Where is the peace (2)

The sound of people coming to attack starting to get closer and closer, and during that time the sky became dark and thunder slowly brewing in the dark clouds. The coachman soon was killed, and the boy can hear those attacker reaching for the door.

"Shina, go..!" The boy, looking up at his personal maid and asked her to go away as he stare at the carriage door.

"Y-young master! I'm not leaving you here!" Shina instead hugged the boy tighter, she tried to cover him with her own body as she gritted her teeth, bracing what is to come. The young boy tried to move and to push her.

The carriage door was forcefully opened by the attacker, and when the boy turn his head toward the door, and saw how scary they were. Though he was scared, he was only able to stare at the person with his empty lifeless.

The person reached his hand inside to grab them out, and as the boy stared at that person, suddenly a blinding purple light seemed to fall on that person and his allies, scream of pains can be heard before the surrounding becomes eerily quiet.

Shina with a pale face, turned to see the now dead attackers, scorched by the lightning that came down out of blue. She felt relieved by that and looked at her young master to check him, and noticed that he seemed to be having a bad fever out of sudden. "Y-Young master...!"

The coachman was already dead, their horse had run away to who knows where, and the butler were currently not by their side because he had to run an errands today and would not be back before dinner time. Panicked, she was not sure what she should do, but for now she must bring him somewhere that can help her cure the young master's fever.

Carrying him on her back, she trembling step over the corpse and ran, running into the forest, and toward a direction that she determine should be where the nearest town is.

It all was dark, all around he felt is only nothingness and the floating feeling soon disappear and he soon feel like he is falling from a high place.

"...!!" Shina saw the young master woke up, happy that tears welled up as she called for the bulter. "Ryan, come! Young master is awake!"

The door opened and a young man in a butler suit came, "He woke up??" He came to the bed and saw the young master, eyes are opened and he seemed to blankly stare at the two of them with a confused expression.

"Young master, do you remember us?" Shina ask worriedly while the butler reached over and checked his forehead and other stuffs, making sure he was fine. He can see that the pupil of the young master seemed quite unfocused.

"I think the young master are still half unconscious." The butler took a chair and sit down next to Shina, wiping his sweats he watches the young master. Shina also sit down and with clapped hand, she too keep looking at their young master, in hope that the high fever from yesterday is cured.

The memories fade away soon after and light slowly fill the view. The surrounding gradually become clear and he can see a checkered ceiling with a gorgeous fan slowly spinning. Slightly dizzy, he stayed still for awhile before he turned his head to the right.

He can see the teenager wearing a neat maid dress, looking worried and also shocked when she saw that he turn to look at her. She instantly seemed happy as she called for someone else with an excited face.

By then he saw the person who enters the room is a butler, despite his expressionless face, he was able to make out that slight frown that can be seen from his brows. Feeling how he checked him with a slow and careful action, he understood that these two where the two servant that was left for taking care of the boy.

"Shina, Ryan." He spoke slowly with a somewhat hoarse voice, though they seemed much more shocked when they hear him talk, they quickly attend to him, with Shina bring him a cup of water and let him drink slowly.

"Y-Young master, y-you spoke" Shina said after she helped him drink a few gulp. Putting away the cup, she checked him.

The butler, Ryan, looked relieved and he went out to call for doctors to conduct another checkup on him. With the professionals arriving, they watched from the side as they checked the young master.

The years long not speaking and non-responsive young master had now seemed to be able to show a normal response, and though he was having trouble to speak in a normal speed, but each word he said is clear, and his word were arranged in a proper sentences, and can be understood by most.

The doctor told the butler that the young master are now completely recovered from that high fever, and since he was not awake for almost 24 hours, the doctor suggested that they should give a soft food that are light to the stomach like a pooridge to the young master to assist his stomach getting used to the food again.

After giving a few more advices to the butler, the doctor then take their leave. The young master only watched as the doctor were talking to Ryan.

When the doctor leave, Shina ran out toward the kitchen to prepare some pooridge, and the butler stayed in the room, with him and the young master looking at each other.

"Ryan." He spoke, slow and steady.

"Young master?" Ryan looked at him attentively.

"I am not your young master Miran." He utter words by words with a serious face and watches the butler face become clouded with slight confusion, before it clear up. It seemed that Ryan, either did not believe him, or simply thought that his young master were only saying some nonsense.

"This is the truth. I am not Miran." Again he stated as clearly as he can and looked at the now shocked Shina at the door.
