4 Chapter 4 ~ Base Creation
Sixis is an island in East Blue where Ace was stranded on during the start of his journey the island is surrounded by weird, rough currents, which left Ace and Deuce stranded on the island with hardly any way to leave, being a deserted island, Sixis has little to no wildlife, when stranded there, it was stated that Deuce nearly starved to death, driving him to consider murder for single piece of fruit, and its population is zero.
Howard: "That is why I'm going to make this Island my very first Base, as for the condition to make a base,it is quite simple you just need to be recognized by everyone in the island as it's leader/ruler and have your own flag, my flag is designed as a skull with cross bones have a white hair and glowing red eyes, it is quite dangerous to hang a pirate flag on an island in the four seas, especially in East Blue, since that humanoid monster known as Vice Admiral Garp is from East Blue and he frequently visit his hometown, but hardly anyone visits Sixis Island so I'm safe for now, I think?"
Howard looked at his system shop to buy the flag he designed using the system shop and also to buy houses.

Howard: 'The gas use for cooking and the water in the Residence will eventually run out so it is much more advantageous for me to buy this unlimited Cooking Stove and Water Dispenser, the residence seems to be powered up by solar energy, will the tv work?, I'll put the residence in the middle of the Island and put the flag at the highest point in the island, and put the chicken coop outside the residence'.
The kids were as amazed as the once barren land now has buildings placed on it.
Zegion: "How did you do that?"
Zegion asked Howard while looking at him like a God, Howard thought on how to answer this question without revealing anything about the system.
Howard: "I casted an illusion on it using my devil fruit."
Zegion: "Devil Fruit?"
Zegion asked as he did not know what a devil fruit is same goes for the rest of the children.
Howard: "They are fruits that once eaten will let you gain an ability in exchange for taking your ability to swim and leaving you with a bad aftertaste."
Howard explained patiently as the children nod in understanding
???: Are you a pirate sir?
One of the girls asked as she pointed at the pirate flag situated on the highest point of the island.
Howard: "Yes, who are you little lady?"
The children were surprised to discover that their savior turned out to be.
Apito: "My name is Apito the little sister of Zegion 15 years old, what are we to do now here sir? A-are you going to make us your slaves?"
Apito asked clearly afraid of Howard after learning that he is a pirate.
Howard: "You don't have to worry not all pirates are bad people, you guys can live here but you have to take care of the farm animals."
They sighed in relief after hearing his words
Apito: "But I don't see any farm animals"
Howard: "I'll buy some from a village near here, for now let's go down and you kids take a bath."
The kids nodded and he led them to the hot springs of course the male and female are separated, the other genders can go take a bath at the sea and be swept away by the current and never come back again.
(A.N. I don't hate other genders, it's just that can you please not force your views and beliefs to others?, One time I was sitting at a park and then some random person sat next to me and called me cisman seductively, at the time I did not know what cisman meant, the people around us were laughing even my friend was laughing, so I thought he was making fun of me.)
I bought some food for all of us to eat after everyone finished their baths.
[Omelette Rice 20x - 5 SP]
Howard: "Now that we are all here, It's time for us to eat."
All: "Thank you for the Food."
While eating Howard heard a familiar sound.

Howard: 'Did these kids only acknowledge me as the leader after I gave them food?'
Howard thought as he looked at the children eating their foods
Howard: 'Ippo Makunouchi, this guy is one of my favorite anime character when I was still a child, doing some Dempsey Roll like a lunatic at school were some of my fondest memories, now I can do the real thing hehehe.'

Howard then arranged the devil fruits in a circular formation with one of them inside the circle.
Howard: "Rise eternal dragon and hear the wish of he who summons you!"
Nothing happened
Howard: "Come forth eternal dragon!"
Nothing happened
Howard: "Eternal dragon arise!"
Nothing happened
Howard: "Eternal dragon I have a wish!"
Nothing happened
Howard: "Rise Shenron!"
Nothing happened, Howard kept reciting chants after chants until dawn came, only then did he gave up, he placed all the chickens he got as a reward from the quest on defeating a pirate group to the chicken coop, it was fun hatching the chickens you only need to throw the chicken eggs on a hard surface and a full grown chicken will come out, these chickens don't even take fall damage, Howard threw one at the edge of a cliff and the chicken landed on the ground safely unscathed, and he went to sleep after that.
