ARC: Training Begins (7)

The boat started to move forward, because we had to lose no time, otherwise Misoun could run away and we could not capture him.

Of course, even if we don't capture him there won't be any punishment from Max, but we might get yelled at.

The boat goes fast enough to reach Cabava Island in an hour. Misoun is currently on Cabava, and will probably stay there for quite a while.

But I can't understand why Misoun chose to capture a town next to a navy base. It's a pretty dumb decision for a pirate.

An hour passed and Michael and the others began to see Cavaba Island from a distance. He could only see the sand on the beach on the island.

"You see this, we have finally arrived, this is going to be our first mission!!!" The one who spoke was Gray who was excited to be on his first mission with the Navy.

Gray's only goal is to become stronger and climb the ranks of the navy. He wants to avenge the murder of his family by pirates when he was a boy. He has never told Michael about the pirate murder of his family, as he often avoids the subject when Michael speaks with him.

"Don't get excited, remember that a mission can be very dangerous if you're not careful. Especially since it's not a little pirate we're going to fight today." The one who spoke up this time was Michael, he didn't want to see Gray die on his first mission with the Navy.

While he didn't mind seeing him die, he would still like to see him survive for his future plans.

Gray just nodded and started to get more serious than before. He knew he could die on one of these missions.

After a few minutes, they landed on the island and got off the boat.

We could see a small man, with dark brown hair, and a fragile body, looking at us arrogantly.

"Hello marines, you got here pretty fast. But know that you will not get out of here alive! HAHAHAHAHHAH!"

Misoun was very arrogant, it's rare to see someone as annoying as him...

--Michael POV

Misoun disgusts him, he looks like a rat, his head is really shaped like a rat head. Even though he doesn't have the little whiskers that rats have...

I took a look at Kizuki and noticed that he was very calm. He must have done many missions like this before and is experienced with pirates like Misoun.

Kizuki gave the GO and we all went to fight. I already chose my target. The pirate just behind Misoun who seems to be his second in command and must be the second strongest from here.
