"Okay, then it looks like I have to use 'that', even though I haven't mastered it yet but it's enough to give me an edge over this big guy!" Akio said with a large grinning smile and used her magic, suddenly, large enchantment like magic circle appeared above her head and covered her entirely from head to toe.
"Haaaa.... This is tough, I haven't mastered it fully so it's taxing on my body and can only be used for a few minutes!" Akio clenched her fist feeling the effect of full body enchantment on her, making her feel full of strength.
"Now that's what I am talking about, you should never underestimate your enemies if you don't want to end up hurt badly!" Kosei commented seeing her using her strongest trump card as of yet.
"Boomn!" "Shwiiish!"
"Craaaack!"
Akio bend her legs slightly and pushed toward the guardian golem, next second she vanished from her spot and reappeared in front of the golem's head with her kick aimed at him.
"Bammmmn!" "Thuddd!"
"Booooommn!"
Akio's kick connected with the head of the golem and made his huge body fly across the hall towards the pillars and breaking them in the process.
"Whistling sound..! Ohh, wow! That was a badass kick!" Levi and others looked at the scene with amazement and wonder.
"What would had happen if that kick connected with my body? Shudder..!" Arata thought out something looking at Akio's amazing kick and felt a shudder pass down his body so he hurriedly discarded his thoughts and made a promise to himself to not make Akio angry in the future.
"Raaaaaaar!"
The guardian golem got up and make angry noises, it ran up again but a lot of cracks on its body were visible which were slowly mending together.
"Let me help you deal with this golem!" Levi also sprung up in the action seeing that the guardian golem is hard to deal with.
"Me too, I would also help out!" Lugh who has a gloomy face brightens up after seeing Akio kick the face of the golem so she also felt that she should help out Akio-san.
"Yui my dear! Could you use your magic and buff them a little!" Kosei felt that they would need a little support so he asked Yui to buff them with her Symphony magic.
"Alright Ko'! Symphony Buffs notes....!" Yui nodded at Kosei and she moved her violin-like stick around which wrote musical notes in the air then they floated around her. The notes went into Levi, Akio and Lugh's bodies enhancing their agility and reaction speed several times.
Levi and Lugh worked together to distract the golem's attention away from Akio so Akio can take advantage and deal heavy damage to the guardian golem.
For having a big body, the golem's speed or reaction wasn't bad but with Yui buffs on them. Levi and Lugh were able to manoeuvre amidst the onslaught of golem's strikes. Even though their attacks weren't most effective but it was enough to keep the golem's attention on themselves.
Akio's kicks and punches were dealing heavy damage that the cracks were starting to form all over the golem's body, it was receiving damage faster than he can med those cracks.
So after half an hour of engagement. Trio managed to destroy the guardian golem. In the end, only scraps were left in their place. Akio has already reached her limit so she was sitting on the ground and catching her breath to let her body relax from the overexertion.
Levi and Lugh also felt an out of breath so the trio sat together on the ground and tried to calm their fast-beating hearts.
Because of their fight, a large portion of the hall was wasted and which also exposed a big crystal floating in the air in the hall, which also contained a sword inside it.
"So that's the weapon you were looking for!" Lilith said looking at the beautiful crystal hanging in the air with a sword inside it.
"Ohhh! It's a treasure for sure, can I... Can you give me after you used it!" Lugh who was sitting back in the hall a little distance away, suddenly, came from the back like a ghost and shouted with an excited expression.
"Hell no! That's not something anyone can use. And also I have a plan for it!" Kosei bluntly denied it and poured cold water on her enthusiasm. Feeling her displeasure, he added his excuse so she can understand a little of his reasoning.
"I am sensing some familiarity between Arata and this weapon inside the crystal!" Mira's words caught everyone's attention and looked toward Arata.
"What...!! I don't have any idea about that sword!" Arata felt multiple gazes on himself so he denied it while waving his hands in front of his chest.
"Well, I remember reading about this sword. The Black Imperial Sword Judecca, a demon lord's weapon!" Liese commented looking at the weapon with a secrunity gaze.
"A long time ago, Judecca was sealed in the sky library by the Spriggans and later, it was guarded by them even though they have been wiped out by the Abyss Trinity. The sky library has kept it locked inside here!" Kosei explained a little history about the sword and glanced at Akio feeling her mood down at the mention of town destruction.
Kosei wanted to somehow console her and relieve her from her sadness a little but the place and situation didn't allow him to do that.
"So what is nii-san going to do!" Selina interrupted Kosei thought process and made him pay attention back on to the matter.
"Well, I wanted to try something with the sword and no, I am not giving this weapon to Arata so don't even think about it!" Kosei replied caressing his non-existent beard and looking at Arata's shining eyes, he poured cold water on him knowing very well what Arata might have thought.
"There...there, husband! You don't have to feel sad, you can use my weapon if you want!" Arin comforted Arata and offered her weapon to him.
Leaving the Arata and Arin drama aside, Kosei had enough admiration from afar so he slightly bend his knee and jumped towards the crystal.
"Baaaamn!" "Crunnnnnch!"
"Craaaaaack!"
The glass breaking apart was heard by everyone and then broken crystal pieces fell from above which was shielded by Yui and Arin barriers.
"Thud!"
Kosei landed with the Imperial Sword in hand, after landing he inspected the sword's beauty and felt its soft touch.
Judecca's original form is a longsword consisting of a jagged blade with a hook at the tip. Inside the crossguard contains a round gem that stores Judecca's conscience which allows her to communicate with other people. Attached to the pommel of the grip is a long skeletal lanyard that can enfold the user's arm for analysis.
Just as everyone was admiring the black imperial sword, Judecca. She awakens from her slumber and tries to scan Kosei for the demon lord element and other requirements to recognise the master but finds there isn't an ounce of demon lord element present in Kosei, she starts to emit a red glow so Kosei hurriedly put her inside the inventory.
[Host, that was dangerous you know and you shouldn't play with dangerous objects like that. Now that you have gotten the black Imperial sword, I can start anytime the fusion process with Myr.]
'Hahaha! I was just excited about making a brand new weapon for myself so sorry about that blunder and yes, I would like to start the process of fusion with My Myr!' Kosei laughed with a nervous expression inside his mind and then apologise to Sys and readily agreed with Sys to start the fusion process.
[Alright Host. Commencing the fusion of Myr and The Black Imperial Sword, Judecca....
Deducting the OH points....5000....
The duration of the fusion process will take 1 hour, meanwhile, you can not summon Myr or disturb me in the process.]
'Great!' Kosei shouted in his mind but outside he kept smiling, not minding that he lost 5000 OH Points.
Just imagining how badass he would look with the badass weapon with its own thought process, makes him smile ear to ear.
"Nii-san! What happened with that sword, why did you put it away!" Selina circled Kosei and then asked feeling confused why Kosei put it away when he was clearly happy caressing it a second ago.
"Ahem...! Selina, don't worry? I will show you later as for now It's not the time!" Kosei patted Selina's head and smiled warmly at the bubbly girl and promised her to show it later.
"Hey, why did you put it away, I also wanted to see it from close and touch it for a while!" Lugh came running with a huff and ranting on Kosei to let her see the black imperial sword.
"Ohh! Common, didn't I tell you that nobody can touch it except for the demon lord candidate? It was also why I put it away immediately. The sword consciousness was about to attack me so I have no choice." Kosei reminded Lugh again why she can't touch it and why he put it away in a hurry.
"Then isn't it useless to you as you clearly can't wield it!" Lilith said with a confused look.
"Don't worry about it. When I am done with what I have planned for It, then it will become one of my trump cards!" Kosei replied with confidence filled with the voice making Yui smile in return and cling to his back.
"By the way, what happened with Abyss Trinity Dude!" Arata asked something which reminded Kosei that his other objective still hasn't been completed yet.
"Hmmn! About that, I left the guy half dead back there so he should be recovering by now!" Kosei replied nonchalant manner like Abyss Trinity doesn't have anything to do with him.
"You what! Why the hell you left him there and why not finish him off!" Mira shouted with an angry voice as she felt baffled by Kosei's decision to leave such a dangerous guy alone.
"Roooaaaar!!"
"Ohhh! Speak of the demon lord, there he is!" Kosei and others clearly heard the demonic roar with a menacing aura coming along with it, making them shiver a little except for Kosei.
