Time resumed once again, and the mana held in Caelans's hands was released forward.

Acting as the medium, the liquid on the mountain peak gathered under the boy's feet, climbing up his body, and carving out his flesh in an excruciating manner.

The boy screamed with all the air in his lungs,

and when the process was done, the liquid was formed into a mantle, that would cover his shame for all his life.

The intruders stepped foot up on the mountain peak.

But little did they know…

Waiting for them was a monster even stronger than what they could've ever imagined.

The remaining two of the 'limbs' reached the peak of the mountain.

One of them was a furred beast with a giant body and the other was a four-legged creature with a single smooth sphere as its body.

Just behind them was a human.

The man was a rough-looking individual, who wore a thick beast's hide to keep his body safe from the cold.
