Chapter 1: Transmigration

1510 Dawn Island

I was five years old when I first got my pasts memories. I came down with fever that lasted for about a week. Grandpa showed up too when he heard. Everyone was worried about me, which warmed my heart. Specially Ace, he was such a good brother during that time.

After I woke up, I was dizzy to say the least. The fate of Ace, and trauma of Sabo was something I would like to avoid. I got lucky as soon as I woke up, I got a system attached to me. It was a system that allowed me to get a template and had a shop where I could buy anything. Of course it had to be within this world power system so no chakra for me I guess.

For my first template I chose Benn Beckham template. It gave me access to training for all three types of haki,swordsmanship and marksmanship. It was a good way to start but the problem was this system required a lot of effort for rewards. I had a devil fruit token which allowed me to buy any devil fruit in the shop with the condition that if I buy a fruit of a cannon character they would be compensated with a better fruit. Which was understandable but unfortunate nonetheless.

As soon as I woke up from the fever, I started training for Observation Haki which involved me meditating and trying to open my third eye. I also started practicing basic swordsmanship and marksmanship on the gangsters that me and Ace stole from. It was hard getting a gun but I was able to steal one from pirates and they didn't even notice it.

After I unlocked my haki I asked Ace to hit me with a stick while I was blindfolded. When I was able to dodge, he was flabbergasted and demanded to be taught. After I explained the process to unlock it through meditation, he started it and was able to unlock it after a year.

I made sure we both trained a lot more that Ace did in cannon. When Sabo joined us we included him as well. That guy has a talent for haki greater than us. When Garp visited with Luffy he was shocked to see how me and Ace unlocked Ob haki. He also gave us the 'fist of love' for wanting to become pirates.

He also bought marine stuff for us and got me and Ace dummy kendo swords which we were grateful for. Ace picked up swordsmenship and we started handing sand to the gangsters of Gray Terminal.

"How much do you think a pirate ship costs?" Sabo asks me as he thinks I know everything.

"Probably a lot, it is better to take over an existing one after hunting bounty for the first few times." Both me and Ace decided to be bounty hunter while we search for a good crew. For this years birthday celebration, I am gonna ask Grandpa to drop us at an uninhabited island which lots of animals to fight. Both Sabo and Ace are against the idea but after reading them being chickens they have a fire inside them and they say they would be able to beat more monsters than me.

'As if' it would be a fun competition tho.
