The chief department that supervises the day-to-day activities of the School is known as the Head Office. In terms of school hierarchy, it ranks just below the Professors Council and has its ranks filled by a band of trained personnel known as operators.

"Imbue your energy into it," instructed the middle-aged female operator in one of the booths at the Head Office whilst signaling to a small cylindrical shaped disk that was on top of her desk.

The disk was light green and was roughly the same size as a child's fist.

Hade nodded his head and proceeded to infuse a small amount of his energy into the disk via his palm. 

In that exact instant, the disk turned to a bright gold and simultaneously began to emit a faint yellow radiance.

"Mark your inscription on the top," the lady operator instructed once again in a deadpan voice, almost in routine as if this was a procedure she had done countless times before.
