Chap 12 RAS

Alright guys I will be honest with you. After my respite or relaxing swim in the pool I decided to go back to my shelter. I had training to do and monsters to fight. But then I had a Big realization. that was I has no Idea where I was. I entered this place place entirely by coincidence from that frog and then was lost.

As I got up and walked around through the mini-maze cave and ..... I was still lost. The paths were rocky and rugged. I didn't remember any of them. In fact I didn't even know where I entered this godforsaken cave from as I couldn't even retrack my tracks. The place was completely like a spiders web.

Then I remembered the system.

"yo system, you there?"

"Hey I know you are there. Just help me out, yeah? Tell me which way to follow. Do your random assistant thing. please, please ,please, plea..."

Ding.

Random assistance system activated. Host I have no advice to give you on this situation except I can only tell you to follow your instincts and you shall prevail yet.

seeing as the system was no longer active I went on to try and explore all the paths. The system would do this sometime Sometimes the RAS would activate and help me out, sometimes it would be silent and sometimes it would pull shit like this with a cryptic message. Like it once helped me by replying whether a mushroom was poisonous or not. And other time when I asked about the exact timeline I got no answer.

I was walking through the paths when in front of me suddenly out of all different paths I felt something.

I couldn't quite explain why, but there was something about one path that felt significant, almost like it was calling out to me. I hesitated for a moment, unsure if I should trust my instincts but this must be what the RAS(random assistance system) was talking about. Eventually, I decided to follow the feeling and see where it led me as if I couldn't trust my own instinct and the RAS my golden finger who else could I trust?

As I made my way through the twists and turns of the cave, the feeling grew stronger.

Eventually, I went towards the particular path which strangely felt like something was calling me from there.

Slowly the path in the rocky underground mountain started to lead upward. I had to climb many a slopes and ledges to go toward the feeling. that's when I came to encounter a cliff with an underground waterfall going through it in front of me about 40 meters away from my side of the cliff.

I realized to go forward toward the feeling I had to cross the cliff opening and go behind the waterfall where a cave seemed to exist.

after thinking for a bit I saw the vines or roots from some tree dropping from the ceiling hangin' from the side. I will be honest guys I couldn't resist and decided to risk and pull a Tarzan move just for the rush of it.

I screamed in a rush as I swung through the waterfall to the other side of the waterfall only to find something which completely threw me off, figuratively of course
