66 Chapter 66 : Time to leave

More than two years have passed. Blaze is 15 years old. It has been three years since he came to Marineford, and it's almost time to end his Marine internship and make a clear decision.

That day.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Hina, who was wearing a coat of justice and a suit, tall and graceful with long and straight legs, came to Blaze's room then she reached out and knocked on the door.

After a moment of time, the door slowly opened revealing Blaze. Blaze, who appeared in front of her, was wearing a black t-shirt and white half-length pants. He was well-proportioned and slender, with semi-long black hair and his forehead bangs were hanging down, making him look refreshed and clean.

Although Blaze had not yet completed his growth, his body was still well-proportionate and slender which will give the swimmers of earth a run for their money. And since his face was handsome and still contained a little hint of childishness, he's quite a high level product for the girls out there.

In two and a half years, Blaze's height has grown a lot.

Compared to Hina, who is a little over 1.8 meters tall, he was only half a head shorter than her.

"Hmm, what's up Hina. Did something happen?"

Blaze looked at Hina in front of him.

With a pale pink shawl, long hair and a pair of sunglasses hanging on her forehead, Hina nodded to him with her arms crossed in her chest.

"Hmph. Didn't Hina tell you to call her big sis Hina. By the way Fleet Admiral Sengoku called for you" Hina snorted then replied.

"Okay, Okay I will call you that. Hina" Blaze teased in return.

"You, you.... Hina will seriously beat you up one day." Hina threatened with her hand clenched into a punch.

"Okay okay you can beat me up later for now let's go to the meeting room."

Hina scowled but she still nodded to Blaze. Blaze then picked up Raikiri which was leaning aside, holding the scabbard in his left hand and walked out of the room.

The two walked side by side to the outside of the building. When they walked outside, under the sun, Hina couldn't help but look to the side of Blaze's side and asked:

"You really decided to leave? Don't you want to think about it more?"

"No, I have made my decision and I have already talked to Vice admiral Garp about this." Blaze said a little seriously.

............

The stars were shining in the night sky creating a beautiful scenery in both the sky and ocean. There at the edge of the cliff sat a Middle aged man and a young boy.

They were both respectively Garp and Blaze and they were there talking with rice crackers on their hands.

"Gramps what do you think about the current Marines and the world government." Blaze asked a little seriously.

Garp glanced at Blaze then sighed seemingly understanding Blaze's intention.

"Well although the world government is a bunch of bastards but it's still necessary for the future of Marines. Since the Marines are the last wall between Vicious pirates and the innocent citizen. If it collapses then the little amount of peace available in the sea will be extinguished"

Blaze was silent for some time then he spoke with conviction.

"But most of the tragedies in the sea are caused by the same World government which the Marines serve. Doesn't gramps also want to separate marines from the world government, that's why you didn't accept the position of admiral. Gramps I will create an organisation strong enough to support marine than the World government"

"No, I don't want to do that. the old man is no longer like his prime day to have such ambitions. The peace is already fragile for such actions so I have to be here to hold the marines together. Remember Blaze although I won't stop you, but if you do something heinous then I will be the first to go after you." Garp barked at Blaze after giving him a fist of love.

"Ouch. Damn you old man! remember one day I will beat you up real bad."

................

"Is that so..."

Hina looked a little sad when she heard Blaze. Blaze glanced at her and smiled:

"Although I can't come to Marineford again, I can still see you on the sea again. Let's go out and shopping together when we meet again next time."

"Okay Hina will remeber it"

Marineford.

Headquarters building.

After Hina brought Blaze here, she didn't follow in but waited outside.

In the headquarters building, Marines can be seen everywhere. Some of them knew Blaze and many of them didn't. They glanced at Blaze than continued their work.

Blaze came to Sengoku's office under the guidance of a Marine captain.

Inside the marshal's office.

Fleet admiral Sengoku sat behind the table. The three positions on the left are: Vice Admiral Garp, Vice admiral Kuzan and Vice admiral Borsalino, and the two positions on the right were: great advisor Tsuru and Vice admiral Akainu.

When Blaze stepped into the Fleet admiral's office.

All these people's eyes fell on him, the oppressive force was not something ordinary people could bear, but Blaze's expression didn't waver.

Sengoku behind the table looked at Blaze standing at the door, holding Raikiri and spoke:

"Blaze, your three years as a intern has passed, now is the time to make a decision."

…...........…

Under the headquarters building.

Gion, wearing a coat of justice with a long sword hanging from her waist walked to the side of Hina, who was leaning against the wall with a pair of slender and straight white legs, dangling a thin cigarette and looking up at the sky.

"Sister Gion, you were right."

"Sure enough, he still doesn't plan to change his mind?"

Gion asked softly. Hina spit out smoke and nodded her head.

"That's really a pity."

Gion said, looking at the Fleet admiral's office above.

These two and a half years. The relationship between her, Hina and Blaze got more close and familiar. The three of them are like two sisters and a younger brother.

The two would visit him every time they came back from a mission. It can be said that she and Hina watched Blaze grow up. And now he is leaving.

...

Blaze finally decided to leave Marine. After he made the decision, he left Sengoku's office decisively.

" The incident with Zephyr really affected his perception of Marine"

Great staff Crane spoke with a calm expression.

Sengoku sighed in his chair.

Garp doesn't seem to mind it much.

It was only Akainu who was not satisfied with the decision and showed hostility.

"I said long ago that this kind of internship system is simply useless. If he really had justice in his heart, he would have joined the Marine a long time ago and he would not hesitate at all."

"If he becomes a pirate in the future, I will be the first to kill him."

There was strong hostility brimming in the eyes of Akainu.

"Shut up, Sakazuki."

Sengoku was already annoyed as it is.

"Well he was just allowed to observe the teachings anyways so it's not like he owes the marine anything and if he can learn just by watching than he would have gotten oppertunity to do that outside as well." Kuzan remarkd softly.

"When we agreed to his request, didn't we also consider that he would choose to leave? Since he chose not to leave as a Marine intern, then the matter will end here. If he is found out to be involved in heinous act later than....."

"I invited him to join Marine. It was also the old man who made the proposal of Marine intern. If he becomes a criminal in the future, then the old man will take responsibility for the matter." Garp responded seriously for the first time.

Hearing Garp's words, no one was opposed to it anymore. Akainu stood up, supported the brim of his hat and glanced sideways at Garp and said:

"Then I hope that Vice Admiral Garp will not be merciful at that time."
