As he examined her, he noticed that something wasn't right. Ulti hadn't...
"Forget it, let's see what kind of power you can acquire," Sebastian said as he picked up Ulti's hand and began the process of modifying her Devil Fruit.
Ulti exhibited slightly furrowed brows, as though experiencing some discomfort. "Let go of me," she muttered.
Sebastian maintained his grip. Ulti's eyelashes fluttered, as though she might awaken, but Sebastian remained unfazed.
After all, the ten-minute limit was nearing its end.
The system's voice chimed in his mind.
Ulti, just like Page, began to shake uncontrollably and slipped out of Sebastian's grasp.

"Is it an enemy attack?"
"Quick! Inform Boss Queen! Suspected enemy attack!"
As a pirate rushed to report to Queen, he was promptly halted by Queen himself.
"No need to speak; I'm already aware."
The moment Conqueror's Haki manifested, Queen sensed it.
"This formidable Conqueror's Haki isn't much inferior to that of Boss Kaido. Could it be that a Sea Emperor has descended, sparking a confrontation with the Beasts?" Queen speculated internally.
"Alert all the pirates in Wan! Assemble!" Queen bellowed.
"Understood!"
The Beasts Pirates swiftly gathered, with numerous pirates brandishing their weapons and congregating toward the source of the Conqueror's Haki.
The path was littered with unconscious individuals, encompassing residents of Wanokuni and Beasts Pirates alike.
The towering cadres responsible for testing Dao strength were also among the fallen.
The closer they approached the origin of the Conqueror's Haki, the greater their unease and nervousness, palms moist with sweat. The eruption of such formidable Conqueror's Haki could only imply the presence of a formidable individual, potentially on par with Boss Kaido himself.
