309- Wano Country

Two weeks later.

After Akame's recovery, Ethan begins his journey to Wano with his family, Toki, and some of his subordinates, including Akame.

Ethan has never been to Wano before so he didn't use teleportation but used a ship to sail there.

Sailing in the New World was very easy and fast, as Ethan and his companions could ignore or destroy all obstacles in their path.

Ethan's daughter was very excited to see the raging sea and the rapid climatic changes in the New World.

Ethan smiled when he saw that his daughter was having fun and then looked at Toki and saw her smiling happily and her eyes seemed to shine with anticipation.

Ethan approached Toki and said with a smile, "You don't seem nervous for someone who hasn't visited their home country in over 800 years."

"I know what you mean." The girl looked at Ethan, her face carrying a complicated expression. "Actually, I have never lived or seen a Wano Country before."

"Nani?!" Ethan looked at her in shock because this information he forgot or did not know about.

"Yes, I was born and lived outside of Wano Country, so I'm really excited to see the Wano I've always heard about." The Amatsuki family is a very famous and powerful family in Wano Country, but Toki was part of a faction of the Amatsuki family who lived outside Wano so she had never seen Wano before but had heard of the country of Wano.

"I'm not worried about the changes that will happen in Wano Country because I don't know anyone or anything there." Toki smiled, "Even if I knew some places about Wano Country or knew some people who lived there, I would have accepted the fact that they no longer exist in this world."

In her first years after moving to the future, Toki was worried and tense about the fate of the people she knew, but as the years passed, she accepted the reality and the tension in her heart disappeared, and she set a goal for herself (going to Wano).

But she still feels nervous about one thing: what will she do after going to Wano. Her goal for most of her life was to go to Wano, and after that goal disappeared, she was afraid that there was no purpose in her life anymore.

After some reflection, Toki shares her concerns with Ethan.

"What are you talking about?" Ethan looked at her confusedly, "After going to Wano, you already have a goal."

"What?" This time Toki looked at Ethan with confusion, "But I really don't have any goals after that."

"You already own one." Ethan chuckled, "Your goal after returning to Wano is to help me build an area where time slowly flows inside."

Toki's eyes sparkled after hearing this but after some thought, that sparkle disappeared from her eyes, "But what will happen next?"

"You can just set another goal to achieve, as long as life goes on you can set a new goal to achieve it and whenever you're done with it put another goal. Or you can set a goal that is very difficult or almost impossible to achieve but it will be fun to go down that road even though you know how impossible it is."

Ethan thought of Lucy and a gentle smile appeared on his face, "There's a girl I know who has a very difficult goal in mind but she's happy to go down that hard path while enjoying everything around her while trying to achieve her goal."

Toki blinked a few times and then started giggling, "I didn't expect this but you're Very kind."

Ethan smiled lightly at her giggling and then had an idea.

Suddenly the ship tilted to the side because of the rising sea waves, and since this happened suddenly, Toki stumbled, and in order not to fall to the ground, she instinctively clung to Ethan who was in front of her.

'Ethan smells so good.' Toki, who was hugging Ethan's waist, noticed that Ethan smelled very good, so she involuntarily took a deep breath, but when she noticed what she had done, her face turned red.

Even though she was embarrassed, Toki didn't turn away from Ethan and kept hugging him to hide her red face. She also felt comfortable hugging him, so she didn't turn away.

'Great success! It's great to have the ability to manipulate sea water.' Ethan smiled upon seeing her not turning away.

Suddenly, Toki felt that her back was about to be pierced by someone's gaze, so she remembered that Ethan is a married man, so she quickly moved away from Ethan and was about to explain the situation to his wife.

But she was shocked when she discovered that the person looking at her was not his wife but his daughter.

Emily's face was expressionless as she continued to look at Toki without saying anything.

Ethan smiled bitterly upon seeing this, "Emily, come to Daddy!"

A smile appeared on Emily's face, and she ran towards her father, and before reaching him, she deliberately stumbled and was about to fall, but Ethan picked her up before she reached the floor.

Emily wrapped her arms around Ethan's neck and looked at Toki while sticking out her tongue provocatively, 'You can't have my dad so easily while I'm here.'

Toki is speechless at the behavior of Ethan's daughter.

A day later.

"we arrived, this is Wano's entrance." Ethan looked at the waterfall. "Wano's mountain walls with a waterfall as the only way into the country."

"Is this really Wano?" Toki looked at the mountain in amazement, because according to her information, Wano's country is not located on a mountain.

"Yes, this is Wano!" Ethan nodded.

Ethan has the ability to lift the entire ship up the mountain, so Ethan didn't have to use giant koi to climb the waterfall, but he would still use giant koi because he didn't want to deprive those with him of trying something new.

Ethan uses his fruit's ability to control giant koi fish and make them dragged the ship up the Wano waterfalls.

His daughter really enjoyed the experience of climbing the waterfall. Although it is similar to Reverse Mountain, it is completely different because they navigate against the flow and not with the flow.

With some help from Ethan, the ship reached the summit in peace.

"We are currently in the area located on the western side of Wano and this area is called Kibi." Akame looked at the map and looked at the forest in front of her.

"Our destination is the Flower Capital, so we have to move east, but first we have to change our clothes so as not to attract attention here." Ethan pulled out a bag out of nowhere and placed it in front of the girls.

After changing their clothes, they head east.

"Why are we going to the Flower Capital directly." Toki walked over to Ethan while she inquired.

"Of course to meet the shogun who knows everything about Wano Country." Ethan smiled seeing the surprise on Toki's face.

"But you can't meet the Shogun just because you want to!" The shogun is the ruler of this country so even Toki don't expect him to meet unknown people just because that unknown wanted to meet him.

"I have my ways!" Ethan chuckled, 'Once he knows that Toki is the only remaining member of the Amatsuki family, he'll want to meet us.'
