7 Chapter 7: First friends

In the game YGGRASIL you have the freedom and choice to choose one of the many races existing when you log in for the first time. You can either become a human, a demin-human or a Heteromorphic.

Once you make your choice you can no longer step back and change it and this difference in races created a new problem that wasn't expected at all, its descrimination.

Humans and demi-humans would gang-up to bully heteromorphic players, some would go as far as to torture them before killing and looting their stuff.

This problem started 9 months after the game became public, then another 9 months later making it a year and a half after the game was out the problem only was getting worse.

Almost all heteromorphic went trough this discrimination, of course my dragon race is considerated a sort of heteromorphic but I never was a victim of this shit.

My level was too high for those bullies, after a year and a half of tryhard, many nights without sleep and most importantly tens of thousands of dollars in shopping items I finally reached level 34, and here is my character panel.

With those stats the few humans who tried to mess with me ended up regreting it, they either stopping picking up on heteromorphics, or leaving the game for good.

Informations are a very important factor in the game, they can change the outcome of a battle or a raid, they are important to the point where anyone can buy informations with real money.

These last days some rumors have been circulating about the heteromorphic dragon that you shouldnt mess with him.

This is really unfortunate since my free exp and loot source will decrease but yeah whatever. Yet its not only bad news.

My trait dragon god transformation reaching level 16, now when I transform my body is way bigger, it is true that its not impressive but still at least it intimidates some people. While transforming my dragon body becomes now 17 meters long.

A thing that I didnt know is that when I switch to my dragon form, my physical stats, mp and hp have a x1.5 boost. So I become stronger and tougher in my dragon form this is why I leave it as my trump winning card.

Also I made a friend that leaded me to making another friend. I met this guy called Touch-me, he is one of first original founders of the guild Ainz Ooal Gown.

He is a very kind person, he's willing to go out of his way to help people in times of trouble without hesitation and befriend them afterwards, his justice and kindness is what led us to meet Momonga.

He was getting bullied by those player killers who pick up on heteromorphic for fun, so I and touch-me took care of them 'gently' if you see what I mean. Apparently Momonga was on the verge of quiting the game out of frustration from getting killed continiously until we stepped in and saved him.

The human players recognised me at some point and tried to flee or knelt on the ground begging for their lifes but it was pointless, free easy exp is important and very welcomed.

Well it was only normal for people to always recognise me with my red long hair and those horns on my head, it was easy to know me since not many had the same features. Anyways...

This way we became friends, we would sometimes meet and have some fun completing some quests and fucking around. I remember a time we were taking a break from a long mission and touch-me came up with the idea to make a party, adding six other people and name it nine's own goal.

I respectfully refused. I know that the party will turn out later to become the known guild and one of the strongest Ainz Ooal Gown, but I have no plan to stick with them at that time. I prefer to do my own things and play solo.

Of course we kept this friendly relationship, but each one was doing his things in his way, and right now at the top of a very big mountain, in front of a small cave where a monster lives im standing.

This place is where the Mythical Pegasus lives, I came here after bying the information about it for a 3500 gold coins. Gold coins can be looted, found or gained from events or else you can simply purchase them with real money, the ratio of gold coins is 1:5 it means that a single dollar is worth 5 golden coin.

I already had 600 golden coins so I exchanged 80 dollars for 400 coins in order to afford the information. I did all of this for the loot given when the Pegasus is killed, it drops the The Freedom Necklace.

This information wasnt expensive since many people knew about it, but they all lacked the ability to fight the pegasus themselves or with their team. It has only been a year and half since the start of the game so not many had the necessary level or items to actualy do it.

But on the other hand I am one of the strongest players of the game if not the strongest and this is why I decided to go to this adventure confident and determined, in order to get this item.

Its an artifact that grant its weared the ability to fly. I want it because when Im in my human form I dont actualy have wings so I cannot fly, I can do it only when I transform to my dragon from and its a chore to transform each time I want to fly and my body would be big so everyone around ly area will see me making me an easy target.

I will have two solutions in this case, either to tame a monter that can fly so that I use it as my transport pet or to find this artifact. And I prefer the later so here we are...
