Chapter 3: Recruitment!

"That is unbelievable" Evan said in awe of what Carl just told him.

"I think I should go now, explore and remap the city."

"Alright, be safe." Carl replied. "Bye Evan, nice seeing you." Isaac said. Evan left the house and went back into the city. A truck that had several bullet holes sped by in the direction of the improved Hinobichi trade center. Evan was looking for The Keg, the bar that he and Hindry go to once a week. Evan found the road that he would turn on and realized that it got renamed, it read "Oliver Street." Evan found the keg and entered. It now had a second story that was only for VIP's. Evan sat down at the bar and ordered a drink.

"Bartender!" Evan yelled, "one shot o' Jäger please." The bartender obliged and poured him a shot. "What the hell?" Evan said under his breath. "Excuse me, but could you turn the volume up." The bartender grabbed the remote and turned up the volume. "Last night, the Russians sent an intercontinental ballistic missile to Canada. This caused major damage, estimated to be 30 billion or more. The Russian president, Vladimir Volgov, declared war on the entire U.N. and E.U." Terrified by this news, Evan ran all the way back to his house to turn the TV on there. "The U.S. has started a draft for the War" Evan was terrified. "No, this can't be happening." Evan panicked, "No." Evan fainted.

The next day, Evan woke up to a knock on the door. It was an Air Force recruiter. "Hello, are you Evan Williams?"

"Yes… Unfortunately." Evan replied

"Come with me" Evan entered a bus with many other people. As other people began to get on he realized just how serious the situation was. They finally started to drive to the base.
