(Not Going to write about Double date. you should know, I have never been to one. not even one on one date. so sad)

As usual, early in the morning, Cris Argent finished his work out session and sat down for breakfast. Victoria, his wife, immediately arrange everything perfectly. not only she is a good hunter, but she is also a great wife.

"Where is Allison?" seeing his daughter didn't come to breakfast Cris couldn't help but ask. normally she would join them to have family breakfast.

"She arrived a bit late yesterday," Victoria said sitting down "so, she is sleeping in, it's good to take a rest since they have school dance tonight"

"Hmm, What about Kate? I haven't seen her around lately" thinking about his sister Cris slightly frowned. this woman exactly like their father, ruthless and unpredictable. but if he thinks about it, there is no wonder since Gerard is the one trained her.

"I...."

"No need, I'm here" when Victoria about to answer, an excited voice sounded behind her "and Cris, I found out whos the Beta is"

Kate Argent came in interrupting couple's meal. although they weren't bothered by her presence, words she spoke sparked their interest. even after so many efforts Cris couldn't find a single clue about the second Beta. but finally, it seemed Kate succeed.

"Was it that kid?" Victoria asked with great hope. no matter what others say she never dropped her suspicions. however, she bound to disappoint.

"No, that kid is some nobody. though I admit he is more handsome than anyone I have ever seen, that's all. nothing worth mentioning"

Kate knew exactly who is Victoria talking about. although they didn't know why she always suspects the kid named, Max, their investigations on him came up empty.

"Oh!" Victoria disappointed.

But Cris intrigued "Who was it?"

"Oh! this is the best part" Kate danced in excitement. she could hardly contain it. "It's Scott McCall, Allison's little boyfriend"

For the first time in life, Max slept until midday. even then, he stayed on the bed rolling left and right without getting up.

Yesterday he experienced his first date with the girl he loved. although it was supposed to be a double date, Max and Lydia traped themselves in their own world.

Allison and Scott weren't much different but the whole time Max felt faint awkwardness from Allison. he didn't know if it directed to him or it caused by her guilt toward Scott. however, ultimately Allison acted naturally. which made Max slightly disappointed.

Then he realized cruel truth, He likes to N...I mean He liked Allison too. but, to take this leap Max will have to make a great effort in the future. Eighty percent completes if Lydia agrees.

Finally, after a long time struggling with a happy smile, Max decided to start the day. Lydia already informed him that she and Allison planning to go shopping spring again to get ready for the dance.

Yesterday when Max came home he couldn't find Ron. naturally, Max assumed he was doing night activities. he just hoped hunters won't be alarmed by his presence.

When Max took a peek on Ron's room, the guy was there, sleeping. nothing worth mentioning or noticing.

After confirming everything on the place Max called Derek. since Max doesn't have a vehicle he planned to borrow one. Derek was more than happy to give his GT to Max. according to Derek, in the first place, the car doesn't belong to him. it owned by his late sister Laura.

Max received the car and after that, he went to buy some new clothes. he couldn't just wear everyday clothes to the school dance. thinking for a long time Max decided to wear a casual black blazer with a white shirt and matching lower parts.

Winter Fall Dance starts at 6 in the evening. Max didn't spend much time buying clothes. with that, he washed the car and went back home. about 5.30 he drove toward Lydia's house intending to pick her up.

Lydia wasn't ready when he parked the car in front of her house. Natalie was the one came to greet him.

They spent several minutes talking before reacting to the sound of footsteps.

Max saw Lydia slowly walking down the stairs. she looked beautiful than ever, it was the same dress in TV series. silver strapless dress. she wore kneesocks, giving strange charm to her whole being. light makeup, paired with pink shiny lips deadly to man to look.

When Lydia came down she held Max's hand and said "Let's go, Its almost time"

Max smile broadly and nodded "You look so beautiful, even more than yesterday"

"You aren't half bad yourself"

Lydia's mother had an urge to hit Lydia with a brick. not half bad? what kinda compliment is that? however, looking at Max's foolish smile Natalie knew he didn't mind it. she knew Lydia would never be able to find a handsome young man as good as Max, ever. Natalie had to admit both of them look nice together.

"Then, Natalie we are going" after staring at Lydia good while, Max decided to move on.

"Goodbye mom"

"Good, stay safe, take care" looking at departing couple Natalie send them away, happily.

While Max picking up Lydia from her house, Stiles went to pick up Allison.

This unexpected change caused Kate Argent and Cris Argent to frown unhappily. although Cris was unwilling to spoil his daughter's happy day when he heard Allison already knew about Werewolves he unhappily agreed to Kate's plan. but he didn't forget to use harsh words against Kate. he didn't wish to see his half-crazy sister influence his beloved daughter.

Kate's had a simple plan. she strongly believed Scott will come to pick up Allison. when that happens they could easily catch Scott with their traps. then he could be used to lead them to the Alpha. Scott is the only one who could find the killer Alpha.

But, her plan thrown away by Stiles's unwanted visit.

In this case, Scott should thank Coach for saving him. if the coach didn't prevent him from attending to the dance, he would never use this method. looks like luck is on Scott's side.

Of course, Kate wasn't willing to let things go just like that. she had another plan, surprisingly Cris also agreed thinking about Allison's safety.

Not only Argent but Peter also made a plan with a failsafe. and he had help too, someone strongly need a bite from the Alpha. someone desire to become his Beta.

Actually, Peter had two failsafe. one is a bit hard than others. first one is a bit hard to get close to, but if he tries it's still achievable. however, the second one is much easier, with the help of Jackson achieving it will be a piece of cake.

However what Peter didn't know was, that the piece of cake won't be easy to eat as he thought it would be. it was a grave mistake on Peter's side. actually, he couldn't be blamed it's just that Jackson's information about her guardian is bit unreliable, that's all.
