Chapter 1: Drinks!

Evan laughed. "That was a good one, Hindry."

"Mah' gramps told me that one," Hindry said with a smile.

"Anyways, did you hear about the rogue Elexan at the power plant," Evan said.

"Yeah, what a shame. Poor guy tripped and severed his spinal cord." Hindry replied. "Oh really? I thought he got shot." Evan said.

"No, his foot got caught on a cable and he fell off the scaffolding," replied Hindry.

Evan downed his shot and yelled "Bartender!"

"yeah!" The bartender replied whilst walking towards them. "Another shot," said Evan. The Bartender nodded and proceeded to take Evan's shot glass and refill it.

"Thanks," said Evan. "Actually, get another one for Hindry here."

"Alright," said the Bartender grabbing another shot glass.

"Hindry," Evan began. "When are you gonna start dating again? You've been alone for years."

"I've been trying to find someone, but I keep getting turned down because of my oval head," Hindry replied.

"Doesn't your entire species have heads like that?" Said Evan.

"Yeah, but you Humans don't seem to be into it," Hindry said.

The bartender puts their shots on the table.

"Stay here for a second," Evan said to the bartender

"Finish tonight with me"

"Alright," Hindry replied

Evan and Hindry tapped glasses and downed their shots.

Evan signaled to the bartender to hand him the check.

"Well, you go ahead and leave, I'll pay for it," Evan said

"I appreciate it, man, I'll pay next time," Hindry replied.

The waiter put the check on the table and hindry left.

"Jesus!" Evan exclaimed

"How much did he drink? This check is 230 dollars!"

"Y'know what, it doesn't matter."

Evan paid for the check and left the bar.

"Man, I hope I can make that money back."

Evan was walking down the street until he saw this woman across the road.

"Damn, she's lookin' fine!" Said Evan.

"I should say something."

Evan began to jaywalk towards the woman.

A car horn started blaring. "Huh?" Said Evan "What's that?".
