The entire world came stand still after that last explosion. Or it appeared so. Because even though the battle was over, the planet still suffered a lot because of it. Earthquakes, tsunamis, and other disasters were still striking many parts of the planet. That's what happened when Level 7 beings fought in a low Level 3 world. In case the battle was still going on, then it would have left a permanent damage to the planet. Which would have taken centuries or more to heal.
As for the island. Only two parts were left floating in the ocean. One where Sheng Ming and Ais were and the Second the temple where devil's cocoon resided.

Some distance away. On one of the debris of the island, Moltres was laying on it. Its breathing was haggard as it was trying hard to stand up. Too bad, no matter how hard it tried, strength just didn't come. Not only that but the size of the debris was also so small that barely upper half of its body was out the ocean while its feet and more than half of the wings were inside it.
As the water touched its body, it started to evaporate. Though at an extremely slow pace compared to before when even the whole island started to melt because of its fire. Mere a few flickers of fire were coming out of its body.
All of sudden, a shadow covered it. When Moltres tried and raised its head a little, it opened its eyes wide as a huge magic attack in the shape of an arc was coming towards it. In panic, Moltres tried to move its body. Yet, it was all in vain because strength just didn't enter its body. As a result, the attack hits it heads on.

Moltres let out a blood-curding scream before being thrown away. However, before it could be thrown far, someone appeared in front of it and kicked Moltres right in its stomach.

The pain was so much that Moltres couldn't even scream properly as its eyes rolled back mind its head.

Moltres hit many of the debris behind before finally embedding on a broken pillar. Before its mind could stabilize from dizziness, a hand appeared and grabbed its neck. Then it pulled Moltres before smashing it hard on the pillar.

The pillar broke and fell into the ocean pieces by pieces. The pain was so much that Moltres wanted to scream but the hand grabbing its neck made it impossible. Since it no longer had any power to resist. Moltres could only move its eyes to see who it was. And it widened its eyes in shock. It was the same human who it was fighting all this time. Moltres thought even though it somehow survived that explosion, it was still impossible for mere human to survive that. Yet, the result was that that human was currently in front of it and was looking at it with those cold blood-red eyes.

In the entire area, only a human and bird could be seen flying in the sky. No. It was the human who was flying in the air while holding the bird by its neck. The bird didn't even have the slightest bit of strength left in it. It was completely at that human's mercy.
That human was Primis, of course. Currently he was holding Moltres by its neck with his right-hand. His left hand was tightly holding the unconscious Ophis in his chest. After their last attack, Ophis passed out because of both physical and mental fatigue. So, she was currently sleeping peacefully in his embrace.

Then Primis pulled Moltres face closer and looked directly in its eyes before continuing in the same mocking tone.
Primis: And how does it feel like, to be defeated by the very element you are king of?

Primis: I wonder how your fellow pokémons will think when they come to know that the Legendary Bird or King of Fire was defeated by fire itself. And that fire was being used by a mere human.
Moltres: ...…
Primis: Let me guess. You will not only lose all the respect from both Human and Pokémons alike but will also become the laughingstock among all the Legendary Pokémons.

Moltres was glaring at Primis with furious expression. It knew what Primis was saying was truth. Yet, it can't do anything about it. Moltres, the Legendary Bird of Fire was defeated by a mere human who was using fire was a fact. It can't deny that.
Primis: Now. Listen to this you so-called Legendary Bird of Fire. I give two choices. First, right now as his moment, accept to be my 'pet' bird for the rest of your eternity. You will do everything I will say without a single bit of hesitation or question. Even if I order you to kill the innocent or even your own kinds. While in my case, you 'yourself' will decided to be my tool. You will do everything of your own Will just to carry out my orders. You will witness, experience, and feel everything you will order it, and in the end, you will also accept it willingly.
Moltres eyes were already full of tears by now as they trail down its face. Looking directly in Moltres fear and despair filled eyes, Primis spoke.
Primis: Now tell me, Legendary Bird of Fire. Which POISON do you want to take?

Moltres kept on looking at Primis with tears-stricken and despair filled eyes. Then it used its willpower to move its head before lowering it in complete submission. The corner of Primis' lips raised a little.
Primis: Good. Now look into by eyes.
Hearing this, Moltres looked in his Mangekyō Sharingan like ordered. And then...

It was the same way as how Nine Tails eyes became went it was under Obito's control.
Confirming that Moltres was completely under his control, Primis decreased the force of his grip holding it neck. Though, he didn't let it go because if he did, Moltres would fall directly into the sea since it didn't have any strength to fly right now.
'Primis: Twilight, start the Master-Servant or Pet contract. Whatever it is.'

A Light came out of Primis hand and covered Moltres completely. Moltres didn't resist and soon the contract was established. Soon a collar of some sort appeared on its neck before it disappeared. No. To be more precise, it hid.

Moltres eyes returned to normal. It shook its head to return to itself. Once it memories returned, it realized and felt the connection between Primis and itself.
Primis: I have put the things you need to recover to your peak in your new 'Home'. So, take a rest there and wait for my next order.
Moltres meekly nodded before Primis put it into his "Pets" world. Once Moltres disappeared, Primis finally turned his attention to Sheng Ming's and Ais's location before flying there.

After a minute, he reached their location. Ignoring the blood and grotesque scene around, he approached Sheng Ming and Ais. Looking at them, his expressions became gentle. He first reached Sheng Ming, picked her up with his free hand before lowering himself and giving a gentle kiss on her lips.
Primis: Well done.
Next, he approached Ais, caressed her beautiful face before giving a kiss on her forehead.
Primis: You always lived up to my expectations, my Princess.
Finally, he turned his face at Misdreavus in Ais embrace.
Primis: You also did well. As a Ghost-Type Pokémon, if you want you can hide but decide to fight to the very end. Even with the cost of your life just to protect not only trainer but also my wife. I promise that I will make you strong enough that you will never once think, and you will be burden to Ais in future.
Saying this, Primis touched Misdreavus head, and she disappeared.

Primis sent the order to Moltres after sending Misdreavus to "Pets" world too. After all, even as Ais or Primis pokémon, Misdreavus or Moltres can't enter "Home" world. Origin Force will erase them.
