Well in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking at this matter in a different way and without fighting and by trying to make it clear, and by considering each and everyone's opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.

I feel my brain cells dying with every chapter I read. He receives all powers, training and battle memories, including muscle memories from when Itachi Uchiha was at his peak, receives a power that doubles this general power and gives him the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and still receives 5% more power on top of all that. In every fight I've seen, Itachi's powers have been reduced to fireballs, shurikens, swordsmanship and Amaterazu. Honestly, I'm reading it at this point because I know he will be using PIka Pika no Mi or I would have dropped it, it is trash, I honestly feel bad giving it low rating because of the translator wasting his time on this, I really don't understand why the ratings are high for this, the mc is an idiot, like a complete idiot and the power levels make no sense and it pretty much destroys the one piece world, I never thought I would see the day where someone used the world of one piece which is a pretty easy world to use since it is a great world and ruin it by making changes that make no sense. Still at chapter 23 and the Pika Pika no Mi is at like 70 I think, so I hope it will change my mind and I will come back to this review and say I was wrong and it is good.
