4 Chapter 3: System

After four long years of training, Cros knows where he would be without talent. His body is not really special and he couldn't really feel much improvement even after training for years.

He could do hundred push-ups even in this small body like a buff man in his previous world but that's it. There are many people in this world that can even lift ships and destroy islands with one punch. But now that he has this system, he knows that his strength would sky rocket.

He could vividly remember in fiction, even a worthless person could become on par with gods in just a few years. Although, he wasn't certainly will become god, but system is a system.

Without further ado, he decided to observe it first.

After looking at it a bit, a smile couldn't help but bloom on his face. But this could wait for tomorrow, he was still tired after such a long day.

The sun finally set itself in the sky, and Cros could feel the intense heat, immediately woke up. Then quickly left the room with a wide smile.

At the back of the house, Cros could be seen at the top of the rock, naked on the upper part. He was currently looking at his system once more as there was still something he quite don't know.

"Hmm. . . World Rank? What's that?"

After a few thoughts, Cros decided to not think about it for now. Then, he looked at his quests. There were tags on how difficult it was, so he chose the easy one first.

With that, he stood up, dusted himself first, then walked towards the stick sword leaning against the house.

After picking it up, he walks a few feet away and there he takes his stance. His left foot was forward while the other on the back. His hand was tightly holding the sword close to his chest as his eyes were closed.

A few seconds later, Cros opened his eyes and quickly swung the stick, creating a weird sound as it passed the air without much resistance.

After looking at it for a few seconds, he took the same posture again and swung back and forth. This task was really difficult for a small body like Cros but there was indeed a fire of determination on his eyes as he continued to swing the stick.

Without even knowing it, some time has passed. Cros was still on the same spot for hours now, he was full of sweat and there was visible smoke coming out of his body, albiet barely.

"One more."

His words carried as heavy as the stick right now, the stick which the normal mass of a wooden sword was now as heavy as an Elephant.

Cros wanted to swing once more but his body refused to do it. He looked at the stick that fell on the ground, with heavy breath.

'I guess, i overworked myself.'

With that thought, he let himself sit on the ground, panting hard. His hair was wet because of sweat on his head.

A few minutes later, Cros grabbed the stick sword on the ground and stood up. After resting a bit, his arms now regained a little of its strength.

He Exhaled.

And with a quick swing, Cros sat on the ground again with a smile creeped on his face.

With these points, Cros planned to see if he could buy anything in the shop. Without further ado, he opened the shop.

There were many expensive ones by default, so he started searching for affordable skills.

"This should be good for now."

Without hesitation, Cros immediately bought it. This skill was what he needed right now. Not only was he tired, he couldn't even fully feel his arms. Although the skill only heals him above average, it's still a boost.

"Now, we wait."

With his regeneration taking effects, after a few minutes of resting, he could now feel more in his arms. The estimation of his arms fully healing will be half a day with this regeneration. Well, he's right, a normal person will definitely take a day or two to heal after such a training.

As he stood up, Cros decided to move his arms backwards to relax. After that, he looked at his quests, there was now a new quest for the easy but he didn't want to do that.

"I guess, i will go medium next."

Cros picked up his wooden stick on the ground and head towards the forest.

The forest wasn't that far away from Ussop house so it didn't take long for him to reach it.

This forest wasn't much of a difference on the normal one on earth, and because this island isn't in the danger zone, there shouldn't be any dangerous beast here.

As Cros explores the forest, it didn't take long for him to find the Rabbit area. There were many different types of rabbits here and he could even see a big one, three times bigger than the normal rabbits. Though, this isn't a problem for him.

When Cros looked at this, without even knowing, a smile appeared on his face. This is a jackpot, not only would he get food, he would also finish a quest.

Without a second thought, he grabbed the stick tightly, and immediately dashed towards the rabbits. The closest one to him quickly died as he pierced its head with his stick.

Then, he quickly left it and ran to the next one, piercing it and killing it on the spot. However, there was a problem, the largest rabbit seemed to be raged by his act and immediately rushed to him with eyes full of hatred.

It raised its cute paws and slash towards Cros legs. However, he luckily envade it and grabbed the mammoth rabbit and the stone close to him. Then, he smashed it to the rabbit head, quickly killing it.

Without even a second of killing it, Cros quickly left and rushed to the running rabbits.

Sometimes later, he finally finished the mission and he was now leaning on the tree panting. Blood of many rabbits is all over his body.

"Damn, that took really long."

When he was done resting, Cros finally stood up again and looked around. There was a lot of blood scattered around the area, as if war had just happened. Many rabbits were lying on the ground, lifeless.

Looking at this, there is pity on Cros face.
