A Difficult Decision

Liliths point of view...

I started to get my sword and pack up anything else I was gonna need to battle my sister and her little "boyfriend". After about 10 minutes I met up with Dolion near our training area. "Hey you ready for this?" He asked curiously. "Yeah...why wouldn't I be," I replied confused.

"I just mean you know, she is your sister I didn't know whether or not you would have the heart to kill her," Dolion stated cautiously. "That's sweet but I have no problem ending her life, she may be my twin but if I don't end her life when I get the chance then your dad will end mine, so you don't have to worry about me, my question is are you really ok ending a 5-year-old, a fetus, and that ashronian mothers life?" I asked genuinely curious how he would respond.

"Honestly I'm hoping it won't come to that as long as the ashronian willingly fights me and doesn't drag them into it I won't lay a finger on them but if he doesn't I'm starting with his little brother, and from what I could sense they are just ordinary humans so it should be easy to kill them," Dolion replied monotonously.

"I should've known he would say that", I thought to myself. "Oh, that reminds me how long will it take us to get to planet earth?" I asked. "If we leave in 15 minutes it should take us about 2 months 1 week,3 days,14 hours, 25 minutes, and 45 seconds, but the moment we get to planet earth your sister and that ashronian will be soo much stronger than their current strength so don't underestimate her...got it, "Dolion explained.

"I could say the same thing about that ashronian boy.

If you get sloppy and get yourself killed I will never forgive you so don't take the chance stop letting your humanity get in the way and just take his family hostage that way he will have no choice but to fight you with everything he's got. Then when your dad realizes you have given it your all show your true power and end him and his family...promise me you won't let your humanity get in the way Dolion," I lectured.

He wasn't speaking or even looking at me so I put my hands on his cheeks to get him to look at me "Dolion...promise me." He then slowly took hold of my hands and took them off of his face and replied quietly, " I can't promise that." He grabbed his bag and walked towards our ship, not looking at me once.

3rd person point of view...

Once Dolion walked away from Lilith, Lilith now frustrated punched the wall as hard as she could causing her knuckles to bleed tremendously "Fuck hopefully I didn't break it" she said as she walked towards her room to get the last of the supplies she needed, not knowing that Klaus listened to the whole conversation. Dolion made his way towards the ship and began to unpack his things until he heard his dad speak, "Son can you come here for a bit I need to talk to you it's urgent."

"Yeah" he replied as he followed his father's lead to a room. When it came to height Dolion was about 5"11 (which is an average height for both teenage axellion and Ashronian boys) but stood up to be slightly higher than his father's shoulders. His father (Klaus) was about 6"5 an average height for both fully grown Ashronians and axellions.

When they finally reached the room Dolion walked in first and heard the door close but before he could react, his father's bare hands were already wrapped around his neck causing him to not be able to breathe. Klaus then proceeded to slam his adopted son against the wall and stated, " Why are you having second thoughts about this mission Dolion, is it because you have to kill human children?" Klaus asked with venom in his tone.

"Father please...you can't ask me to do this they're innocent... I... I'll do anything else I promise." Dolion pleaded, hoping Klaus would change his mind but all that Klaus did was choke his son harder to the point where Dolion knew just how serious his predicament was.

"Let's get one thing straight if I see you hesitate when it comes to that ashronian boy and his family, even the slightest I will not only beat you until your a bloody mess but I will kill Lilith right in front of you so that you can know that the only reason shes dead is due to your foolish humanity... do you understand me, boy." He then proceeded to let Dolion go causing him to crash to the floor and cough uncontrollably.

By the time Dolion was able to catch his breathe his father had left him alone in the room. He crawled to the corner of it and hid his head in his knees with his hands on his head as he started to cry not knowing what to do. After about 10 minutes he came to the decision of following his father's orders and saving Lilith's life by showing no mercy to the ashronian boy or his human family.

"I will protect you, Lilith I don't care what I have to do, I will not let him hurt you any more than he already has." He then walked out of the room and his empty eyes were glued to the floor not looking where he was going. Dolion bumped into a servant who instead of apologizing to Dolion, got upset and rudely said, "watch where you're going punk."

Dolion immediately looked up at the man, his once green eyes were now glowing dark purple as he looked the man straight in the eyes and caused the man to stand in fear as he exploded from the inside out causing some of his blood to land on Dolion.

Lilith and Klaus seeing the whole thing had completely different reactions Lilith seemed confused but worried and Klaus was smiling a wicked smile as he proudly stated, " That's my boy." Dolion not paying attention to either of them went to his room to take a shower but there was something different about his eyes his once innocent and hopeful eyes were now filled with a cold and dark venomous glare.
