1 (Old version No need to read it) Chapter 000: One Piece here I come

[Main Character Point of View]

It has been one year since One Piece ended and I was bored so I decided to just go online and find a random PC game to free play. I managed to find a link to the "Just Cause V" beta version and clicked on it faster than Glenn Quagmire sliding in on a weeping woman who just got dumped on the eve of Valentine's Day.

Sadly, the link did not bring me to the beta version but a YouTube video…

Never gonna give you up;

Never gonna let you down;

Never gonna run around and desert you;

Never gonna make you cry;

Never gonna say goodbye;

Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you…

Yep, I got rickrolled but I got a laugh out of it and decided to do one of those Isekai questionnaires that I found online. Never underestimate the depth of boredom. I clicked on the first questionnaire link I saw while I searched it once more.

[Would you want to go to the world of One Piece (AU version)?]

"Yes."

I said while tapping that.

[Would you want to be a Marine (Before Egghead Arc)?]

"Hell No!"

I replied with a laugh.

[Why would you not want to be part of the Marines?]

"Being a marine suck because although you can become strong, if trained by the right person, and pat yourself on the back while saying that you protect the innocent, at some point in time if you are unlucky, you will have to choose to compromise your moral standards if you have some once you work under a Celestial Dragon.

Hypothetically, you could be sent to an island to capture a random citizen who was turned into a slave because a Celestial Dragon just felt like having that one as a slave. Assuming you have a moral compass, even if you shove your moral standard deep down and bring the slave to the Celestial Dragon, you are not safe.

A Celestial Dragon can just feel like it and decide to take someone you know as a slave or a concubine. You would have nothing to say else you want to suffer a fate worse than death. As a marine, you will have to obey without a single question, or you could be branded as a criminal if you are not arrested or killed.

Why would anyone fight for an organization that will toss them aside at any moment and that the ones at the top view you as useful tools if and only if you are at the rank of Rear Admiral or above, any rank lower than that and you are garbage to them?

Knowing the World Government, if there is a rumor that you are looking into the void century, you will be branded as a criminal without even needing evidence. I am not guaranteed to be overpowered so why would I join an organization that will throw me away just to make sure the rest of the world does not learn that they fucked up.

I could refuse to kill a child one day only to wake up the next day being branded as a mass murderer who killed an island's worth of population. From my point of view, there is no real need to be a marine if everything you managed to build, or gain can be taken away by the same people you work for.

Also knowing too much or even them thinking that you know too much will get you killed and if you survive you become a wanted fugitive with an evil moniker, regardless of age. A warlord can just straight up ruin your life and the worst they would get would be a slap on the back of their hand.

Also, finish the manga know what the five elders are and you have to be at the rank of Commodore to even gaze at them, least you want your neck to be freed of your head. Like the last words of a marine that saw a five elder was this:

'What the hell is that... is he some kind of monster?!'

My guy literally became self-aware that he was not on the side of good and that blew his mind... figuratively and literally. Knowing all of this, as a reader, there is no way I would be on the side that proclaims to be good but will end up shafting me for every reason I have listed previously."

I finished typing while speaking what I wrote before pressing the [Next] button. I mean I can understand that the people in One Piece would tolerate slavery due to constant the fear of opposing the World Government but having been raised in the modern world I do not see myself being okay with it.

Truthfully, if I had to make that choice, between obeying orders or dying I would pick the first because I am somewhat of a coward but I know that the guilt would probably eat me alive. The way I see things, if I am going to be branded as a criminal by the World government then it better not be after wasting my time being their dog.

[Assuming that you would be reincarnated in that World, which of the following packages would you want to receive?

-3 low supernatural ability with three-quarters of your memories of the story.

-2 medium supernatural abilities with two-thirds of your memories of the story.

-1 high supernatural ability with one-half of your memories of the story.

-Guaranteed Ultra package with none of your memories of the story and most of your life, although your personality and basic knowledge will remain intact.

Note that you can choose each of the supernatural abilities though it will depend on their ranks, for the ultra package, the content has already been predetermined but it can not be revealed unless you pick it. The ranks are described as such: Low< Medium< High< Ultra.]

"I would like to receive the ultra package."

This is not real, and that Ultra package had my curiosity at first but once I saw that I was on a higher rank than High, it got my attention. Worst case, if it's not good I can always refresh the page and restart the questionnaire.

[Ultra package has been picked:

- Hunter X Hunter System

- Medaka Kurokami's abnomality (The End)

- Jiro's Techniques from Toriko

-Kenpachi's instincts

-Killua's assassination skills

-Yamamoto's Hakuda skills

-Kamikaze's sword skills from One Punch-man.]

Oh, now I understand why it was called an ultra package, forget Medaka Kurokami's abnormality (The End), the skills from Killua, Kamikaze or Yamamoto, Kenpachi's instincts, or Jiro's techniques, The Hunter X Hunter System alone make it Ultra since it would potentially allow the user to use every Nen in Hunter X Hunter.

Nen unlike Haki from One Piece, Chakra from Naruto, Spirit Energy from Bleach, Curse Energy from Jujutsu Kaisen, or even Ki from Dragon Ball can get stronger after death heck it could even bring back its user after death or kill the user's most hated person. I basically get a guaranteed lick back if my emotions are strong enough.

Granted that it would be best if I had a regenerative ability but Jiro's techniques are basically an all-purpose ability while Kenpachi's instincts and The End would make up for any flaw that I have while learning or gaining more about abilities. I don't need to explain how valuable the skills from Killua or Yamamoto are.

For those who do not know The End is akin to Tserriednich's talent for Nen in Hunter X Hunter but with everything. Tserriednich is a Nen genius of prodigious talent who was able to exert minor control over the flow of his aura and pin down the basics of Gyo in less than one day. With this skill, he managed to gather enough aura around his hands to perform Water Divination, which revealed him as a Specialist.

He managed to do in a couple of days what takes even those that are called genius among geniuses weeks to accomplish. Over the next few days after learning what Nen is, he managed to reach such a proficiency in Ten and Ren. He also succeeded in closing the Aura Nodes in his hands on the first try, as well as in performing a perfect Zetsu for one hour on the third try despite the many disturbances.

Although he admitted that he is too slow to inactivate it and his focus is still susceptible to breaking, it was something that even the main characters of HxH could not do, and almost all of them are considered geniuses in Nen usage by their respective teachers.

The End is basically that but for everything the user tries to learn including other's abilities. I am sure that it could allow the user to learn Haki just by seeing it or possibly even hearing its descriptions from an experienced Haki user.

With Killua's assassination skills, Kenpachi's instinct, and Jiro's techniques, I could position myself so that I could get hit by any attack while remaining as uninjured as possible or at the very least avoiding fatal injuries.

With Yamamoto and Kamikaze's skills, I am set for offense. Seriously, Yamamoto faced someone who was created to seal his power and demolished him with just two strikes. The old man literally blew his opponent's guts ou- Pause!... Anyway, Kamikaze slashed his opponents into confetti under a second.

With all of that, I would be able to survive long enough for my Nen ability or abilities to work and I win. I am already thinking of a few Nen abilities I could have depending on my Nen type and most of them are overpowered, now that's an ultra rank. Speaking of which, the segment was linked to Nen.

[Due to having the Hunter x Hunter System, Nen will be available to you. Design your own Nen ability (Hatsu):

Nen Type:

Ability Name:

Description:

Requirements: ]

I took a good ten minutes to think about my Nen ability. I decided to design it with the thought that I would not be able to buy other Nen abilities from the System.

[Nen Type: Specialization

Ability Name: Eight-Handled Divergent Emperor's Wheel

Description: The ability to adapt to any and all phenomena works passively and at all times. An Eight-Handled Wheel tattoo is formed on the user's back, every turn of the wheel signifies that the user has started adapting, or adapted more to the phenomena.

The adaptation ability is an ongoing phenomenon it keeps going on till it has "completely" adapted to it and grants the user a new ability to counter the phenomenon that was analyzed and adapted.

This means that after adapting to the phenomena in question, the user gains a new Hatsu ability, nonetheless it is not an instantaneous process. As in, experiencing the phenomenon in question once and a single turn of the wheel does not signify a "complete" adaptation.

The adaptation is based essentially on time. However, the number of times the user experiences the same phenomenon also dictates the time in which it takes to adapt. The user can adapt to more than one phenomenon at the same time but it lengthens the time needed to adapt to all phenomena in question.

The more phenomena that are being adapted at the same time the more time it takes to adapt to each one. However, the user can pause and resume the adaptation process of whichever phenomenon he wishes.

The adaptation process is never truly done. Once the user has adapted to a phenomenon, this ability can make the user adapt more for the user to come up with even more methods to counter or nullify what was adapted.

Once a counter ability has been formed the user can choose to either accept it or refuse it, if the user refuses it, the adaptation speed that will lead to the next counter ability is hastened and the next counter ability will be stronger. This special process will repeat itself until the user accepts a counter ability.

Requirements: Once the user has experienced something – a Devil fruit ability, an attack, a defense, a strong emotion, or anything in general– It begins the process of adaptation. The speed of adaptation is slow but each time the user experiences the same phenomenon that is being adapted, the time required to adapt to it is shortened.]

I decided to pick Mahoraga's ability because I could potentially gain other anime abilities but changed that the wheel would be a tattoo on the back of my character. The one thing that sort of gives away Mahoraga's ability is his wheel above his head.

A clever opponent would understand the ability after witnessing it and in the world of One Piece, there are many ways to get information about someone.

[Which race would you like to be?

Note that the choice depends on which package you have chosen:

- you can not choose your race due to the effect of choosing the 3 low supernatural abilities with three-quarters of your memories of the story package.

- you can choose one race due to the effect of choosing the 2 medium supernatural abilities with two-thirds of your memories of the story package.

- you can choose up to two races to form a Hybrid due to the effect of choosing 1 high supernatural ability with one-half of your memories of the story package.

-you can choose up to two races to form a Hybrid with a slight modification of your choosing due to the effect of choosing the ultra package.]

"I would like to be a Hybrid between Fish-men and a Fanalis. I would also like it that it is impossible to clone me."

The average Fish-men and the average human are barely comparable. It's stated that even the most normal Fish-men is ten times stronger than the most normal human (even stronger while underwater), and even Fish-men children are comparable to human adults.

On top of their purely physical stats, Fish-men are incredibly resistant to deep ocean pressures, have some small level of understanding with ocean life, can breathe and communicate underwater, and swim at high speeds.

I could basically take a couple of hits and dip into the depth of the sea until I completely adapt to my opponent's attacks.

Additionally, strong Fish-men have the ability to throw water droplets like bullets, and those with the proper training can even grab the ocean or other liquids and toss them like cannonballs as if they were creating high-powered ocean currents.

Even beyond that, Fish-men come in many different varieties as hybrids of sea life and have advantages based on the type of sea creature they're based on so if my character is lucky the Fish-men strength will be boosted exponentially by the Fanalis part.

Their physical strength and senses are beyond that of a normal human, they are considered to be the strongest race in their world. Even a young Fanalis like Masrur managed to fight an adult Imuchakk like Hinahoho on equal ground.

In Magi, Imuchakk tribe are tall version of a Fishman who can not breathe underwater and an adult of that tribe was matched by a kid Fanalis. The Fanalis can jump to extraordinary heights and even break metal. Their kicks are like lightning, and they can even take down the mighty king of beasts in one blow. Fanalis can even perform loud battle cries or echolocation to map their locations.

With this alone, I would practically be safe on any of the four seas as long as I do not meet up with any strong Devil Fruit User, as for Grand Line and the New World, I would have a higher chance of survival than most rookies.

Physical skills alone, I am practically unbeatable to those who do not have Haki, Logia, or Mythological Devil Fruit. I added not cloning me because I would not like it if the World Government pulled a Deus Ex Machina and cloned a bunch of Pasifiscta clones of me that can adapt to any situation. That would be the World Government's wet dream.

[What would you like your appearance to be?]

"I would like to Chika Shihōin from Bleach."

He is basically the male version of Yoruichi from Bleach seeing as he is her ancestor.

[What miscellaneous skills would you like to have?]

"I would like to have Sinbad's ability to read the flow of the waves as well as being able to read Poneglyphs."

In the world of One Piece, it is crucial to be able to sail through the sea else you could die. With this ability, Sinbad escaped deadly storms that would have otherwise capsized most other sailors, thus gaining him the title "Sinbad the Sailor".

I also heard a theory that it also led him to make the best decisions. I do not need to explain that deciphering Poneglyph would be needed if one wanted to reach Laugh Tale. If I am going to make my character I am going to make it right

[What Name would you like to have?]

"Zoldyck D. Sinbad."

Zoldyck because of the Hunter X Hunter System, I feel like my character would learn every technique that Zoldyck has. As for Sinbad, I feel like with my chosen appearance, it would go well with Sinbad's rizz so I took his name... in honor of one of my favorite characters.

I also figured that If I were to be reincarnated in One Piece then I would probably become a bounty hunter sooner or later if not a pirate after being branded as a criminal by the World Government. So why not add the D, especially after knowing the meaning behind it?

[In which Era would you want to live in?]

"I would like to be in the same Era as the main cast."

I mean after knowing what the One Piece is, why would I want to go in a time when it is not ready to be found? Roger said it himself, they came too early. Why should I send my character to an era where he would not be able to claim the treasure even if people at the time think it is make belief?

[Are there any additional abilities you would like to have? Note that it could lead to some of your abilities being taken or altered.]

Now I would be lying if I said that I was not happy about the things I got but who would say no to making your character more overpowered? I mean it is not like it's going to be a story or people are going to read it.

"I would like to have Kuroko's lack of presence as a stealth ability from Kuroko no Basket, Irina's Kiss of Death from Assassination Classroom, and any and all Nen abilities that I use do not give any enemy of mine else access to Nen in any way shape or form."

I also figured why not have that one as well it is great for comic relief as well as assassination. For Irina's kiss of death... yep it's for assassination purposes alone... just assassination... definitely not trying to give my character some ace in the hole for romantic purposes.

One thing I kind of hated in Hunter X Hunter was the fact that Gon and Killua basically became the reason why the Chimera ants were able to use Nen. Had they finished that rabbit Chimera then he would not have been able to awaken the Nen of the others.

Also if Killua had not let Pokkle win during the Hunter exam then he would not have been able to learn Nen and the King would not have been born before the Hunter association made their big move.

In all honesty, I do like the insane detail about one's action and the long-term consequences. The foreshadowing that was shown was great such as the fact that at the beginning of learning Nen, Gon, and Killua were told that people could acquire Nen through surviving an encounter with a Nen user. What bugs me is that they let the ants go when they could kill them.

Still, that is just me rambling but the mere thought of being responsible for the Navy or Pirates to being able to use Nen did not sit well with me even if it was a hypothetical scenario. I mean with just Haki and/or Devil Fruit, people can destroy an entire country but if you add Nen to this, the world will be destroyed.

I mean even the most overpowered Devil Fruit or the one that even has the name or will of a God inside it has a weakness to the sea, with Nen, they could gain power similar to Devil Fruit yet not be afraid of the sea. After chapter 1094, no sane reader would want to even hypothetically give the world government Nen.

[It has been accepted though change will be made, you will be reborn in West Blue.]

Looks like a small change will be made though West Blue is not bad compared to Grand Line and New World. My character would be able to survive on the Grand Line even without Haki or Nen or the Hunter X Hunter System but I guess being sent to the West Blue means that he will have time to grow strong before entering the Grand Line.

[You have completed the questionnaires. We will now sort out the questionnaires to determine who will have the chance to be Tensei-ed into One Piece.]

[You have chosen the Guaranteed Ultra package! You have been chosen to be Tensei-ed. You will be Tensei-ed in T-minus 1h… 59min57sec… 59min54sec…]

I laughed at the countdown that had started and decided to make myself a sandwich before taking a power nap after watching some funny videos because I had nothing better to do. As I fell asleep I saw a light blue transparent screen appear in front of me.

[Due to your Nen ability, Eight-Handled Divergent Emperor's Wheel, potentially causing error by allowing you to regain your entire memory, modifications will made. You will not have a Hunter X Hunter System but instead, you will gain a Nen Beast which will be a reflection of you. It will take some time to form thus you will not have it or access to Nen until you are Seventeen years old.

Its ability will be linked to yours and to compensate for the removal of a part of the Guaranteed Ultra Package, lowering its rank without your consent, you will be compensated by keeping your memories outside of the world of One Piece and will be given the chance to leave a recording for your future self.

Note that you can not give yourself any major information about the story past the Zou Arc, as in information that was not known to the main characters, it is advised to make it short, you have one minute's worth of time to leave a note, simply speaking and it will be recorded.]

[1:00… 0:59… 0:58… 0:57…]

What is going on? Is this for real? I was confused about what this was all about and denied that it was real but once there were only forty seconds left, I decided to think of what I would need to remember to survive in that world.

I thankfully did not pick Lunarian, chose my Nen ability well, and asked for my opponent never learning Nen since everyone would hunt me for the reward money, and having the World Goverment with their own Nen abilities would be a nightmare fuel.

Still, I picked Fish-men so I can still be hunted down by slavers.

[…0:35]

"Never Join the Navy! The World Government is evil! Head to the Grand Line only after your Seventeenth Birthday! Never trust anyone! You are a part Fish-men and part Fanalis! Don't tell anyone that you can read Poneglyph! Find the four red Poneglyphs! Find Zunesha and go to Zou! Find the One Piece! It exis-"

[…0:00]

"-t! Don't eat a Devil Frui-"

Everything went black once the countdown reached zero, I only had a few moments to realize that I had not finished what I wanted to say before I blacked out.

[AN: I wanted to post this before someone else has the same idea of Mahoraga's adaptability as a Nen ability couple with the other Ultra package stuff. I won't write the fiction right now since I am busy with another fic of mine and I want to give myself some time to think about the story since I am planning on making an AU to make it less predictable plot wise but I would like some input that COULD possibly nudge the story's direction:

----

MC Join fully the Straw hat after Enies Lobby arc and act like a badass like Escanor?

Or

Crave his own path while still acting like a badass? (Honestly, I am leaning toward this one since he is a singularity.)

----

The Story will be rainbows and sunshine.

Or

The Story will be more realistic as in horror and violence will be true to the One Piece world as well as other mature subjects.

Want more? Like Thanos, I want those STONES!!!]
