The Hilichurl was looking menacing at Eula and Amber while holding its ice club.

While the two knights were prepared to make their move, the Hilichurl moved.

SWOOSH!!

Eula widened her eyes before barely blocking the attack that came at her left.

CLING!

'Eula: J-Just what did it eat to become this strong and fast in such a short period of time.'

Thought Eula while gritting her teeth and stopping the club. It was taking her full strength to keep it at bay and not be pushed back.

FWOOSH!!

A pryo arrow was shot by Amber and reached Hilichurl who jumped back to dodge it.

After getting some breather, Eula charged and swung her claymore.

The Hilichurl also didn't retreat and confronted her by swinging its club.

CLING!!

BOOM!!!

A shockwave was released from their clash as the dust cloud rose around them.

It may seem that both were equal, however, Eula knew the truth. Her arms had turned completely numb. She was scarcely making sure that she wouldn't let go of her claymore.

FWOOSH!!

More and more arrows were released by Amber.

Seeing this, Hilichurl rolled to the side making them miss before standing up and attacking Eula from her right this time.

Eula knew that she wouldn't be able to block it since her hands were still numb. Hence, she ducked and evaded it.

SWISH!

After crouching, she kicked at the back of Hilichurl's knee making it fall on the ground.

BAM!

THUD!!

Then without wasting a second, she raised herself and swung her claymore down at it.

BANG!!

Too bad that the Hilichurl rolled again and got out of the way.

Snow rose as Eula looked around, waiting for the Hilichurl's next move. But there was no movement around her for a second or two, she frowned before realizing something.

Turning back, she shouted.

Eula: Amber! It's coming for you!

Amber, who was standing behind with her bow pointed towards Eula's direction, heard her shout, and raised all her guard to the limit.

Moving her head around, she started looking for the Hilichurl while her hands were still on the bow and the string.

THUCH!!

At this time, a hand came out of the ground and grabbed her ankle, making her fall.

THUCH!

Once she was down, Hilichurl burst out of the ground and swung the club, aiming for her head, planning to end her life right away.

But it was also the moment Amber released the arrow which she had been charging all this time.

FWOOSH!!

BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!

The pryo arrow hit the Hilichurl on its chest at point-blank range and exploded.

Hilichurl: KRAR!!!

BANG!!

The explosion threw the Hilichurl far away and smashed it on the side wall of the mountain as cracks started to appear on it.

Eula: Amber! Are you alright!?

Hurriedly approaching Amber, Eula asked.

Amber: Wish I could say yes.

Showing a weak smile, Amber pointed at her leg. Eula followed her gaze and gasped.

Currently Amber ankle had been bent to unexpected angle. Just by seeing it made Eula shiver.

Amber: I was aiming for its head. But it sensed the incoming danger and broke my foot before raising its body to protect itself. Because of severe pain I almost lost the concentration and had no choice but to release the arrow before the gathered elemental power dispersed.

Hearing this Eula expressions turned solemn.

One should know that from hiding itself in the snow and delivering a sneak attack and making Amber lose her balance all happened in a matter of a second.

Yet, the Hilichurl was able to not only injure Amber but also protect itself in that given time.

They now truly understand the gravity of the situation.

BANG!!

THUD!!

At this time, Hilichurl jumped out of the wall and landed on the ground while looking at them.

The Knights snapped out of their thoughts and looked at it seriously.

But then their eyes widened in shock as they saw that the burning wound on the Hilichurl chest was healing rapidly.

Eula: SH*T!

SWOOSH!!

Shouting Eula charged at it. That injury on the Hilichurl chest would definitely affect it while fighting them. However, if it got healed then they would return back to the square one. And they would be one who would be at disadvantage that time since not only Amber was hurt but also their reserve had been used up considerably.

Hilichurl: GRAR!!

The beast also had no intention of backing down as it also dashed towards Eula.

By the time they reached each other, Hilichurl swung its club.

On the other hand, instead of attacking Eula took a whole back 360-degree turn to the left and dodged it.

By then she already had Hilichurl back in front of her eyes. Hence, she raised the claymore she was holding with both of her hands to slash.

Hilichurl was already prepare for it and was about to counter when...

FWOOSH!!

…

Many arrows were shot by Amber each aiming for its weak points.

As a result, it had no choice but to guard those spots.

TING!!

...

…

It brought its club forward and blocked the arrows.

That was enough for Eula to land her blow at its back.

SHIN!!!

SPLURT!!

Hilichurl: GRAR!!!!!

It let out a painful scream as a deep slash appeared on its back and blood gushed out of it.

A smile appeared on Amber face after witnessing that Eula succeeded. Her distraction really did the trick.

Even though Amber was happy, same couldn't be said for Eula. She was frowning instead.

In the slash just now, she put her full strength into it having the full intention of cutting this Hilichurl into two. Yet, it only injured it.

In rage, Hilichurl kicked behind without looking.

BAM!!!

This caught Eula off guard since she thought Hilichurl would at least turn before attacking, giving her enough time for her next move.

As a result, she barely had the time to protect herself by moving her head to the side.

Though Hilichurl still succeeded in landing a blow at Eula's left shoulder.

Eula: Auh!

Trying her best not to scream in pain, she was pushed back some distance.

Amber: Eula!!!!!!

FWOOSH!!

Shouting Amber released a series of arrows to give Eula some time to stable herself.

THUD!!

DRIP!!

...

Falling on one of her knees, Eula frowned and looked at her shoulder from which blood was leaking.

She could tell that her bones inside was already broken.

Raising her left hand while biting her lips in pain, she put on her injury.

CRACKLE!!

Eula: K..u.h...

A layer of frost covered her shoulder as she tried not to groan.

By the time she was done with her first aid treatment, she saw the Hilichurl who was smashing its club on the ground again and again resulting in ice spikes coming out of the ground and attacking Amber.

Because of that Amber had no choice but to jump and move around to dodge them. Causing her injure to become more and more worse with each passing second, hence, decreasing her speed.

Realizing things are getting dangerous as Hilichurl was swiftly approaching her, Amber expression turned grave.

She took five dolls that looked just like her out of nowhere and put them front of her before jumping back using her full strength.

It was also the moment when Hilichurl had reached those dolls. But unlike mindless Hilichurls, it didn't get distracted and was about to move past them.

FWOOSH!!

But then an arrow was released by Amber that hit one of those dolls and...

BOOOM!!!

All the five dolls exploded, engulfing the Hilichurl whose painful scream got covered in the explosion.
