Luffy moved the red electricity crackling around his body, a wide smile on his face as he swung his naginata. The power from his weapon surged out as he swung widely. 

His swing was met halfway by Sabo's golden staff that crackled with blue electricty, creating a shockwave of scattering lightning bolts that jolted the grounds around them, creating destruction in the surroundings. Both weapons laced with normal Armament Haki and electricity from their powers. 

They were trying to improve the control aspect of their abilities and going all out wouldn't give them any results. Mainly being that Sabo's golden staff was just a make-shift one that Sabo started to use for training. The one Anchor is going to make would take some time.

Both of them moved with blinding speed, weapon against weapon, lightning against lightning. Each clash created shockwaves that resounded in the empty dungeon room, as even the lights above flickered due to the electric discharge. The hair on their heads were flowing wildly due to the electric discharge as well. 

It was a majestic sight to behold, as blurs of red and blue lightning blinked in and out of the scene, each time they met, it shook the whole dungeon. 

"Oi, don't forget about me!" Sanji called out, diving leg first, his leg laced with red hot flames that suddenly turned blue from all the electricity-boosting power. Landing a blow in between Luffy and Sabo, making both fighters jump back, before he moved towards Sabo.

As Sabo was better than both of them, both of the Straw Hats had teamed up to beat the logia user. This was also the reason why Luffy wasn't going Gear fourth. 

With a thud, his blue flaming leg met Sabo's golden staff, both being laced with Armament Haki that gave off a blue and black electric discharge mid-air. 

"You are getting better at this…" Sabo commented before his smile morphed into a shit-eating grin, "But you left your side wide-open! Dragon Claw!" 

"Gah!" Sanji grunted as he took the hit. He hissed in pain, as Sabo's attack was shockwave-based, it negated his durability and exoskeleton and directly injured his insides. 

But Sanji wasn't one to lose, so rather than falling, he spun back, around from the recoil of the hit and kicked upwards at Sabo with his leg momentarily flickering into blue flames right before the hit. 

Sabo was wide-eyed and quickly had to cover his side with his arm, but still he was thrown back. "Good one! Almost got me, but…"

He was cut mid-way, when, "Gomu gomu no…"

With that Luffy suddenly came in with a kick that Sabo blocked, but quickly regretted it as Luffy gave out a fury of punches each one laced with red electricity that caused shockwaves. And yet Sabo defended the attack with his frightening reaction time. 

Of course, Luffy needed to have his Nameless Naginata on his back while using his energy abilities or else he wouldn't be able to use them, as technically the fruit was consumed by his naginata. Not him.

While this was happening Sanji was leaning on his knee, panting, catching his breath. He also fell out of his Speed Overdrive as he couldn't keep it up all the time. And they had been going at it for almost three hours now, so yeah he was having stamina issues. Sue him.

'God that sounds awful in this context… but three hours should be enough right? I mean it's not like I can go beyond that.' He thought wondering about a certain someone.

"Oi, who the heck are you thinking about?" Luffy called out, while fighting Sabo, "No slacking off!"

Sanji almost went in panic attack and hatefully glared at his captain for a few seconds before shaking his head. 'Luffy really has the worse timings…'

Now wasn't the time to think about that stuff. Sabo and Luffy were battling out in the air and he needed to join. But first, he needed to recover.

In the fight with the Golden Knight, Sanji finally figured out the trick to using blue flames. His own flames couldn't burn that hot, but there was a way to make them go blue. 

And that was with Speed Overdrive. 

His Speed Overdrive was a technique that, the longer he used the technique the faster he got. So as he was building up speed, he could channel that speed into his flames, making them burn hotter momentarily. 

But doing so, took a lot out of him so he needed to use it sparingly.  That's why he used it in short bursts, boosting his attack power momentarily. 

And that made a huge difference. As even Luffy needed to use his full on Armament Haki along with Tekkai to not get damaged for his kicks. His captain was clearly impressed by his new set of power and even suggested him to learn an advanced version of Armament after getting his blue fire down, as that would boost his attack power to an unimaginable level. 

So that's why Sanji was pushing his body to use Speed Overdrive and making his body adapt so that he can use it full-time. That's also the reason why he was munching an energy bar while watching Luffy and Sabo fight. As he needed the extra calories and nutrition to fix his body with life return. 

Also even though his blue flames gave him a boost to his power and strength, he needed to be cautious or he might break his own leg. Moving at that kind of speed at that strength, he needed to be careful. Unlike his brothers, his exoskeleton was much weaker, even though it was getting stronger.

That's why he found a way to use tekkai on his exo-skeleton to boost his durability in that area. It worked for now, but he either needed to get good at controlling his blue flames or fix his exo-skeleton issue. 

As the second part was undoable on his end, Sanji opted to get better at the control aspect. And what better way to do so than with the lightning man himself. 

Blue flames were basically plasma after all, and he did have some minor electricity control due to his speed powers. 

Seeing Luffy get pushed back, Sanji moved in, his feet laced with red flames before they turned blue. "Don't forget about me! Ifrit Jambe: Bœuf Burst!" 

------- (Ngl, for those of you are keeping up with the One Piece manga. I'm kind of hyped up about it. 

Especially I'm buying Sanji stocks. Hope he awakens his Conquer's haki. Especially in 1095+, Sanji's situation is almost mirroring a C. haki awakening, in my opinion.]
