Plans in Motion

I nodded, satisfied with my stats then closed the status game window. I looked around at the ground and noticed the items of the players I just battled. Hehe…thanks for the freebies. I swiftly grabbed everything and left my current location. I didn't want to have to deal with those guys again, I'm sure they would probably be rushing back here to get their lost items.

~3 weeks later(In game time)~

*Bing!*

I pause what I'm doing and look up at the notification. It showed that I received a private message from someone. I had an idea of who it was so I opened it up.

{GateKeeper}: ~Ghost, are you there?~

I read the message with a small smile. If this guy was messaging me then he had good news.

{Ghost}: ~Yeah I'm here. I'm assuming you found what I asked for?~

{GateKeeper} ~Of course. Based on the information, we've found two of the mines you've been asking about.~

{Ghost}: ~Good send over the locations. I'll trade over the cash items you wanted right after.~

{GateKeeper} ~But you've already paid us upfront for this information you don't have to send us that, you know?~

{Ghost} ~Of course, but this compensation is for you guys to keep these mines secret. I don't want others to learn about these mines other than me.~

There was a pause between the messages for a moment. It seemed like the other person was processing the previous message.

{GateKeeper} ~Hehehehe! Of course, this is why I love doing business with you! Don't worry I'll keep this secret, we can't ruin our relationship with such a high paying customer now, can we?~

The next message that the player sent was information regarding the two mines that I asked for a couple weeks back. First off, the guy I was speaking to, he is one of the founders of a Guild called 'Three Burning Eyes'. As I stated before I'd much rather working alone, but realistically no one can work alone effectively. So if I must work with people I'd much rather work with people that will benefit me the most. The 'Three Burning Eyes' Guild is a information guild. They find the most secretive information and sell it for a fee. They run a popular website where they sell YGGDRASIL info based on everything. When I say everything I mean everything, they are even helping locate possible World Class Item locations.

Their work isn't very liked publicly due to the way they acquire it, but honestly everyone uses their help. Cant really blame people since information is much more valuable then most items. Their method is usually sending spies into other guilds and stealing their secrets and info. With this info they would sell to the highest bidder. Of course with me having unlimited money it was inevitable for me to be their biggest customer. I've made sure to keep our relationship friendly however due to the way they work I also don't trust them. This is the reason I use a code name when chatting with their members, The chat system allows players a feature where we can have private chats with different names for roleplay and for privacy purposes. I took full advantage of this feature and used it to reach out to the top beneficial guilds that I thought would be of use to me.

Now, what I had them locate for me is 2 of the seven mines. These mines contain the highest class of Prismatic Ore. With these two respective mines I could hoard the Ores to myself and have my own supply of Prismatic Ores. I decided not to ask for all of the seven mines location since I know that the Ainz Ooal Gown Guild played a role in these mines, I figured that two was enough recalling the fact that the mines were stolen from their Guild later on so I assume this won't butcher the timeline.

Like I said before, I contacted multiple guilds and offered deals with them, of course under a different code name for each. Cant be getting caught up now, can we? I contacted multiple smaller information guilds since I believe all knowledge is good knowledge, I don't have to discriminate between the much more known and lowkey guilds since I have unlimited money. Another famous guild that would play a big role in the future is a guild called 'World Searcher'. They reached number 2 on the leaderboards in the novel.

They're guild is basically the ideal definition of an adventures guild. I've also contacted them as well, they specialize in exploring undiscovered lands and finding hidden places. The novel stated that only 30% of all the worlds in YGGDRASIL had been explored. I'm pretty sure that it was them who made it that way. I won't overestimate myself, I already know that I may not be able to explore everything myself. This is the reason I cooked up a deal with them, each time they found something they would let me know about it as well. They aren't a very strong guild strength wise so it's safe to say that they probably won't be challenging most dungeons they find, this is where I come in. I'll make use of every chance I get to become stronger.

Hmmm….Who are you guys that I'm talking to anyway, it's like I'm narrating a book or something. Anyway my debuffs have already been lifted. Before, in my down time I was working on my 2 Dragon summons data crystals. It's really surprising just how much data capacity these things have. I have already created the flavor text already for each of them, now I'm just filling it up with as much high class data crystals as I possibly can. I started to smile and put up the dragon class summon crystal. My smile widened. Haha! I just love how plans come together. Now that I can safely go around without the debuff penalties it's time to get back to the grinding.

I decided to go to one of the mine locations I got from GateKeeper. The mine cave was humongous. Walking through this dark cave, there were golems everywhere. Fortunately these golems are only around level 65 - 70. I can handle them pretty decently due to them having the same attacks movements. The cave walls had different colored crystals that lit up the cave so it wasn't to dark, however I took all of them. Hehehe, gotta love night vision right? I don't need light in this cave so I took all the ores and crystals that I found along the way.

There were tons of blue ores eveywhere. Of course I collected these ores since they will come in handy for something sooner or later. The deeper I got the more bigger and richer the ores got, however the golems also started to get stronger.

After hours of pushing through the mine I noticed that the cave walls were becoming more narrow so I prepared myself and it was a good thing I did so…

"YARAHHHHHH!"

"What. the. Hell. Is. That….?"

My widened glowing eyes narrowed. Looks like I gotta get serious. What a pain…
