The three boys managed to dodge the direct attack, but the two followers got swept out by the shockwaves and hit the wall. They fell unconscious. Only their boss manages to dodge it completely.

Seeing that, Jimmy planned to do one more final attack. But before he could do that...

"Stop..." Mai, who had been sitting in her corner all the time, said aloud with her usual flat tone.

Jimmy heard Mai's voice, so he halted his movement. He looked in her direction and saw that she was walking toward him and the opponent's leader.

Mai just woke up from her depressing thoughts. She became like that because of what happened a few minutes ago...

(Basic Elemental Magic) is the combination of all 4 of the basic elements, which are water, earth, fire, and wind. And when she got too much of them from the gacha, they evolve into an 'advanced' version. As for the (Advance Weapon Mastery), she got it when she had four different kinds of advanced weapon mastery. Even now, as she got more than four different weapon mastery, the ability was still named (Advance Weapon Mastery). Also, because she got many of the same abilities from the gacha, it evolved into a higher rank.

Mai also got (Summon ZUN's Trumpet) by obtaining a 3-Star character from gacha named Merlin Primsriver. It allows her to summon a ZUNpet. When played, she can choose to add additional effects to the sound so that it can influence the mind and spirit of the listeners.

Mai silently nodded her head. Even though it's just numbers, she somehow felt good just by staring at them. She then directs her gaze on the gacha screen that just shows up in front of her after her status screen was gone. 'Now, let's roll out!' She clicked the gacha button. She didn't even realize that the teacher has just left her classroom.

"GG..." Mai said flatly to the worn-out Jimmy. She then starts walking toward the boss of the three orphanage boys, showing her back to Jimmy.

Mai didn't realize that Jimmy started silently crying behind his mask right after she said that. He finally got it, Mai's approval. He's been craving for it since the day he became her admirers. She always treats everyone the same. Even when she knows he came from a very rich family, or when he always gave her homemade food, or when he got second place in class ranking.

Jimmy always wanted Mai to treat him better than others. It's actually wasn't for love, it's because of his problematic childhood.

She easily picks it up from one of its legs with one hand and held the table on top of her head. She then stares at the boss boy once while walking slowly toward him.

"No, there's no way! A-Aren't you quirkless?!". The boy was shocked when he saw her effortlessly did that. He slowly moves behind, scared. But even then, Mai kept on coming closer to him.

"W-What are gonna do with that table?" He asked but Mai didn't answer. He then slipped and fell to his butt, while Mai kept ongoing.

"S-Stay away! Don't come any closer!" He warned her but it fell on deaf ears. He pushed his body backward but then backed into a wall. Their distance is getting smaller. Right now, Mai was just right in front of him. The boy looks upward and saw Mai's usual expressionless face.

"I'm... I'm sor- AAAAARRRGGHHH!!!!" Just when he wanted to apologize, the table found its way toward his head. Yup, it was Mai who threw it at him on a point-blank range. Blood painted the wall behind the boy.

His face looks unrecognizable and filled with red color. 'Oh, no! Anyway...' Mai wasn't sure if he was dead or not. She didn't felt responsible for this because she thinks that he's the one who started it first, making her relaxed life at school becoming almost the same as at her orphanage. So, he has to take responsibility for it.

A loud gasp can be heard coming from her classmates and other students who were peeking on the windows from the hallway. It was also exactly at this time that a teacher came from the door of her classroom. It was the school principal. When he takes a look at the situation inside, his legs become like jelly. He falls to his knee, wondering if this is real or simply a dream.

"Sorry, please let me have this. I'll pay you back later..." Said Mai. But before Jimmy could respond, she had already parkoured her way through the window.
