Asshole

#Chapter2 Asshole

I pick my handbag from the passenger's seat and step out of my silver Ford, it's one of my favourite. Turning back, I lock it with the remote before walking into my shop. I have been running this makeover for nearly two years now and it's among the top twenty in California, my papa is proud of me and I'm proud of myself too.

/"Good morning Ms. Anderson/" one of my clerks greeted me and I nodded in response while walking straight to my office. I push open the door, surprise to see someone sitting on my chair, I frown but when I see the blonde hair, I became happy, I fling my bag to one of the sofas before rushing to the man in my office.

/"Jax/" I scream as I throw myself on him, he instinctively put his arms around me to keep me from falling.

/"Hey baby sis/" his sweet masculine voice seep into my ear, his breathing brushing some strands of my hair, /"how are you?/"

/"When did you get back?/" I ask, releasing him from my hold but still leaving my hands on his shoulder, my eyes scanning his beautiful face and honey brown eyes, similar to mine.

/"Last night./"

/"You didn't tell me/" I admonish, pouting like I always do when in his presence.

He ruffle my hair as always, smiling with his eyes twinkling, /"wanted to surprise you, like always./"

I roll my eyes, although I love his surprises, but I'm never going to tell him that, /"whatever/" I stand up from him to give him space to arrange himself, /"you will be staying longer this time right?/"

/"Two weeks at most./"

/"Two weeks?/" I scream, /"you do know that your two weeks means two days right?/"

/"Sister, sister, sister, why do you know me so much?/"

I groan in exasperation, dad has a company in New York, Jax manages it and being in a place as busy as New York, his presence is always needed and that means him always traveling and I can't say I'm entirely happy about it. Jax and I are always found together, he is the best big brother a girl can ever ask for but ever since dad put him in charge, I don't see more of him anymore and I keep on feeling like I'm losing my bond to him.

/"Come on, don't be like that. I will come to visit/" he stand up and pat my head while saying.

/"That's what you always say and this is my first time seeing you in a month/" I sulk.

/"I know, I was just too busy to travel but it's alright, it's settled now. I have my free time than ever./"

/"Why don't you stay longer then?/" I raise my eyebrow and he chuckle softly.

/"I can't/" he reply, making me roll my eyes, /"don't worry, I will come back so soon that you won't even notice I left./"

/"Whatever/" my office door open then and Tess poke in her head. I watch as her face turn bright red on the sight of my brother. I know she has a crush on him for long but I just don't understand why she hasn't told him. It really beats me.

/"Hi, didn't know you have a company/" she smile, entering fully now, /"hi Jax./"

/"Hey Tess, how are you?/"

/"I'm good. When did you arrive?/"

/"Last night. You girls have been good right?/" He ask and I roll my eyes, like hell.

/"Sure. What about you?/"

I heard my phone vibrate with a brief sound, a sign there is a new message. I let my brother and best friend continue with their innocent pleasantries and walk to the sofa my handbag is. I unzip it and see the phone's light going off. I pick up the phone and on the light to see the message on the screen. It's from Tony.

That reminds me, he hasn't reply my message since morning but the message he sent wasn't a reply to my message. It's just a 'come to the house'. I frown, why will he ask me to go over without calling?

I turn to Tess, /"hey Tess, is there anything important I will be doing this morning?/"

/"No/" Tess shake her head, /"is something wrong?/"

/"I don't know but Tony just text me to come over./"

/"Then hurry up, don't let me stop you from meeting your birthday boyfriend/" Jax grin. Making me roll my eyes at him again.

/"Typical/" I say, picking up bag. My car key has been with me all along so I just add to them, /"see you guys later and Jax, will you be coming over tonight?/"

/"It's not like you are not going to skin me alive if I don't./"

/"Good you know. Will you be staying with me?/"

/"No sis, mom wants me to stay with them this time.

/"Okay. See you tonight, Tess, I will be back./"

/"Sure/" I hear her answer as I leave the office. I walk straight to my car, wondering why Tony wants to see me. Any ways, I will find out soon.

I step into my car and quickly reverse before stepping on the accelerator.

Within minutes, I was staring at Tony's house. I turn off the engine and pick my handbag before hopping out. I stroll straight to the door, I know the code so I input it and go in.

The house is quiet, too quiet, /"Tony? Honey?/" I call but no answer so I place my bag on the table then climb the stairs. In the hallway, I can hear sounds. More like moans. I furrow my brows and listen to the sound as I trace it to Tony's bedroom. I turn the handle and the door wasn't lock so I push it open only to freeze.

Tony is busy slamming into a girl who looks really familiar to me, my car key drop from my hand onto the floor in my shock, making a sound in the process which got the passionate couple to look at me. I see shock flick in Tony's eyes then followed by disbelief, then regret.

I finally see the face of the bitch and it happens to be Cassie, my rival or so. She has always wanted everything I have including Tony. Well now she can have him because I can't be with the asshole again.

/"Aria, listen/" Tony begin to say but I ignore him and bend down to pick up my key. Turning immediately just in time to see a smirk on her face, I left the door while hearing him scrambling to get up and put on his clothes. I know what happened already, the bitch Cassie had texted me with his phone right before they started. Well, to hell to both of them. I'm sorry for ruining their moment.

I pick up my bag when I was downstairs and out the door I go. When I entered my car, I fetch my phone and called Tess, /"new plan. No party tonight./"

/"Gush, what happened?/"

/"The asshole don't deserve it/" I hang up the call, start my car in time to see Tony running out of the house in his underwear, I snort then quickly speed off, leaving a cloud of dust for him to breath. I don't take shit.
