Gion approached from behind Hina, placing her hand on her shoulder. "Hina stayed because of me. After all, I'd always feel uneasy staying alone in enemy territory as a Marine."

Since you're willing to stay, you can follow the Black Pearl and witness me dethrone Moria and become a Shichibukai, Hina. After I successfully attain that position, you'll return to Naval Headquarters with Gion."

Rifan patted Hina on the shoulder and smiled meaningfully before heading toward Chopper, who was deep in conversation with Franky.

"Thank you, Chopper. You did a good job. Leave the research on the G virus enhancement agent to me. Continue assisting Franky in constructing the new ships and see if you can use the warships left by the Marines to synthesise any special materials. Once the new Black Pearl is completed, it'll be time for us to leave Water 7." Rifan stated.

Although Rifan also wanted to discuss these matters with Hina personally, the impending Summit War was a pressing concern. He needed to defeat Moria quickly to secure his position as the new Shichibukai. Rifan was aware that Smoothie of the Big Mom Pirates was leading a group of her crew to the Water 7. So completing the new Black Pearl early would give him an advantage in dealing with them.

"Leave it to me, Captain Rifan," Chopper responded enthusiastically, raising his hands before joining Franky at the shipbuilding site of the new Black Pearl.

Hina and Gion exchanged glances and hurriedly approached Rifan.

"Hey, Rifan, what are you planning to do? Is it okay to bring the two of us along?" Gion asked, extending her hand and intertwining her arm with Rifan's, all the while wearing a seductive smile.
