"It's fine," Hade waved a hand dismissively.

He did not think it necessary to inform Quinn just how close he had been to slicing his throat, because ambush or not, Hade simply could not think of any scenario in which the Legacy practitioner could best him.

"So, what do you think?" Quinn, oblivious to the thoughts in Hade's mind, asked excitedly.

A vast expanse of blue... that was the first thing Hade saw. The blue seemingly stretched on for miles and miles, a few greyish spots tinting the image here and there.
