted on him. His eyes, a hypnotizing green, resembled swirling stars within a galaxy. His left hand was entirely covered in black, with neon green veins and data visibly pulsating beneath. His right arm was similar but with patches of milky white skin. His entire body was encased in a form-fitting bodysuit of the deepest black, with a central opening that resembled an eye.
Inside this "eye," a pattern emerged, blending seamlessly with neon green and black, creating an illusion of an ever-watchful eye.
There was no trace of Lucian's previous armor or gear; this was a transformation beyond his wildest expectations.
"This is cool... I really did break the game after all," Lucian laughed out loud as he examined his visible interface.
He was eager to check his stats, but before doing so, he had something else to investigate. Lucian promptly accessed his inventory options and examined his character profile, specifically the section for body gear. He noticed that all the options for equipping gear were grayed out, and when he attempted to select them, they were marked as unavailable.
"Well, that's troubling," Lucian remarked as he glanced around. He wondered if his weapons were still nearby and, fortunately, found them lying right next to him on the bed.
"Thank goodness I didn't want to 'ask' another world champion for their gear," Lucian mused. However, when he tried to pick up his staff and scythe, he encountered yet another obstacle.

Frustrated by his inability to access his inventory, Lucian exclaimed, "Well... fuck!" He attempted to use the function that would normally add nearby weapons to his inventory, but he was met with yet another unavailable option.
Feeling stuck, Lucian concluded, "Well, I'm screwed. I need to call Mei Mei; she can add it to her inventory so that I can use it later after I maybe level up or ask Suzune for help." He refused to continue playing the game without the ability to equip anything and knew he needed to have a conversation with Suzune.
With no other immediate options, Lucian decided to open his stats and take a look before deciding on his next course of action.

"Well... I expected it to be way more than this, but it's acceptable," Lucian muttered to himself, sounding somewhat ungrateful. He realized that these stats were more than sufficient to defeat any world enemy, excluding the world devourer. However, he also knew he could enhance his stats further with his Valkyraes. Yet, he was growing tired of relying on them.
"Let's get out of here first," Lucian said, determined to leave the place. He got up from the ornate bed, a bed that seemed almost designed to announce his presence to the world.
Lucian's eyes locked onto a spot in the spacious boss room as he extended his hand for a second and shouted, "Come forth, my maidens!" Activating the skill acquired from the world enemy of Lust, the entire room shimmered with magic circles, summoning a staggering 700 cardinal sins of Lust, all of whom knelt down.
"Man, it really feels cringe calling it out like that," Lucian commented with a sigh. He made his way to the entrance of the room, feeling reluctant about leaving his weapons behind. However, he knew he couldn't contact Mei Mei from within the room and needed to call her from outside.
Lucian opened the door and passed through a shimmering veil, appearing at the top of a flight of stairs. Cardinal Sins flanked either side of the stairs, their eyes tracking his every move as he descended.
Lucian descended the stairs and stood in front of the door. He took a deep breath before opening it, but as soon as he did, he was surprised, shocked, and utterly flabbergasted by what greeted him. However, before he could react to what he saw, a notification appeared.
