Chapter 1

Aurora had stood in front of the building that had changed her whole life just a year ago. Aurora had been through a lot through this last year. Heartbreak, sadness, loss and even confusion. Through it all she had managed to keep her life going and she didn't stop. She couldn't. She had exhaled as she stepped into the college grounds and instantly she saw Logan and Landon.

Logan Goldman had caused her quite a few troubles the previous year with her romantic feelings and now all of a sudden those feelings feel more powerful than ever before.

"Hey, Logan. Hi, Landon," Aurora said.

"Aurora, hi. How was your summer?" Logan asked as he gave her a hug.

"Actually, really rough. Not the easiest thing to start all over with your life, but I did it. Got my own apartment. Got my own car and I had started to work as well. Part time, of course, but it's something," Aurora said.

"Were you back home for the summer or not?" Logan asked as Aurora shook her head.

"Not with my brother, no. Noah, hi," Aurora said as she had greeted the man.

"Hey you. Still managing at home? You back in Eu Heights?" Noah asked as Aurora shook her head.

"Definitely not. I actually moved to a place up here. Very busy in Richmond, but yeah. I'm adjusting," Aurora said as she saw how Logan has left.

"Logan and I have reached a new level of weird. We can now barely talk to one another," Aurora said.

"I'm sure it will get better. Just hold on," Noah said as he had gone into a classroom.

Aurora has exhaled as she went into the classroom and saw how Logan and his classmates were busy setting up their laptops.

"Morning, guys," Aurora said.

"Ugh you still here?" Landon asked as Logan looked at him.

"Dude, stop being a fucking ass," Logan said as Aurora looked at him.

"What about you do that instead? I need fresh air," Aurora said as she went out of the class.

"What did you do?" Mason asked.

"No idea. Let me go and find out what's going on," Logan said as he went out of the classroom.

Aurora went out of the college building while she heard someone following her as she looked behind her and saw Logan.

"Good grieve. You scared the shit out of me," Aurora said as she had exhaled.

"What was that? In the classroom. Do we have a problem or something to solve?" Logan asked as Aurora looked at him.

"Are you kidding me? You kissed me and just walked away. What was that?" Aurora asked.

"Because you were absolutely shocked. I saw it on your face," Logan said as Aurora looked at him.

"Logan, I got kissed. For the first time. Of course, I will be shocked. But you can't just walk away," Aurora said as she saw how Landon came out of the building.

"Class is starting," Landon said as Aurora went into the building.
