He then checked the next thing found out that the next mission of Undertakers came out to be failure.

Why? Because Shu ran away.

Ophis: So, he finally killed. Huh.

Said Ophis who was leaning on his shoulder and was also looking at Primis's terminal.

Primis: Yeah. When Shu killed for the first time, he started having recurring traumatic hallucinations. Because of that he lost the courage to draw out the voids.

Narrowing her eyes, Ophis spoke.

Ophis: So, it's today.

Primis: Yeah.

Standing up, Primis and Ophis walked to balcony hand-in-hand and looked down at the ocean below.

There Sakura and Ophis were playing and splashing at each other. Witnessing this, a content smiled appeared on both of their faces.

--- Near Airport ---

Currently, Gai and others were planning on attacking the transport plane to retrieve back the "Apocalypse Virus Meteorite". Since Shu was kicked out of the Undertakers due to him unable to draw out void and fight, they had to do it without him.

Nevertheless, Gai had already made plan and will leave in an hour.

Right now, he was in trailer and seemed to be in a blood transfusion room along with Inori. Gai had a special ability that let him see other people void even if he was not a King.

He obtained that power when people used him as one of a test subject, in order to control Apocalypse Virus.

Since that power came from Apocalypse Virus itself, he also must face the risk of being infected by it. That's where Inori's blood came. Her blood can somehow suppress the activity of Apocalypse Virus in his blood.

However, the more he used her blood, the more its effect lessened.

'Gai: The cycle is getting short.........… Am I… near my limit?

Inori: Gai.

Inori voice snapped Gai out of his thoughts.

The door from the other side opening revealing Inori wearing a white dress that was equally revealing like her red custom Kimono. She asked.

Inori: Am I… a monster?

Hearing this Gai became silent for a sometime before opening his mouth.

Gai: Did Shu tell you that?

Inori: ......

Gai: Did you fall in love with him?

She placed a hand on her chest before replying.

Inori: Love? ......…Gai, are you saying I love Shu?

Saying this, Inori looked at side while pondering about something.

'Gai: So, you chose him too, in the en----'

Inori: I don't think so.

Gai: Huh?

This caught Gai off guard.

Inori: Its true that Shu called me Monster and didn't like it but.........I don't care his opinion of me in the slightest.

Gai: Wha----

Inori: What I want to know is whether Erste think of me as a monster too?

Gai: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gai couldn't keep his composure anywhere and stood up. He widened his eyes and was having hard time processing what he just heard.

'Gai: Don't tell me! You choose him instead of Me or Shu! But why!?............ You clearly rejected him last time.'

Inori: Gai...…

Returning back to himself, Gai spoke.

Gai: Well, its time to begin the mission. Let's save the talk for later.

Inori nodded and placed aside her thoughts about Primis for a moment as they both then headed out of the room.

--- Afternoon ---

Ophis: It's almost time.

Primis: Yeah.

Since its almost time for the activation of "Apocalypse Virus Stone", Primis sent Sakura back into the "Pets" world and was walking down the hotel's hallway with Ophis and Scáthach.

A minute later.

The sky turned dark, and a ghastly tone was heard.

Ophis: Genetic Resonance.

Scáthach: So, its activated.

Primis: Yes.

Civilian 1: Wha---- what is it?

At this time, one of the civilians who came out of his room. He suddenly had small crystal protrusions emerge from the skin and grew along his skin. They then became crystalline substances over some parts of his body and continued to spread till his entire body was covered in crystals.

Once he became completely crystalized the body began to break down.

CRACK!!!

CRACK!!

SHATTER!!!

Next, it shattered, turned into particles, and disappeared.

Scáthach: This is Apocalypse Virus. Huh.

Ophis: Yes. The crystallization pass through four stages. First, mind. Second, skin. Third, body parts. And fourth, the entire body.

Scáthach: Means Death.

Ophis: Um.

Even when witnessing this, they were still talking and walking nonchalantly down the hallway.

In the way, there were many people who were turning into crystals and dying. Yet, none of them spared a single glance at their direction and kept on walking.

Soon, they reached the entrance of the hotel.

One more thing. Not everyone reached the Fourth Stage and died. They were many whose crystallization stopped at the third stage.

Walking out of the Hotel, their gaze fell at the very center of the storm.

The center of the storm was the Tokyo tower.

A Huge sound wave visible to all was being emitted from there. The volume was increasing per second increasing the effect of this so-called Genomic Resonance.

Currently, throughout the Tokyo, everywhere people began having crystals on their bodies as they screamed in panic.

Those who reached the fourth stage soon broke and were carried up into the sky by the strong wind that was present.

GHQ Soldier 1: Freeze. Raise your hands.

While Primis, Ophis, and Scáthach were looking at storm in the sky, they got surrounded by GHQ soldiers along with many Endlaves.

Primis didn't seem surprised since he already expected this. At this time, GHQ attacked all of Undertakers hideout. And because he also gave them a hand once, its obvious that they would find him too after hacking one of their interfaces. That's why he said before that he only planned to hide his location for the 'time being.'

Nevertheless, even when being surrounded, they kept on ignoring these soldiers.

GHQ Soldier 2: We said raise your hands!

Scáthach: My Lord...…

Primis: Go on.

Nodding her head, Scáthach stepped forward and made a rune in the air.

SNAP!!!

A spark was spread as all the video and communication channel around them stopped working. Hence, now the people in the headquarters can't watch or hear what was going on here.

Soldiers also realized that started wondering what was going on when a beautiful woman appeared out of nowhere in front of them.

As they fell in trance witnessing her beautiful, a demonic red spear materialized in her hand.

All of them felt a chill down their spine and unconsciously took a step back.

One of the soldiers gathered his courage and spoke.

GHQ Soldier 3: L-L-Lower your weapon Or----

THRUST!!!!

SPLURT!!!!!

He didn't even get the chance to finish it when a red light flashed and in the next instant his feet were no longer touching the ground.

He was dangling in the sky with the red spear penetrating through his chest and coming out of his back. This spear was what holding him in the air. However, the most horrified thing was that at the tip of spear was his heart.

GHQ Soldier 3: HHRNGH!!!!

The soldier tried to say something with his last breath, but blood was the only thing that came out of his mouth.

THUD!!!

Scáthach waved her spear as the lifeless body of the soldier fell on the side.

Soldiers face had already turned pale at this point after witnessing this. Fear was visible in their eyes.

GHQ Captain: FIRE!!!

Hearing this, all soldiers pressed the trigger of their rifles without any hesitation. Even Endlaves started shooting.

TA!!!!

…

However, a second later, everyone's face became frightful witnessing the spectator in front.

Scáthach didn't even bother protecting herself as all the bullets hit her body and bounced off. It was like her body was made of steel.

STEP!!

STEP!!!

…

Step-by-Step Scáthach walked towards them.

GHQ Captain: You Monster!! RPG!!!!

FWOOSH!!!

…

Soldiers at the back launched rocket launcher while Endlaves released their missiles. All of them hit Scáthach.

BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

…

Many explosions occurred right in front of the hotel. Civilians inside all quivered in fear.

Witnessing this, all soldiers lowered their weapons.

GHQ solider 5: I-Is she d-dead?

STEP!!

...

…

The sound of the footsteps was the answer to his question.

Dread filled the soldier's heart as Scáthach walked out of the explosive unscathed.

GHQ Soldier 7: N-No way.

GHQ Soldier Captain: I-I-Impossible.

By now almost all the soldiers had lost the will to fight.

Some of them tried one last ditch effort of calling for reinforcement but to no vail.

Primis: End this. We need to leave.

Suddenly, Primis quiet voice resounded.

All soldiers turned to his direction and fell on their butt. Why? Because Primis was also in the close proximity of the explosion. Yet, just like Scáthach he was also unscathed.

'GHQ Soldier Captain: There is more than one such monster!'

Scáthach: Yes, My Lord.

Answered Scáthach as she moved with an extreme speed and killed all of them.

While she was doing so, Primis was looking at the particular direction.

Primis: It's time for the for our first meeting......... Da'ath.
