45 Plans

Surprising no one, the next day, Azuma was still bored out of his mind, seeing his face Shigure told him, "Why not get a disciple? Kenichi will be a good option, he already has five masters, you could be the sixth."

Azuma stood there for a second, his thought actually being, [Fuck no, I will not teach the kid, he already has 5 masters and became fucking overpowered in two years, I will not add to that overpoweredness.] "Sorry love, I don't like to share, so if I ever get a disciple it will not be shared with anyone."

Shigure only sighed, her disciple wouldn't be getting another master. Grabbing Azuma's hand, they quickly left to Ryōzanpaku it seemed Shigure and the rest of the masters, excluding Azuma and Shizuha had something to talk about.

Azuma never actually joining the dojo, being more of an honorary member, since he was not a Katsujinken, Shizuha was, but she was there for Miu more than anything.

The conversation the five masters plus the elder had was about whether Kenichi should become an in-house disciple, living in the dojo, there were clear upsides and downsides, the good being the fact that Kenichi would have more time to train, thus making him stronger quicker.

The bad was the fact that he would become Ryōzanpaku' official disciple, not the individual masters, but the dojo as a whole, which would, in turn, pit him against Yomi, if not for the title of strongest disciple then as a way to prove that their respective ideologies were better.

Kenichi had no business learning about Yomi or Yami, that was an issue for the future, and the Ryōzanpaku masters were anything but responsible. With the elder, being the leader, having such plans as - The fight until you're the last one standing plan-, or - The giant dealing with it when it comes plan-.

This might surprise more than a few on how the dojo was still standing, the main reasons, Miu and Shizuha, being the voice of reason, and trying to minimize the damage to their finances. Azuma would not get involved, Shigure's puppy dog eyes, and his fear of Shizuha being equal, he decided to not choose a side.

With that out of the way, the masters concluded to, in fact, invite Kenichi to live at the dojo, the dealing with it when it comes plan gaining overwhelming victory, against zero opposition.

Then came the actual inviting part, the masters being either too embarrassed or not caring enough to ask, in the end, after nearly making Kenichi have a heart attack, and Kensei luring Kenichi to live there by promises of sleeping near Miu, or 'accidental' encounter when she's changing clothes or in the bath, Kenichi relented, accepting to live in Ryōzanpaku.

Not much could be said after that, Kenichi went to talk with his parents, making his mom worry, his dad overreacts, and his sister curious, Kenichi finally moved into Ryōzanpaku.

Azuma's boredom was reaching its peak, he couldn't do anything. How could he intervene in small squabbles between kids, and as much as he wanted to beat some of their prideful asses to the moon, he was an advanced grandmaster, literally one of the strongest people on earth. He will not go out to fight teens and pre-teens.

Shigure's suggestion actually sticking with him, maybe he could get a disciple, he wouldn't be teaching Kenichi, maybe teach him one or two moves if Shigure begs enough, but he needed an actual disciple, but who? His focus always were the masters, not the kids, so he didn't remember much about them. Was there even anyone normal enough to teach, most of the kids he remembers were….weird would be putting it mildly.

Did anyone had any talent in taekwondo? He for sure would not teach them either the Kushinada or Fūrinji styles, so he could only teach Renewal, and not its more advanced forms, at least for years. The idea began to grow in Azuma, he would get a disciple, Who? When? How? meh, who cares. His father's blood starting to bleed through with that plan.

Maybe he could give his mom a visit, she was near Yami, maybe trolling the bad guys for a while might be fun, the only one that knew his appearance was Ogata and had the man listen to him, he would be in a mountain somewhere, if he didn't….. well, they will already know about him, so less trolling on his part.

For now, he needed some Shigure time, seeing the clock, it was almost nighttime, and if both of them are present, dinner is for them alone plus mouse. Finding her playing with Apachai and Tōchūmaru, he quickly called for the girl, mouse pair.

"Shigure, it's dinner time."

Shigure's head perked up, quickly saying goodbye to Apachai, she went to Azuma, "Dinner."

Azuma only gave her a peck on the lips, grabbed her hand, and led her towards their house, Tōchūmaru already on Shigure's head.

Azuma prepared dinner, as usual, he spoiled his girlfriend as much as he spoiled his niece…. a fuck ton. While eating Shigure told him about her day, "Kenichi will live at…the dojo, he accepted the…invitation."

"Great for you Shigure-chan. Now you'll have more time to actually teach the boy something." Azuma told his happy girlfriend.

At the mention of her name, Shigure tilted her head slightly downwards, never getting used to the -chan, pretty much the only thing besides heavily public shows of affection, that still embarrassed her, at least with Azuma present.

Ignoring the way he addressed her, Shigure continued, "He's still…afraid of…swords, or spears…or…weapons in…general."

Azuma actually does sometimes forget Shigure is not only a grandmaster in sword fighting, but also in pretty much all other weapons, her preferred one being her father's Ōdachi, yes, but she can still use everything else.

Azuma asked a sad Shigure, "Ahhh that boy might actually never fight with a weapon, have you considered what to do then?"

Shigure only shook her head, not really ever considering the possibility, "Well I'll recommend you what to do then, you can teach him anti-weapon techniques, or I don't know, think of a way for the boy to adapt your style."

With a happy smile on her face, due to Azuma's suggestion, tomorrow she'll start to think of something, at the moment she had other priorities.

Azuma saw that Shigure had finished eating, taking the plate to the sink, once Azuma returned to the dining room, he saw Shigure gave him a look, to anyone else Shigure's face might not have changed in the slightest, but after living with her for years, and the fact that Mikumo Kushinada is his mother, he knows how to read people, and this look from Shigure means sexy time.

While all of this was happening, Ragnarök, especially one of its executives, Kisara Nanjō, was starting to have a headache due to Kenichi, her subordinates constantly failing at dealing with Kenichi, making her embarrass herself with the eight fists, the highest members of the gang.

After learning of Takeda's betrayal, befriending Kenichi after their fight, Kisara was even angrier, making the decision of dealing with the traitor once the opportunity presented itself.
