Keiko watched his back as Raiden left the training ground. Her mind was in turmoil. She hated the feeling of being weak. Raiden, ever since she met him during the practical test, have been a league above her.
She hated it. That day was etched in her memory. She could not afford being weak.
With gritted teeth she glared at the log post Raiden slashed with his sword.
"I swear I'll surpass you Raiden..." she whispered in a low tone full of conviction.
She left the training ground shortly after, not noticing a silver haired figure stalking her.
"Damn it. She going to bother me everynight from now on, isn't she?"
Raiden didn't really mind training her, he just didn't want to divide his attention in two different tasks.
"Meh we'll see how it goes. Maybe I can ask Gion to teach her."

Raiden continued his training with Gion. He had to admit she was way better teacher than Garp.
It was nearly mid-day when they took a break.
"What's wrong Raiden, you were distracted." Gion started grilling him with a frown.
"Um sensei, I know someone who wants to learn swordsmanship. Do you think you can teach her too?"
"Oho 'her' huh? Is our little Raiden in love!?" Gion started teasing him with an over the top girlish voice.
Raiden just rolled his eyes. The anime never really discovered this side of Gion. During all these days when they trained together, he actually got really attached to her to the point where they would poke fun at each other whenever they could.
"Stop it. She's one of my classmates. So what happened was..."
Raiden started explaining everything that happened. Gion did became slightly more serious.
"Hmm. I don't really mind. Tell her to come here every morning. But make sure to tell her you're still my priority. But yeah I don't mind giving her a few tips."
Raiden smiled at her and nodded. The rest of the session went pretty uneventful.

The theoretical classes ended. Most of the recruits were making their way back to their dorms. So was Keiko, when she heard someone call her name.
"Keiko."
She turned around to see the silver haired boy staring at her.
"What?" She was not proud of the way that came out and winced mentally. She didn't really have anything against Raiden and she knew she was rude last night.
Raiden didn't care about that. He was mentally an adult and could very well ignore a teenage throwing tantrum.
"Listen. I had a talk with my instructor. She said she's ready to teach you. Be at the training ground by 6 from tomorrow onwards. Don't be late, she won't like it."
With that he handed a stunned Keiko a paper with directions to where the ground was, and left.
Keiko was staring silently at Raiden's back. She looked at the sheet of paper and suddenly a smile bloomed on her face.
She acted out the last time they met but still he went out of his way to help her. She promised herself she'd make it up to him someday.
"I'll get strong Mama, I swear I'll kill them all."

Raiden and Gion continued the session as always, the only difference was the new addition in the form of Keiko.
The girl was determined, there was no doubt about it, but her physical capabilities were no where near Raiden's level.
Keiko would sulk after every session after loosing to someone who was nearly four years younger than her, then get motivated to beat to him and repeat the cycle the next day.

"Raiden spar with me."
Raiden looked up at the hulking mass of muscles that was Dax and sighed.
His 3 month training period was about to end in a week. The theoretical portion the marines covered were a joke for him.
Arthur was somewhat distraught that he was not even the best in theoritical portion. Well, Raiden could only console him. It's not like he could tell Arthur he was a transmigrator.
Anyway, another thing that happened during these two and a half month was that Dax started persisting Raiden to spar with him.
Marine training had done wonders to the boy's body. One piece world's logic when it came to physique was already whacky, but Dax was something else.
In a couple of months he grew from a 7 feet to a hulking 8'4 feet. Raiden still couldn't believe how massive the boy was.
They started sparring almost every other day. Raiden had to admit it, if he didn't have his passive enhancement he got from him devil fruit, Dax would've been a troublesome opponent.
"Sure." Raiden didn't have a reason to decline.
They reached the training ground and took their stance. Raiden was pretty relaxed throughout. He didn't have a reason to be worried about Dax. The taller boy, although looked more menacing, was much weaker than himself.
Dax on the other hand was pretty pissed at Raiden's nonchalant attitude. But in the back of his mind he knew Raiden had a reason for his attitude. He was almost four years younger than Dax but still much stronger. Just thinking about how strong he'd grow made Dax shudder a little.
He took a deep breath, calmed his nerves and got in a basic navy martial arts stance.
"Don't hurt each other too much!" Arthur shouted at them from the sidelines. Neither Dax nor Raiden realised when he followed them to the training ground and where he found popcorns, but who cares.
Raiden noted as Dax's leg muscles contracted and he launched his massive body towards Raiden.
As soon as he was near Raiden he used his massive body to bring down a prowerful punch towards Raiden's head.
Raiden simply used Kami-e and evaded the attack. He didn't have to use the Rokushiki against Dax, but decided to get some battle experience now that they where fighting.
Back when Arthur, Dax and Keiko were told that Raiden knew how to use Rokushiki, at first they refused to believe it. But once she showed off, all that was left were three broken recruits.
They decided that trying to compete with Raiden was not the wisest decision, and started focusing on their skills more.
Back to the fight, Raiden was easily avoiding all of Dax's attack with little to no effort. At this point he had mastered all of the Rokushiki.
Deciding that he had enough of toying, Raiden used soru and closed the distance between them in an instance.
Dax was taken aback by the sudden counterattack. Before he could even react he was on ground with Raiden pointing a blade at his throat.
Dax sighed and raised his hands up in surrender. "Hah...I lost, put that thing away."
Raiden smiled and sheathed his sword. This was probably the last spar he had with Dax. His last week in the headquarters was going to be really busy.
Dax got up and they both joined Arthur as the trio went to have their dinner.
They were chatting, when Raiden thought of something.
"Status."

(So I've decided to change the format of the system. The number don't really give a correct sense of how strong someone is. So the base Raiden in Black Rock village was someone on equal footing with 10 million belli Bounty. The current Raiden with all six Rokushiki is nearly at the level of 100m belli, with devil fruit nearly 200m)
Raiden looked at his status and grinned. His time in Marineford was really fruitful. He would be joining Garp soon. For now his only was to apply for early graduation and explore the world. Just thinking about it made him excited.
