Chapter 44 

Ella's POV 

I awoke to the smell of bacon and the same woman's voice I heard last night fighting with Cassidy. 

"You are going take her back this morning?" the voice asks him. 

"She needs to be with her mates. I will tell her about her powers, but we don't need a bunch of people coming here. I swore to protect you two, Yuri." 

I sit up and I see the pair in the kitchen talking among themselves. I stretch and look for Pym but she is nowhere in sight. I feel my stomach rumble from the smell that comes from the kitchen. I smooth my hair and straighten my hair before greeting my hosts in the kitchen. 

"Good morning", I say in the most cheerful voice I can muster. I'm definitely not a morning person. 

"Ella, good morning sister," Cassidy says stepping in front of the woman who was just speaking.
