Chapter 55

"Pasa Pasa mo Mi, the Paper-Paper Logia Fruit should be on one of these Islands." Sin showed them the map of the Nanatsu Islands. "There are no Golden Apple trees on Mi Island, the Cold Island, so you don't have to find it there. The best place to look for it would be Yo Island." He suggested to them and then smiled at Nami, Nojiko, Paschia, and Bart.

"Master..."

"Yes, Paschia?"

"If I find it... can I consume it?" She voiced out what was going through her mind, and it made the other three look at him as well. They all had thought about it.

Logia Devil Fruits were extremely rare, and it could likely be the best fruit they would ever come across in their life. But they were not going to consume it without Sin's permission.

"Yes." He nodded, much to their surprise, and it worked like a charm as they grew more determined to find it.

Nami was not really interested in this Devil Fruit. She only wanted to find it to make money, but the rest of the three truly desired it. Now that she knew that Sin would allow them to eat it, and seeing the sparkle in her sister's eyes, she wanted to find it even more so that she could give it to Nojiko.

It would undoubtedly help her sister grow stronger. And for herself, she desired a fruit that could help her fly, and fly extremely fast.

Sin could clearly sense their desire to grow stronger, which was why he had promised them that they could consume it if they found it. And he smiled in his heart when he looked at Nami and guessed her thoughts.

Unfortunately for them, they were never going to find Pasa Pasa no Mi as it was already in his possession.

And what he was putting them through was a test.

"I will lead you to Yo Island first." He said and then turned to look at the rest. "Kuina, you will go with Pascia."

"Aye, Captain!" The bluenette nodded without any hesitation.

She had no desire for the Devil Fruit right now. All she wanted to focus on was her Swordsmanship.

It was something she had conveyed to Sin yesterday when they trained together and he asked if she wanted a Devil Fruit to get the strength she desired, and she had adamantly shook he head at his words.

"Augur, you will go with Nami," Sin told the tall man and then looked at Bepo. "You will accompany Nojiko."

"Aye, Captain!" The two agreed without any question.

"Bart, you will be on your own."

The large man nodded his head without any complaint.

"I will stay on the ship..." Hachi volunteered, but Sin shook his head.

"The Ship will be fine. You will help us explore a few places and gather the Treasure Chests. You can then stay on the ship after we have collected everything."

"There's more?!" Nami immediately exclaimed with a glint of greed flashing in her eyes.

"Yes." He smirked at her. "But you will be searching for the Devil Fruit."

The orangehead pouted, but by now, she had understood Sin enough to know that he would not change his mind even if she insisted on coming with them.

"Aye, Captain!" The Fishman agreed to the task, and then Sin grabbed him and Bonney to drop them off outside the cave that Robin and Hancock were further investigating.

He then returned to the Ship and one by one dropped each pair at different locations on the Yo Island.

"Good luck!" He told them and then returned to the cave to pick up the two girls and start on their plan.

Sin, Robin, and Hancock went to the closest Island next, sending Bonney and Hachi back to the ship, and then they began their search for the hidden chamber.

The search was rather easy since they could sense the sea stone when they were close enough, but solving the riddles and fishing the right chamber that held the key was time-consuming.

It took them four hours to retrieve the second Key, and then they transferred the treasure they found there to the ship.

However, the search for the third key truly tired them.

The chamber they arrived in was on Mi Island, the Cold Island, and it was the chamber that was marked One.

They soon realised that the difficulty level of finding the keys was not the same, and it was rather random in each Chamber.

It took them a total of eighteen hours to finally make it through all the riddles, read anything important that was transcribed on the wall, and retrieve the key. Strangely enough, there was no treasure or valuables in this place, which disappointed them a little.

The three of them then called it a day and after getting some sleep and eating their meal, they set off their search for the fourth key.

Three days later, the three of them had finally gotten hold of the six keys, and they were now ready to head to the Island that was hidden in the sky, the Na Island.

"What's been possessing the three of you lately?" Kuina finally couldn't help her curiosity and raised the question at the breakfast table, and everyone turned to look at them for an answer.

"Treasure Hunt," Sin replied with a smile and laughed when Nami pouted at him. "How's your search going?" He mischievously asked.

"There's no sign on it on Yo Island. We have searched every tree there. Bonney has been helping us as well." Kuina replied, and Paschia, who was sitting by her side, seemed a little depressed.

"We are going to start our search on Mu Island today," Nojiko told him, and it seemed like they had all decided to search for it together.

"Good luck." Sin smiled at them and met Bonney's eyes.

"You want to come with us?" He asked and pink-head immediately nodded her head. "We will be gone for some time. You will follow Augur's lead in our absence." He told the crew, who froze at his words, and Kuina deeply frowned.

"More treasure?"

"Hopefully." He smiled at the swordsgirl.

After breakfast, the Crew set off on their search for the Devil Fruit, and Sin, Robin, Hancock, and Bonney arrived at the Na Island.

Bonney frowned at the barren Island that was devoid of any life, and everywhere she looked, she found rocky mountains and deserted plains. And strangely, this place was usually cold.

"Let's go." Sin said and led them to the ruins, where they found the passageway to the sea stone chamber.

The structure was the same as the last ones, except that the riddles here were just too hard.

When they finally managed to make it to the room where the last key was supposedly hidden, they blanked at its size and the number of miniature tiles on the floor.

"This better be worth it," Hancock said, already a little upset over not finding any treasure in this chamber.

She wanted to just burn everything down, but she knew very well that the key would be in danger as well.

In the end, it took Sin and Robin three more hours to finally figure out which tile to move, Bonney happily cheered as they found it key under it.

"We did it!" She grinned from ear to ear, and then immediately set all seven keys on the floor and they took a good look at them.

Each key was different from the other and bore different symbols on them as well.

Sometime later, they all found themselves looking at a massive door. It was massive enough that even a galleon could pass through it, and it was blended right into the Volcanic Mountain.

"Now we need to figure out which keyhole each key belongs to." Bonney sarcastically said, and stepped forward, looking at the door from up close.

"We don't." Sin smiled, coming to stand next to her and showing her the symbol right next to the keyhole. "It matches this one." He put the key with the same symbol into it, and then he turned it anticlockwise.

A bright smile crept on his face when he heard the faint click. He immediately matched the keys with the rest of the keyholes, and by the time he turned the last one, they all had their hearts palpitating in excitement.

The ground under their feet started shaking as the massive door moved, splitting into two, revealing what it was hiding.

A bone-chilling cold air greeted them, and Bonney could not help but shiver at the sudden drop in temperature.

What they found behind the door was a long dark tunnel, and they could not see far into it or tell how long it was.

"Stay here." She heard Sin say and felt him cover her with his coat.

"I am coming with you."

"No." He adamantly shook his head. "Stay here. In case the door closes on us, we will need you to use those keys to open it again." He instructed her before showing her that there were no keyholes on the inside of the door and then he handed her his pocket watch. "Open it once every thirty minutes if it does close behind us."

As much as she wanted to go with them, she understood that it was better that one of them stays outside.

"Do call me if you find something fun inside there." She pouted, and all three of them smiled at her.

"We will." Robin nodded her head and then followed her brother inside the dark tunnel together with Hancock.

Bonney debated if she should follow them once she saw that the door was not closing, but then composed herself and patiently waited, sticking to the plan.
