Wild Phenex appeared!

Issei and the girls met Kiba on their way toward the club room, so they went there together.

When they were in front of the club room, Kiba finally noticed something.

"For me to detect the presence of that person at this late..." Kiba said with a serious face.

"Is something happen?" -Murayama

"It's nothing. He just noticed his acquaintance. That's all." Issei then brought his Digivice out and opened the door of the club room.

After the door was opened, the girls saw an additional person aside from Rias, Akeno, and Koneko in their club room.

"A silver-haired maid..." Katase said in a low voice since she and others felt the atmosphere of the club room was too intense to be talking normally.

"She's beautiful..." -Asia

Seeing everyone had arrived, Rias decided to tell them about things that going to happen.

"Before we start the club, there's something I need to tell all of you... Issei, are you listening?" Rias was a little upset after seeing Issei focus on his phone instead of listening to her.

"Of course, Buchou. I always listen to what you want to say." Issei said that but still not taking his eyes off his phone.

"Ojou-sama, do you want me to explain the situation instead?" -Grayfia

"*Sigh* It's fine. I will say it myself... The truth is-" Rias couldn't finish her words because a teleport circle appeared at the same time she decided to talk.

*Cawww* A loud bird sound along with the flames erupting came from the teleport circle.

"Kya!" x3. The girls came to cling to Issei as they were startled by the sudden loud noise and flames erupting.

Back to the time that the teleport circle appeared, Issei also sent a message to the chat room.

Issei: [Wild Phenex appeared!]

Everyone then saw a silhouette of a man after he swung his arm to make the flames disappear.

"*Fuu* It's been a while since I came to the human world." said a tall and handsome young man in his early 20's, Riser Phenex.

Riser looked around the room, then he smirked after finding Rias.

"My lovely Rias. I came to see you." Riser said in a sweet voice while walking toward her.

Those who don't know Riser become curious why this guy acted like he's so close with Rias.

"Who's tha- Eh? Where's Issei-kun?" Murayama found that Issei disappeared without her knowing.

Everyone then saw Issei appear in the middle between Rias and Riser.

"I don't know what relationship you have with Buchou, but I can't allow you to get close to her when she's not welcome you." Issei pretended not to know Riser while blocking his path.

"Ah? Who the hell are you?" Riser said with a displeased voice to hide the fact that he was a little surprised by Issei's speed.

"Someone unimportant." Issei didn't bother telling his name to a dude, and he knew Riser didn't bother to remember his name as well. He also didn't show much of his strength as Riser might refuse to participate in the Rating Game.

"Hoo... So, can unimportant-kun move aside now? I have something to discuss with your Buchou." Riser said with a commanding tone.

"Why should I? I'm not your servant." -Issei

"Alright, that's enough, Issei. You shouldn't disrespect the Devil that higher class than you." -Rias

Although Rias said that, everyone knew from her expression that she was very happy right now.

After things settled down, Grayfia introduced Riser to those who don't know him.

"This person is Riser Phenex-sama. He's a pure-blood High-class Devil and the third son of the House of Phenex... And he is the husband of the next heiress of the House of Gremory." -Grayfia

"H-H-Husband." Asia's face turned red.

"The next heiress of the House of Gremory?" -Murayama

"Isn't that Buchou's..." -Katase

"Yes, she's the heiress. And that guy is Buchou's fiance." -Issei

"Ehhhhhhhh!!!!!" x3

"By the way, Rias. Why are there humans in this room?" Riser asked after sitting on the sofa. He's not a jerk like in anime, so the scene of him 'molesting' Rias didn't happen.

"They're my Pawn's contractors," Rias answered.

"Your Pawn?" Riser looked around.

"It's me." -Issei

"Ohhh, it's unimportant-kun huh. What's your name again? Since you're my fiancee's servant, then it's worth remembering your name now." Riser already remembered Issei's name. He's just trying to annoy Issei.

"Cut it out, Riser. I already told you that I will not marry you," -Rias

"Yeah, I heard that before. But Rias, that won't do, you know? I think the situation of your household is quite serious." -Riser

"That's none of your concern. They have to let me choose who will become my husband if I'm really the next heiress for the House." Rias answered calmly.

After that, Rias and Riser talked about the declining number of pure-blood Devils, then had an argument that led them to an agreement to face each other in the Rating Game.

"Hey, Rias. Aside from the 3 humans, these people gathered here are all of your servants?" -Riser

"So what?" -Rias

"Hahaha! Then this match will be a laugh. Only your Queen and unimportant-kun can fight on par with my adorable servants." Riser then snapped his finger which made a teleport circle same as the one he used appeared.

After the flames were extinguished, 15 Riser's servants appeared. Of course, Issei was still envious of Riser that had a harem, but he didn't show his expression in public.

"Well, these are my cute servants." -Riser

Then they decided to have a match in the next two days(Sunday) since Issei didn't provoke Riser and got beaten up by his weakest servant. Of course, he couldn't be beaten by any of Riser's servants, he's just too lazy to pick a fight.

After both sides had come to an agreement, Riser went back with his peerage while Grayfia went back to report the result to the House of Gremory.

*WAAANK* A sound of train horn rang inside the club room.
