8 Past

The moment Aaric heard her scream, he rushed out of the study room towards their bedroom.

As soon as the door opened he saw that she was lying on bed unconscious. He quickly called his friend and asked him to come over to his villa.

Aaric Smith's villa was nearly half an hour away from Alleyn's hospital. Still feeling the nervousness of his dear friend he reached the villa in 15 minutes.

Crossing all the red lights !!

The moment he entered their bedroom he found his friend massaging Sasha's head.

He rushed towards them to take a look.

"Everything was fine till morning. What suddenly happened?"

"I don't know. I just heard her screaming my name." Aaric replied with a shaky voice.

"It seems she tried to remember something which triggered her amnesia."

There was no voice disturbing the silent room. After prescribing some painkillers and sleeping pills, he handed the list to the butler and asked him to bring them from his hospital.

"Aaric, I know it's very hard for you but honestly we can't do anything else except for waiting patiently for her to recover." Alleyn broke the silence.

"After she recovers how am I supposed to tell her about our first baby?"

"I think you should tell her everything about her past life this time. You never know next time if she is attacked whether she would be able to make it or not."

Alleyn said in a serious voice.

Hearing his friend's thoughts he nodded his head in agreement. 'That would be better if she knows about her at least it will make her stay more guarded.' Aaric thought to himself.

After giving some advice to his dear friend Alleyn was just about to head back to his hospital, suddenly Sasha started crying and screaming at the top of her lungs. Both of them rushed inside the bedroom.

"Noo.. please.. don't.. don't..hit me.."

"Aaric.. Aaric.. where you are.."

"Aaric.. they are hitting me.. They are hurting our child.."

"Aaahhhh...no...my baby.."

She started panting heavily. Sensing something Aaric suddenly sat beside her and comforted her by embracing her in his arms.

He patted her back and comforted her for a few good minutes.

" Everything is alright. I am here with you. By your side every time. Everything is fine"

He waited for her to calm down.

"What happened? A nightmare?

"It's good if it is a nightmare". She replied after a few minutes of silence.

Suddenly she broke down in his arms and started crying badly. She cried until she fall asleep in his arms. He couldn't bear seeing her in such a situation. The woman whom he loved and adores the most, the woman whom he cared beyond anyone could do that bastard destroyed everything. That bastard snatched his little cheeky wife from him. Because of him she was in such a sorry state. It was already hard for him to help her recover last time and now that jerk hurt her again. This time it was much more difficult to console her and help her in recovering.

After calming a bit she said between her sobs.

"I don't remember who I am. I don't know anything about me. It's such a helpless situation. I just see these pictures hanging there. I don't know anything about us."

"You don't have to force yourself like that. I'm willing to wait for you even if I have to wait for my entire life." He consoled her while patting on her back. He kept her holding tightly in his embrace.

"Next time please don't hurt yourself like that. Your scream made me worried alot."

"I saw these pictures and tried to remember about us. But it made my head hurt as if something hit my head hard like a stone. I don't know what I should do."

She cried once again.

"Shh.. I told you. You don't have to force yourself. Alleyn said you will remember everything eventually once recovered well. So just take your medicines, eat properly and rest well. I am here for you. You don't have to feel so low, never till I am alive."

She slowly nodded her head in reply.

"You... Aaric, why don't you tell me about us. About me. I promise I won't force myself in such a way. If I couldn't remember, I'll leave it that way. And..."

"No please don't try to exert your head or it might trigger that certain part. It might result in permanent memory loss too. You don't have to worry. With regular checkups it won't take a long time for you to regain your memory." Alleyn suddenly spoke in between before Sasha could complete her sentence and explained his standpoint of refusing Sasha's request to know about her past.

Aaric hesitated for a while as he never declined any requests of Sasha, before nodding his head in agreement with his friend Alleyn. He asked her to rest so that it would help her to recuperate soon.

"Lay down first. And rest. Don't exert yourself."
