So Brunch at My Place? Or in Training?

Kidds pov:

After shaking hands with Spade I smiled.

Then the speaker in the lunchroom beeped.

"Can Mr. Kidd come to the locker rooms?"

I stood up but then looked around. I didn't even know where the lockers were.

Spade chuckled at this. "Follow me" Then he stood up and walked out of the cafeteria with me behind.

After leading me to the lockers I thanked him and walked inside.

Sam's pov

I waited in the locker room for kidd to come in but with my boredom i grabbed my phone out and went through my notifications. Many from my daughter.

"Um hello?" A voice called out

"Over here" I replied as Kidd walked over to where I stood. "Ah great to see you, Harry's right over there"

Kidd and I walked over to Harry as he looked through the large amounts of weaponry that hung around.

"Harry got the new kid" I said as Harry turned and smiled.

"Tristin, for starters, we're going to see how your skills are in battle. Obviously you'll be with others, including Zero. So we need you to grab a primary rifle of some sort and a pistol" Harry explained.

As Kidd looked through the weapons he grabbed a rifle I never sought to see again.

"The Sc-4k? I haven't seen this rifle in years' ' I said as i picked the rifle up as this rifle brought back memories to my old self.

"It looks interesting," Kidd said as he picked out the Sc-10 pistol and aimed it at the wall.

"Ready?" I asked as Kidd nodded as we led him to another room where a tight dark black suit was folded with a smooth helmet layed next to it.

"Man, this thing looks amazing," Kidd said as he picked it up and observed it.

"Suit up and meet us outside." I said as Harry and I left Kidd.

Kidd pov

I put on the suit and walked outside feeling perfect.

I walked outside to see a little house-like arena with others in the spectator stands. I put on my helmet with a grin and walked over to a set of tables.

Then I saw my loadout on a table with a label reading, "Panther" interesting code name.

I picked up the weapons and put the rifle on my back and holstered my pistol into my right thigh. Then I tapped on the helmet goggles as the goggles started to power on.

"So, you're panther? You must be the other operative, we just had another go by Fallout to test his skill here" a person in a weird looking helmet said.

I nodded as I grabbed and placed 7 clips around extra space as I had 4 clips for my pistol.

"Here, take this and these, you'll need em" The lady operative said as she handed me a phone and two drones which one fit well in the back of my light vest.

"Operatives! Drone phase is a go!"

Everyone threw the drones as well with me as I quickly got to the usage of the controls and strolled through the house like an arena.

After we got off the drones I led first with my team, IQ, Blitz, Thatcher, and Zero. I lead the back with my rifle holding a holographic sight and a silencer.

We led to the garage as IQ put a breach charge down as we hid behind Blitz. "Zero, Panther, head through the top '' Thatcher said as we nodded and left the group as we made our way up a set of brick stairs and to a boarded up door.

Sam broke a hit off the board and then double tapped my shoulder, "Use the goggles' ' He said as I pressed a little button on my wrist as a little wave went through the broken hold as it bounced off the walls. I detected two inside as Zero pulled out a grenade and handed it to me. "Do it"

I pulled the pin and then chucked it inside.

"5v3"

I nodded as I broke down the boarded door and let Zero inside first.

He made way through the place and gave the go for the others outside. A bang went off as gun shots went off.

"3v2"

As we made way down the spiral stairs, Zero led the way and aimed his rifle and then stopped as he told me to stay as a lady was over blitzed with a knife at his neck and then stabbed him.

"2v2"

I stopped and aimed as Zero moved forward but was shot down by a shotgun as I quickly peeked and fired my pistol at the attacker as Zero was out with the attacker.

"1v1"

I aimed my pistol to where the enemy lady was as she was gone. I stood up and took a spin and found the device to shut down the bomb that the enemies were protecting. So moving in with my rifle out I looked around and slowly made way to the diffuser.

"So, you're the other guy?" A voice asked behind me as I quickly turned, pulling out my pistol and aiming with the enemy's head. She held a pistol at my head as well. "Caveria"

"Kidd" I replied then I quickly slapped her pistol out of her hand as she quickly slapped my pistol away with her foot. "So we're still gonna be friends after this?"

"Depends on how hard you hit me" she said as she charged with her knife as i dropped my rifle making it fair and blocked her hand as I pulled out mine.

She jumped back and then swiped at me as I quickly pulled back and charged as she rolled off to the right and cut my leg as I fell over and somersaulted up and turned to her.

"I like you" She said as I smirked and charged as I went to stab her from above as she blocked it and quickly tried to stab me in the chest with her free hand as I stopped her.

"You fell into my trap card" I said as I smirked and then kicked her in the gut holding onto the hand with her knife and made her fall and stabbed her in the back.

"Attackers win!"

I stood back as I took a deep breath and helped Caveira up. "Good fight, for a rookie, '' she said as I smirked.

"Good job kidd, if you follow me I'll lead you to your room" Zero explained as I followed by grabbing my pistol and rifle and unloaded my stuff onto a table and continued following zero.

After leading me to my room I stretched and thanked Zero, "Call me Sam '' Then Zero/Sam walked off as I took off my suit and into comfortable clothes and laid down and fell asleep quite quickly.
