The Awakening and the Offer"

In the bedroom, a young tiger mink slowly opened his eyes after a long sleep. His emerald eyes were filled with confusion as he pondered, "Am I John or Fang? Am I both or neither? I'm a new person. My name should be Fang, as this is his body."

Lost in his thoughts, Fang remained unaware of the pairs of eyes fixed on the direction of his house from the Whale Forest.

Inside the room of the giant white whale statue, strange figures that appeared immobile for a long time started to stir.

"Hitsugisukan"

In  Castle, located in the Mokomo Duchy, a sheep mink wearing a crown was diligently trying to determine the source of the King's Haki, which had caused nearly all of his citizens to suddenly lose consciousness. Amidst his concern, he heard a voice inside his head, a voice known only to him as the duke.

"Elder, do you think it's too dangerous to talk about this? We still haven't located the attacker. It might be the work of the World Government," Hitsugisukan said in his mind, aware that the mysterious figure communicating with him could hear his thoughts.

The elder's response was calm yet filled with purpose, "Don't worry, the Royal Haki user is not an enemy. In fact, they may be the person I've been waiting for – our hope for fighting back."

Perplexed, Hitsugisukan asked for clarification, "I don't understand, Elder. Please explain."

The elder began to unravel the situation, "This is the first Royal Haki user born in Zou that I've witnessed since all our royal bloodlines vanished. To think I'd witness the birth of the Mink King in  last years... We need to prepare and train them to lead Zou. He is  our chance for vengeance against the extermination of our clan."

After hearing the elder's words, Hitsugisukan contemplated the significance of this revelation, "Certainly, I will prepare to bring him to you. I had hoped you could train Nekomamushi and Inuarashi, but the responsibility was too heavy for them. Now we have another candidate."

Meanwhile, back in Fang's house, he slowly woke up, struggling to move due to his weakened body. After managing to get out of bed, he began to make his way out of the room, a sight that surprised his parents.

His father and mother were on the ground when he stepped out of the room.

"Mom, Dad!" Fang exclaimed, running towards them despite his weakened state, and began checking their vitals.

"Don't worry. They merely lost consciousness due to the power you awakened," a voice echoed in Fang's head as he examined his parents.

"How are you? And what do you mean they lost consciousness because of me?" Fang inquired inwardly, recognizing the owner of the voice.

"I am Zunicha, the elephant that carries Zou. I tried to communicate with you two years ago, but your mind was fragile and i injured you. I apologize," Zunicha introduced itself and expressed regret for what happened.

Fang replied, "No problem. Can you explain the situation here?"

Zunicha explained, "You awakened your Royal Haki, a power possessed by only a few chosen individuals. Normal people can't handle it and lose consciousness. So, you don't need to worry about your parents. In fact, most of the Mink outside are in the same state."

Fang began to ponder, "Royal Haki? Did I manage to awaken it when my two souls merged? This could be a great advantage for me in this world."

As Fang was lost in thought, his father's eyes started to twitch, indicating that he was awakening.

His father inquired, "What happened? Why am I on the ground?" When he saw Fang next to him, he questioned in confusion, "Fang is awake? Is this a dream?"

Noticing his father's awakening, Fang knelt beside him and assured, "I'm here, Father. This isn't a dream. I'm awake. I'm sorry for worrying you."

Upon hearing this, tears welled up in his father's eyes. He stood up, lifted Fang, and embraced him tightly.

"I knew you would make it. I'm truly proud of you, son," his father said, filling Fang with warmth.

His wife woke up upon hearing her husband's voice and rushed over to her son. She checked Fang's condition while expressing concern that he might lose consciousness again.

Fang reassured his mother, "I'm fine, Mom. I'm sorry for making you worry."

The next morning, Fang woke up feeling much better after eating and resting. As he stepped out of his room, he saw his parents sitting in the living room, accompanied by an elderly sheep mink displaying great respect.

Catalina expressed her worries, "Are you sure Fang is the source of what happened? He's still just a child."

Hitsugisukan replied, "The power that Fang awakened is called Royal Haki, and it is possessed by only a few chosen individuals. It poses no danger to Fang, but it affects those around him. That's why he needs to learn how to control it. I've already found a teacher for him. Perhaps we should ask Fang about his opinion."then he look to where Fang is hidden 

Fang stepped forward, feeling a bit embarrassed at being caught eavesdropping, and greeted them, "Hello."

Catalina introduced her son, "This is Duke Hitsugisukan, the Duke of Mokomo. And this is my son, Fang."

Hitsugisukan extended an offer to Fang, "Little boy, what do you think about coming with me to meet your new teacher, the one who will teach you how to control your talent?"
