Chapter 8; Calamity

Back in the sea, the king was banging walls with anger , " How could you let that happen?" he shouted at the guards. All the guards were facing down. The king's right hand man came to him and told him,"Your highness, calm down, They didn't do it on purpose."

Then he told the guards," You go, leave the his highness and me here." then the guards left. The took a seat on a rock curved chair, and said to his right hand man,"Yoo Tak, Let's pray that, power brake is not taken off, we must get her before that or else Calamity will result." then Yoo Tak replied, I'll send our privates to look for her in every corner of the earth." The king then touched his cheek and said," she's just as stubborn as her mom, I don't want her to end up like her."

Back on land, Hye Rin looked on bare wrist with disbelief, "How did you? I tried almost every day to get it, but... oh gosh" she then looked at him," Now, will I stay?" he then took his eyes off the bracelet that he was looking at towards her ,"Ok I guess. but you have to give me your mum's telephone number." she then looked down and said," i don't have one and my dad, I don't want, I think I kinda hate him though I don't know what is a telephone number." she then looked up. for a moment, he kinda of pitied her,"Her life is totally almost like mine."he thought to himself. She stared at him and curved her lips in an 'n' and then said," I couldn't smell your emotions when I heard the power brake, but you seem to be... uhm.... I don't know how it's called but they are just like mine." he was just speechless by this girl," You know what, I think you not ok but that's fine, as long as you MYB." (spoke MYB in English.) "What's M...Y..B?" she asked. "Mind Your Business." she looked confused and then continued, "by the way, you look freaky. Few people in this era grow hair to that level, are you Ropunzel?" "Who is Ropunzel?" she asked, "Ok, I am not one who likes to explain much, but, anyways what's your name?" he placed the bracelet on the coffee table." "Me?" she pointed to her chest. "Oh goodness, do you think am asking myself? dummy" he then felt frustrated, "Oh, sorry, it's Shin Hye Rin. what about you?" she asked cupping her chin in her hands. "Oh, it's Kang Ma Roo." he then heard grumbling and said,"Was that you stomach?" She then nodded, he then walked away and a few minutes later, he came back with a bowl of black noodles and handed it to her, "Eat while it's still hot." she then stared at the food which she had never seen but then decided to eat. She put her fingers in the food but before she could carry anything to her mouth, Ma Roo shouted at her,"Hey, don't you see the chopsticks?"

"What are chopsticks?" she asked. He felt so frustrated and annoyed.,
