Xiao Moxian stood by the window of his office and stared out into the garden. There was truly never a dull day in the Capital; something always happens that he must deal with. The embezzlement case has yet to conclude—Xiao Yujin was not very cooperative and found all sorts of excuses to not pay back the large sum of money he took.
