Mythical Pokémon. Everyone thought Mythical Pokémon were the same as Legendary Pokémon. However, they are wrong. Both Mythical and Legendary Pokémon are different.
Legendary Pokémon are extremely rare and often very powerful Pokémon that are often associated with legends of creation and/or destruction within their endemic regions. Every region has their own Legendary Pokémons. Like Four Legendary Pokémons of Kanto Region: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo. Five Legendary Pokémon of Johto Region: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Ho-Oh, and Lugia. And so on.
However, just like Legendary Pokémon, every region also has their own Mythical Pokémon.
Now, what are Mythical Pokémons? Are they stronger than Legendary Pokémon? The answer to this is both yes and no. But he will fall mostly towards 'No'. Why? Because about 80% of Legendary Pokémons are stronger than Mythical Pokémons.
So, why are they called Mythical Pokémons? Can't they just be called normal Pokémon? The answer is 'No'.
The reason why they are called Mythical Pokémons is because they are even rarer than Legendary Pokémons themselves. Most of them were only rumors and the information people get from reading history books. If only 1 out of 100,000 people saw Legendary Pokémons in their life, then only 1 out of 1,000,000 saw Mythical Pokémons in their life. This rarity is what makes them Mythical Pokémons.
But it doesn't mean Mythical Pokémons are weak. They came right below Legendary Pokémons. But not all. Some Mythical Pokémon are stronger than even the Legendary Pokémons.
For example, Mew. A Mythical Pokémon whose strength surpassed every Legendary Pokémons in existence. Some might be thinking it's exaggerating. Because there exists some Pokémons whose strength far surpassed Mew. Namely Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Arceus. Well, it's true that these pokémons are stronger than Mew, however, they shouldn't be called Pokémons because they in truth are Gods.
Exactly. Gods. A real deal. They are all 3rd Level Existence. Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Arceus that appeared in movie "Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai", "Pokémon: Giratina & the Sky Warrior", and "Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life" are in truth not their real forms but Avatars which didn't even have 1% strength of their real strength. That's why they shouldn't be compared to other Pokémons.

[The Pokémon which has the unique ability to travel through time to the past or future. However, the only times Celebi wants to visit are those of peace, so catching sight of Celebi in one of the beautiful forests it frequents is a good sign indeed.]
Primis: Indeed. If I get my hands on Celebi before the start of plot, then I can somehow connect myself with Natsuki Subaru's time-axis. By doing that whenever he dies and will travel back, I will also travel back with him.

[The power of Zenith. The very power which once reaching the higher power will let you contact the very "Will" of the world.]
Primis: Yeah. My first Template will be "The Black Swordsman" with my source power as Magic. For my Second Template, it will be "???????" with the source power as-----.
[Zenith.]
Primis: Yes. So, start creating Template option.
[B-But only by reaching the h-highest mastery in Zenith power, c-can you contact World's Will. It's impossible to attain such mastery in merely 3-days. You will at least need a decade or more to accomplish that.]
Primis: I know. But didn't I say I have my own way? Start what you are told already.

Moving his attention back to "Martial Realm" in his hand, Primis thought.
'Primis: In Lin Dong's world, its said that Zenith power is the merging of Qi and Mental Energy. However, it's not true. To obtain the strongest and purest form of Zenith power you must merge three types of energies instead of two. If your Zenith power which is made of two types of power, then at most you can contact the Will of your own. That's the limit. But in case you have purest Zenith power, you can go beyond your world.'
Raising his head, he looked at the sunset.
Primis: Zenith power in "The Great Thousand Worlds" only help you contact the will of your world. Or your own Planet. But in the universe, there are countless planets. Countless galaxies. The purest and original form of Zenith power will let you contact the Wills of other planets and galaxies too. Only by doing that can you contact the "Will of the Universe".
Turning back to "Martial Realm" in his hands, Primis continued.
Primis: Three sorts of power needed are:
· 1st Power: Qi or Ki or Magic or Aura or Energy
· 2nd Power: Mental or Psychic
· 3rd Power: Spirit or Soul
Primis: I can use all three forms. For the first form, I have magic. For the second form, I have Mental power. The illusions of my Sharingan are mental attacks. As for the third and last form, I have Spirit power. "Tsukuyomi" technique of Mangekyō Sharingan is in truth Spirit attack. Now then, while absorbing the Zenith power in this "Martial Realm" and merging three sorts of power, I will be able to obtain the purest form of Zenith power.
Nodding his head, Primis called.
Primis: Moltres.
Space wrapped and the Legendary Bird of Fire flew out.

With every flap of its wings, embers were being shed. Moltres turned and looked at Primis as if waiting for his orders.
Primis: Guard me while I am busy.
Nodding its head, Moltres flew to the top of the Flugel's Tree and sat on one of its branches. Next, Primis closed his eyes and let go of "Martial Realm". Instead of falling, "Martial Realm" started floating in front.

Eight colorful lights shot out of him as all Eight Incantation Symbols appeared. They started revolving around Primis before forming a tetrahedron. Four Incantations one at the one of the four edges and other Four Incantations symbols were in the center of four sides.

Devouring Incantations Symbol started radiating. A black hole appeared on top of the "Martial Realm" and started absorbing the Zenith power. The power was then refined before being absorbed by Primis.
One day later.
Primis had barely absorbed 10% of Zenith power inside "Martial Realm". He opened his eyes and looked at it.
Primis: Too slow.....................I am sorry, Ophis. I have to break my promise.
Saying this, three-tomoes started to rotate before combining and forming a pin-wheel pattern. Primis decided to activate his "Mangekyō Sharingan" which will not only increase the range of his "Elemental-Sight" but will also increase the speed at which he was receiving information. Because of that both the absorption and the speed of merging of three powers increased drastically.
'Primis: I promised Ophis that I won't use "Mangekyō Sharingan" for too long till my mind gets used to heavy load of information I receive. But now I must take this risk.'
Primis again closed his eyes and concentrated. An hour after he closed his eyes, another light shot out of him.

It was another gift from Lin Dong. Seven-Colored Spear. This spear remained in Primis "Baptism" world all this time. Since the need to use it didn't come, Primis left it there. But now it finally made its appearance again.

All the Eight-Incantation symbols and Seven-Colored Spear started to emit dazzling light.

Primis "Origin Force, Midnight Coat" and "Origin Force, Elucidator" also started shinning. In the next second, both equipment returned back to his soul. Primis was left sitting in his shorts. Though, not for too long. A new set of clothes started to appear on his body. The Seven-Colored Spear that was emitting dazzling light also started to change its shape. To that of a sword.
Another day later.
All the Zenith power in the "Martial Realm" had been absorbed. Once it was, all Eight-Incantation symbols returned inside him. Primis was now sitting with his eyes closed in a new set of clothes. A sword or blade of some sort was floating on his right side.
Finally, "Martial Realm" stopped emitting light and fell. However, before it could, a hand wearing black gloves extended forward and caught it.
Primis: Haaaa Fuuuuuu.
Primis let out an icy breath before opening his black abyss-colored cold eyes.
Primis: Time to get Celebi.
Saying this his black eyes looked sideway where some Twilight's prompts appeared.
