Artjom Vlad III / Tooru:

The main protagonist of this series, once the king of the small nation of Vladland around 1930, had to use a "Wunderwaffe" to travel through time to reverse history so that his nation will not be doomed, but to his surprise he traveled not only through time, but space aswell and he now has to survive in his new world.

Kokomi:

1st female character who is close to Tooru, she has white hair with white eyes and is attracted to Tooru.

Not much else is known about her yet.

Red Rose Cult:

Lisera-Sama - Sect Leader of the Red Rose Cult and the person who Artjom / Tooru rescued, aswell as the person who ot Artjom / Tooru inside the Red Rose Cult.

Erina - Sect Elder of the Red Rose Cult aswell as the person who casted the "Understand Language" Magic and the person who teached Artjom / Tooru the basics of this world.
