"Don't leave your position keep firing ! Don't let them close the distance !"
Gion commanded her troops.
She knew that's sometimes they will fruit users could be very tricky. But sometimes it feels hopeless when someone encounters and absurd devil fruit user.
For the example the three rookies.
Each of them has an overpowered logia devil fruit. Sometimes it seems to be impossible to surpass them.
The Boa pirates were such a crew. Their captain was extremely beautiful. Gion thought that she might be the most beautiful person in the world. And in the hands of such a person if a fruit like mero mero no mi appears, then it will create a disaster. And that's what has exactly happened.
But all is not lost yet. As vice admiral Tsuru said, if she could be taken down here, then they won't have to deal with another dangerous person in the future.
"Mam ! they are position in the artificial lake, is making it harder for us to hit them."
One of the canon operators reported to Gion.
"They are smart. They know that travelling in a circle in such a place would make it harder for us to hit them.
In this way they will close on the distance in no time.
Predict there path of sailing. They are sailing in the edge of the lake. Fire at there in coming path. Even if it won't hit them, it will slow them down.
And that's all the time we need." Vice admiral Tsuru commanded. She has a lot of experience in Marine battles. In fact she was an excellent strategiest when it comes to naval fights. With her years of experience, it wasn't hard for her to deal with them.
The strength of Boa pirates in general is heavily unbalanced. While there captain is proficient with haki and has a dangerous devil fruit power, the same cannot be said for her crew.
While it seems that they have an ancient zoan devil fruit user on their crew, they must have gained that ability recently. They didn't seems to be much proficient with their devil fruit powers.
From the earlier destruction of their canon balls in made air, Tsuru has guessed the usage of haki.
The most dangerous thing about this crew was that the marine didn't have much information on them.
And that was going to change today. Even by some miracle the boa pirates managed to escape, they won't get away unscathed. Tsuru was determined to collect as much information as possible about them.

"Silver ! We are nearing them. But because of their bombardment towards in front of our path of sailing, it is making difficult for us to maintain our speed." Tia said with a tone of urgency.
"How much bullets do we have ?" Silver asked Sheel.
"There are two boxes, but I don't know the exact amount." Sheel replied.
"Tia, continue with our speed. Sheel bring all of our fire arms here. Marigold, help me reloading them.
I will clear our path. So sail close to their ship. Just make sure to follow the plan and don't go too close." Silver said to Tia.
"Understood."
"How long it will take sister to come back ?" Sandersonia asked.
"I don't know. Those guys were insanely strong. Even with captain's strength I doubt she would be able to get away that easily.
You should stop worrying about her. I know that she will come back full stop but we have to clear the path before that. So we can escape as soon as, She comes back."
*Firing of guns*
Silver started to destroy most of the cannonball in the mid air with her bullets. It helped them in two ways. The exploded shells created a smoke screen for them to hide and their vessel's speed did not lessen.
But little did they know, that Tsuru has taken that possibility into her mind.
Suddenly after firing another bullet at a cannon ball, Silver's observation haki alarmed her.
"Everyone get down !"
Only she and Sandersonia were fast enough to react to that threat. The huge explosion in the sky in front of their ship, rocked the entire crew.
But before they could recover from there shocked state, the Marine ship tore through the dark cloud of smoke and charged towards their ship.

"Salome, let's go !" As soon as Hancock came back she rode on Salome to reach the silver pearl faster.

Tsuru stood on the deck of the silver pearl. It wasn't easy but they have finally managed to capture the rest of the members of Boa pirates.
At first Gion and the rest of the troops decided to attack the ship. But even then they were unable to overpower the boa pirates. Gion fought against someone named silver but the surprising thing was, she was evenly matched.
Although the zoan user was caught off-guard and got subdued easily by the help of sea stone handcuffs, the same cannot be said for the rest of the crew. She was surprised that there are children on the crew but it wasn't the first time Tsuru was witnessing such things. Finally when the rest of her crew was getting overwhelmed by the Boa pirates, Tsuru decided to join the fight.
She had to agree that they were strong but they lost once she joined the fight.
"Secure the prisoners. I will interrogate -"
Tsuru's voice died in her throat. Because she felt an oppressive conqueror's haki. She has felt it before a lot of time. But this time, it was different.
"What do you think you are doing ?"
Tsuru turned to see the captain of the boa pirates standing opposite to her.
In the next moment Tsuru barely managed to cross her arm in front of her chest in a defensive position before Hancock's foot smashed into her. Even with the last moment armament haki, she felt her arm being broken under the force.
Hancock didn't hold back.
Black lightning crackled around her as her haki coated leg smashed through the defence of vice admiral and sent her flying.
(AN: imagine about Luffy vs Kizaru, and Kizaru was sent flying.)
Gion was on her knees under the effect of Hancock's conqueror's haki. But still she managed to ask. " Who are you ?"
She wasn't expecting a reply. But Hancock gave her one.
"Boa Hancock..."
