Chapter 8

The video ended and they both were shocked and were totally silent. Jin came out of his room and was frightened on seeing Namjoon and Suga sitting like statues.

"Yah you guys scared me." He shouted and everyone came out of their rooms after hearing his voice.

"Hyung what's wrong?" Jimin asked them and shaked them. They flinched and returned to reality. They both told the others about the story and the video.

"No wonder no one found out about Zoe for so long." Jungkook said.

"What about the map?" Jimin asked.

"Yeah, we don't know who put it there." Tae said.

"Let's just ask Zoe." Suga said as he was just too lazy to think.

"Zoe did Mr. John made a map to that mountain?" Namjoon asked Zoe.

"Sorry anything related to a map isn't available in my memory." She said.

"What? If Mr. John didn't put the map there then who did?" Hobi asked confusingly.

"Guys it can be a conspiracy." Jin said and was a bit afraid.

"It can be but we have to find out who put the map there and who else knows about Zoe." Jungkook said in a serious tone and they all agreed.

"But first, study for your exam." Jin said and took them all inside to study.

They all studied whole night and it was a fun as they all were together. Zoe was in the living room and she was looking for information about the map that they mentioned before. Her eyes were a kind of camera and the incidents that she sees can be recorded. She pressed a switch which was on the wall and a TV appeared. She touched it and it was connected to her system. She started playing all the videos which were in her system and also saw all the data which was stored in her. She played all the videos from the very first day when she was operated to see if there was anything suspicious. She didn't find anything unusual until she saw the last few videos. It was the one from the days when Mr. John shut down her system and hid her in his secret lab. After watching the video for a few minutes she noticed that someone was following them the whole day. It was the man who forced Mr. John to sell Zoe. When she started watching the last video she noticed that he followed them that day as well. When Mr. John was in the secret lab he was standing outside, watching everything silently and after that there was no data as Mr. John shut down her system after this. She look a photo of that man and decided to investigate about him as she wanted to know if Mr. John actually attempted suicide or if it was a murder as he had a lot of enemies.

The next day they all went to school to give their exam. After they came back, Zoe told them all the information she got yesterday after watching all the videos.

"Wait what? Your eyes record everything?" They all asked and were in shock.

"It was a feature installed in me to keep the information for a long time and this is the only reason why I don't blink." She explained. She showed them the picture of that man who knew about the lab except them.

"Hey, isn't that the new president!"
