Lougetown, a City on Polestar Island in East Blue. Many pirates come here to resupply their stack for Grand Line. This town is also known as the birth place and the execution site of Pirate King Gol D. Roger, that's why it is also called 'The Town of Beginning and the End'

In a certain market, eight guys were walking together and carrying some stuff that they bought.

"Why did Captain let us do this. Why not him? He can carry this thing easily by storing it in his spatial storage." A man with a hat with the 'Penguin' letter on it complained.

"Dunno, maybe he has something to do. Because he didn't go with the girls " A large man with a fierce looking face said.

"Don't complain and just do what Lucifer told us" A man with a fur hat said.

"Yes, Captain Law!" The seven people said in unison.

"What things do we still need to buy, Bepo?" The man with a fur hat ask the walking white bear.

"We need to buy condiments, vegetables, fruits and flour." The walking talking bear said.

"I see... Looks like we are not going to finish this whole buying stuff early." Law muttered and continue to walk at the market place.

Unbeknownst to them a white uniform man with a Marine on his back is watching them and then leaves the place hurriedly.

A certain room of a barracks.

A man who has white hair, a noticeable three cigar on his mouth are sitting on the chair while reviewing papers about his works.

The peaceful place suddenly got disturbed by one male officer that entered the room.

"Captain Smoker, I have an important report!" The male officer saluted at him and said.

"What is it?" The man who has three cigars in his mouth asks the male officer.

"The Heart Pirates are seen in the Market Place. They are buying some stuff and we conclude that they are resupplying." The male officer said.

"What! Damn! I just got back here a few weeks ago from training and now a headache appears" Smoker said solemnly. He knew who the Heart Pirates were. The captain of the Heart Pirate is a troubled devil fruit user and also had a bounty of 150 million beli.

"Prepare the men to the training ground and we will arrest them!" Smoker stood up from his chair and said to the male officer.

"Now that I have learned Armament and Observation Haki. This is the right time to test my strength " Smoker left the room and went to the training ground to wait for his subordinates.

After a couple of minutes. A group of marine are lined up in the training grounds. Smokers looked at them and said.

"Prepare for an upcoming battle. We will arrest the Heart Pirates that are resupplying their stacks."

"Yes Captain Smoker!" A group of marines yelled.

"Tashigi, organized the men and ready the medics" Smoker look at the only girl in their groups. The girl is stunning, she has a black hair between her chin, brown eyes with glasses, and she wears short sleeve shirts with various color designs and a leather black jacket.

"Yes Captain!" The young woman resolutely said and leave at the place to call the medics in the infirmary.

Smoker look at the leaving shadow of Tashigi and look again at the group of male marines.

"Let's go and you, you will be left behind and tell to Tashigi to follow us" Smoker look at one of the male officers and ordered him to tell Tashigi to follow them. The Smoker with other male marines left at the training ground and went tk the Market place of Lougetown.

In a famous execution platform where the Pirates King Gol D. Roger where he executed. A young man with black hair and blue eyes in the bottom of the platform can be seen looking at the platform.

"Hmm... Looks like Smoker is going to make moves. Let's see and wait before I also make a move." The young muttering said and went to a bar called Goldroger near the execution platform.

After entering the bar, he saw an old man in the counter.

"One Martini, Old Man" The young man order some drinks to the old man.

The old man glanced at him and took out a Martini bottle and served him a shot cup of it.

"That will be a 1000 beli" The old man said to the young man.

"Eyy! That's a scam!" The young man complain.

"Then find other bars that are selling cheap drinks" The old man snorted said.

"Here" The young man blanky started at him and hand the old man a few paper money.

"Come on Nojiko, Makino, and Ikkaku. We need a new dress!" An orange haired girl said to three girls in front of her.

"Besides we don't need to worry about the money. Lucifer, give us a huge pile of money." Added by the orange hair girl.

"Well... Sure " The curly black hair girl hesitate at first, but in the end agreed. She too want a new dress or clothes for her.

"Sure sure" A blue haired woman nonchalantly said.

"Well let's go and ask people where the Boutique is, Nami" A dark green haired lady named Makino said to the orange hair girl named Nami.

"Yehey! Too bad we are not with Lucifer. If he is here he can just store the thing we bought " The orange hair girl happily exclaimed and after that shake her head a couple of times.

"Yeah too bad..." The bkue haired woman also shake her head.

"Eyy what do you think of my man? A porter " The dark green hair woman musing said.

"YES!" Ikkaku, Nami, and Nojiko said together.

"Hehehe" Makino laugh and the three follow suite.

After that they ask a couple of people where is the boutique located and a couple minutes later, they saw a boutique with sign of 'Rebecca Hanberg'.

The four of them enter and saw many clothes are in the racks. Displaying it's own self.

"Missus, what can I help you with?" A man with a weird hairstyles said to them.

"Well we want some comfortable clothes and some training one" The dark green hair, Makino, said to the weird looking guy.

"You go to the right place missus. We have what you are looking for!" The weird looking man confidently said tk the four of them.

Makino, Nami, Nojiko, and Ikkaku start their battle on choosing their own clothes at the Rebecca Hanberg Boutique.
