101- Lucy VS. Kaizen (2)

When Kaizen fell to the ground, Kaya took the opportunity to move away from Kaizen and run towards Ethan.

Ethan hugged her and started patting her on the back and smiled, "You're fine."

Kaya who was frightened calmed down after hearing Ethan's gentle voice, burying her face in his chest while hugging him tightly as well.

After Kaya calmed down, Ethan looked at the battle between Lucy and Kaizen again.

Kaizen got up from the ground and noticed that his nose had been broken by the strength of Lucy's punch, even though he had used Tekkai.

Earlier, Kaizen could sense Lucy's attacking intent and was able to dodge, however he didn't dodge because he could use Tekkai to defend and then continue his attack on Kaya. But he didn't expect that her punch was so strong that it could hurt him even if he was using Tekkai.

Kaizen straightened his nose that had broken and then looked at her coldly.

"Why didn't you use this from the beginning?" Kaizen looked at Lucy strangely when he saw steam rising from her body, then smiled mockingly and spoke in a cold tone with some sarcasm, "What? Can you use such an attack for a limited time or does it have side effects? but no matter how strong you are, you will not be able to defeat me, and even if you can, you are all dead."

Lucy didn't say a word despite hearing the sarcasm in Kaizen's words, she didn't care what he was talking about because she was close to learning Kenbunshoku Haki and she focuses completely on Kaizen's moves to try to sense his attacking intent.

Kaizen kicked off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye, then to moved at extremely high speeds that it seemed as if he had disappeared and appeared in front of Lucy.

Then he sent a quick kick trying to hit her, but Lucy moved too fast and disappeared from her place and appeared on the right side of Kaizen and then sent a quick punch to his face.

*Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol*

Kaizen sensed Lucy's attacking intent and used Soru to get away fast, but Lucy moved too fast as well and followed him.

When Kaizen stops, Lucy charges at him at high speed, and delivers an incredibly fast and strong Gomu Gomu no Bazooka.

*Tekkai*

Kaizen hardens his muscles to the level of iron and then uses Busoshoku Haki as well.

When Kaizen was hit, he took ten steps back but did not suffer any injury from Lucy's attack.

Kaizen was a little confused because according to his calculations from Lucy's attack that broke his nose, Lucy's attacks should be enough to inflict some damage on him.

Kaizen had no choice but to use Tekkai and Busoshoku Haki again to hardens his muscles.

Once Lucy's attack ended, Kaizen moved too fast and then sent a devastating punch towards Lucy, unlike regular punches, this punch was used in conjunction with Tekkai and Busoshoku Haki synchronously with the speed gained from using Soru so the attack power is very strong.

*Hagane no panchi*

Lucy crossed her arms in front of the attack and was able to use Busoshoku Haki for defense, but the punch was too strong and sent Lucy to fly and crash into a building and destroy it.

Lucy came out of the ruins of the building and then spilled some blood from her mouth, this attack was so powerful that even with Lucy using Busoshoku Haki for defense she was still injured.

Kaizen moved too fast as if he was teleporting to Lucy's side and then sent out multiple and fast punches.

Lucy tried to move quickly to get away from Kaizen's attack range but could not and ended up taking many powerful punches from Kaizen.

After receiving some punches from Kaizen, Lucy gradually began to sense the path of Kaizen's attacks, and began to feel his attack intent, so she instinctively moved her body to avoid the rest of the attacks sent by Kaizen and then she attacked as well.

*Gomu Gomu no Twin Jet Pistol*

Lucy punches with both her arms simultaneously. Visually, the move only differs from her normal Gomu Gomu no Bazooka in that instead of doing an open palm strike, she has clenched fists which leave two knuckle shaped imprints on Kaizen.

As since the move hit so fast, the air from it really looks like Lucy is literally firing two pistols.

Kaizen was unable to use Tenkai in time, and Lucy was also able to use Busoshoku Haki in this attack, which caused huge damage to Kaizen's body and then poured blood from his mouth.

Despite all this, Kaizen was able to get back on his feet and continue fighting Lucy.

The two of them moved very fast and started attacking each other fiercely, when an ordinary person looked at their fight they would never be able to see their movements but could be seen when they paused for a moment to launch an attack.

Gradually, Lucy started to outdo Kaizen and started taking fewer hits and sending more attacks.

*Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling*

Lucy stands still, bends forward and moves her arms upwards at speeds which they can no longer be seen, leaving only jet streams in their place, very much like how the Jet Pistol looks.

The hits land so fast that, after a volley, they seemingly connect simultaneously. The circles of air bursts from the punches surrounding Lucy, resemble the many barrels of an actual Gatling gun.

Not only that, but with every punch she sent, Lucy was able to use Busoshoku Haki, which made her attack more powerful.

Kaizen used Tenkai and Busoshoku Haki to defend himself from Lucy's powerful attack.

But after receiving many powerful punches, he was sent to flying through many buildings and destroyed them.

Lucy breathed hard. It was a very difficult battle, but at last the battle ended with her victory.

Lucy defeated the captain of the Steel Fist Pirates, one of the New World Pirates: Kaizen who had a bounty of 150,000,000 Belly on his head.

Ethan and Kaya approach Lucy, Kaya starts to treat her while Ethan helps out as well.

But at this moment, Kaizen came out of one of the ruins of the buildings and started walking with difficulty towards Ethan and the girls.

"Haha, you all will die. Although you defeated me, you will surely regret your actions, with your actions you will anger someone far beyond what you can fight. I look forward to seeing you again in Hell." Kaizen laughed out loud.

After Kaizen finished saying his words, Ethan moved at great speed as if he was teleporting to Kaizen's side and then grabbed him by the neck.

"Ethan, he's my opponent." When Lucy saw that Ethan grabbed Kaizen by the neck, she frowned and wanted to keep fighting.

"He admitted he's defeated, he can't fight anymore, he can barely walk. Also, I need to know who he was talking about before." Ethan smiled while looking at Kaizen who couldn't move under his fist.

"Well, then you should tell me who you're talking about." Ethan smiled while looking into Kaizen's eyes, he was planning to torture Kaizen and Akira because they injured his girls, unfortunately Akira was directly killed by Zora.

But Kaizen is still alive after fighting Lucy and tells them that there is a strong person supporting him, which also gives him a good reason to torture him.

"I'll go get the information out of him." Ethan smiled at the girls, then moved quickly and disappeared from his spot with Kaizen.

After many hours, Ethan returned to the girls' side, Zora looked at him and then pointed to the girls, "You're late, the battle is already over, and the whole crew is assembled."

"He was a solid man from whom extracting information was not easy." Ethan lied to Zora with a smile on his face, in fact he was able to extract all the information within half an hour of starting the torture but he kept doing it until Kaizen died.

He also got a notice from the system right after Kaizen's death.
