Apology

Thanks to Yan Qiuyun, Wang Jingyuan got Yan Qiufeng's measurements and preferences. She headed to a clothing shop that Du Jiahui recommended the very next day. She browsed through many different styles of robes for men, trying to imagine Yan Qiufeng wearing each. According to the crown princess, Yan Qiufeng preferred neutral colors, especially blue and black.

"Heaven knows how hard I tried to get him to wear brighter, warmer colors," Yan Qiuyun had sighed. "All those nice outfits I bought him—he left them all in his closet, never worn. I think he would look great in a different color, but he's so stubborn."

"Does he like any particular designs?" Wang Jingyuan had asked.

"No. He prefers everything to be simple and minimalist."
