Youre overpowering Itachi a lot. All Yonko and Admirals are stronger than Madara(without juubi). Itachi Prime would be at the level of 2nd or 1st commander. Of course using Chakra as a base. If he learns Haki he would be a beast. But if he use only Chakra, he is nothing special in One Piece
