Ryōzanpaku (2)

A/N: I have quite an important question, which world would you prefer? I like both options, but truthfully I cannot decide for myself, so I thought I would ask you for your opinion.

The main thing I want you to consider is that it's one or the other, not both, btw I absolutely love the two, however, I don't want to write both of them.

Don't only vote, if you can, give me any reason why chose one over the other, it would be greatly appreciated.

The options are:

Both combatants were in position and ready. Once Akisame gave the sign to start, Ogata rushed at Azuma.

Although Ogata was strong, Azuma did not need to use Renewal, right now normal taekwondo and jujitsu will suffice. Quickly evading his first attack Azuma asked the man in front, "Not giving your name before the fight, so eager."

Azuma sent a rotating sidekick to Ogata, forcing him to jump backward, theatrically bowing he said, " Kenzo Akira, at your service."

Seeing his opponent bowing Ogata quickly tried to take advantage of Azuma and did an axe kick to his still bowing head, quickly catching the kick with his hand, and swiping his leg at Ogata's other feet, making him lose balance Azuma said, "Ah, not only eager but lacking manners. I hope your masters do not mind if a teach you some."

Once he said that Azuma looked at Akisame and Kensei, who only shrugged, signaling that as long as he didn't go too far, he could beat their disciple, it would be an…. enlightening experience for him.

Ogata, rotating his body sent another kick at Azuma, who was still holding onto one of his legs, not needing to, Azuma let go of Ogata's leg. "Did you not see the exchange I had with you master? Allowing someone who clearly shows advanced jujitsu grabs your leg is suicide, had this been a real fight I would have broken your ankle."

It was clear Ogata was still a little rough around the edges, Azuma wondered how could he reach grandmaster class in five years, maybe some of the experiments he would perform push him to the class. Either way, Azuma proceeded to absolutely beat Ogata to a pulp.

The only interesting thing, happened near the end, Ogata getting stressed, attacked Azuma with Kazoe Nukite, Azuma, knowing the technique inside out, only did a front kick, pushing Ogata's arm upward, redirecting his attack, and then jumped kicked him in the chest, sending him flying against Ryōzanpaku's outer wall.

Looking at their disciple sliding on to the floor, the masters thought this was enough, not before sending a grateful glance at Azuma, that last kick might have broken the wall, sending Ogata through it, had he not controlled his strength.

It was time for the main event, Kensei offered himself to fight against Azuma, although both are incredible doctors, Akisame opted to be the one to look at Ogata's injuries, leaving Kensei and Azuma alone for their fight.

For this fight Azuma had to get serious, meaning Renewal had to get out, thanking the gods, that he wasn't famous or had notoriety, or Renewal might have given his identity away.

Ma Kensei focused on Soft styles, a type of kung fu that focuses on training inner strength to increase the users' defensive capabilities and their endurance in the fight. Soft Forms are mostly used by Katsujinken because it lacks stances that kill opponents in one blow.

While Akisame was carrying Ogata to the living area, Kensei jumped in the air, landing a few meters in front of Azuma, both getting in their stances. Azuma moving his main leg backward, his shoe tip touching the floor, Kensei on a mantis stance, showing he was taking the fight seriously.

Waiting for Akisame to leave, Kensei and Azuma were eyeing each other's stances. Kensei was the first to strike, running at Azuma sending a hand thrust his way, Azuma counter attacking, his foot grinding against the ground, sent a front kick at Kensei.

Forcing to stop his attack midway, Kensei jumped backward, committing the same mistake Václav made, as Kensei jumped, a shockwave was nearing his direction, however different from Václav, Kensei did not panicked, showing masterful control on his soft style and inner strength, Kensei almost caught the shockwave, getting hit, but letting the force flow through him, sending it to his feet, creating a small crater below him, where the force left his body.

"Oh, an interesting technique you showed there," Kensei said, before attacking Azuma once again, this time sending a flurry of punches aimed at his joints and torso, Azuma chose to dodge them, allowing Kensei to jump and do a single powerful kick towards Azuma's neck.

Azuma tried blocking with his elbow, noticing this Kensei moved his kick upward, or the impact against his elbow would damage his foot, the kick going above Azuma's head. The small man who missed his target allowed the kick's momentum to spin him forward, landing behind Azuma, who quickly did a back sidekick.

Jumping to evade it, Kensei still on the air, proceeded to send a series of kicks at Azuma, who matched them one by one. Not being outdone on kicks, once Kensei's combo ended Azuma butterfly kicked him, having blocked it, knowing what would happen next, Kensei relaxed his body, allowing the kick to send him flying against the wall.

Landing with his feet on the wall, Kensei backflipped to the wall's edge, while he was standing on it, Azuma said to the man. "Well, I try to impress don't you think?"

The fight continued, being an advanced grandmaster did not mean you could one-shot grandmasters, and against Kensei's soft style without using Ryūsui Seikūken Azuma could not easily evade the man's attacks, starting to reach a stalemate Azuma was about to perform a 3rd Stance Hwechook against Kensei when a voice yelled.

"Okay stop!" Akisame having treated Ogata returned to view the fight. He did not like what he saw. "Kensei, could you at least take a look at your surroundings."

As Akisame told him, Kensei looked around him, the garden of Ryōzanpaku being filled with craters, the few trees that were there, broken, and parts of the outside wall cracked in some places. Being too entranced in fighting a difficult opponent, Kensei did not focus on their surroundings, but once he did, he dreaded the result.

This could only mean one thing….. he would need to pay for the repairs, shouting at Akisame, "God! Akisame what do I do?" Akisame only shrugged his shoulders. "You would pay for the repairs, or the Elder would give us a mouthful on his return, I will look into who could do it, we won't, under any circumstance give him the money."

Nodding Kensei only said to Azuma, "Sorry Akira, our fight has to be postponed for a later date." A plan already forming on his mind.

Azuma could only nod weakly, understanding the plight of the two masters, his father was not exactly careful with money, if you gave him any, he would spend it on everything but what he needed to. "I'm sorry for the disturbance, I will take my leave then."

Akisame hearing this only said, "It's okay, it was Kensei's fault, do not worry, but do try to visit some other time, I want to exchange pointers with you."

"It would be my pleasure Akisame-san, until later then." Azuma left Ryōzanpaku, as he arrived at the hotel he was staying at. Being nighttime by the time of his arrival, he laid in bed, thinking about his life's recent development.

He had a new sister, he met Shigure, even becoming good friends with the girl, his thoughts wandered to the girl, their experiences, and multiple meetings…..

A thought starting to form on his mind, quickly shouting, "Fuck!... I like her."

Once the quite obvious realization struck him, he realized his own denseness, his mind only repeatedly saying [I will not be a dense romance protagonist, I will not be a dense romance protagonist], readying himself to look for her tomorrow, his phone rang.

Quickly answering it, he could hear…. battle? Confused he asked, "Yes?"

"Jesus Azuma! Your crazy sister-in-law just woke up really confused, and now she's attacking me, for the love of god, come and talk to her….."

Without even hanging the phone he rushed to the house.

Over the phone, Ilona asked "Azuma?.... Azuma?..."
